• Natalia (10/5): Repetiremos - En alojamiento está muy limpio, es una zona tranquila y está bien ubicado El único fallo es que la dirección que te da booking no es la real. No es ni la misma calle. Pero la propietaria nos ayudó mucho e incluso se acercó a buscarnos a donde estábamos

• Meritxell (10/5): Estupendo! - Estudio acogedor y con todo lo necesario para unos días! Todo muy limpio! Bien ubicado, céntrico pero aún así es tranquilo y se descansa.

• Dea (5/5): Ok for short stay - Very nice view of the El Tiede volcano. Good water pressure in the shower. Hair dryer. They also have a washing machine, microwave, coffee machine - we didn't use this. Comfortable bed. The apartment is almost in the city center, 3 minutes walk to the train that goes to Loro Park. The room itself is ok. It is small, spacious enough for two, we were four, two adults and two teenagers. The sofa bed is not comfortable to sleep on, you can feel the bottom frame. The biggest problem is in the tower block itself, in which this apartment is located. The tower block stinks. The smell is terrible when you enter it, of food, of stuffiness and in the elevators it smells of cleaning products very strongly (it smelled for 6 days), in the hallway above where the apartment is it smells like it is in a nursing home or of a carpet that is very old. This smell was not detectable in the apartment. However, one day a cockroach appeared in the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant. The owner apologized. The apartment doesn't have parking - which is stated - if you're lucky you can park nearby. A bread knife or some big knife would be nice if it was there. The owner seaks only spanish - you need google translater.
• Szilvia (5/5): No communication, information and aircondition - Great location. Close to the shore and center. Google maps location not correct. No air condition. Host do not speak English. She gave no information where to find the keyes. She only reply in Spanish. I had to use google translate to communicate because she only reply in Spanish. We called her for help to find apartman and keyes. She called a taxi driver to help us. He found the keyes in locks what about the host gave us 0 information. I highly reccomend to the host to gave information where to find keyes and what is the code for locks. Use google translate to communicate.
