Că nu a fost curat, praf se vedea că nu a mai fost făcută curățenie de ceva timp, pereții murdari, necesită o ușoară renovare, lavabil și mobilier de baie schimbat. Lenjerie și prosoape ar fi necesar să fie spălate cât mai recent de ziua cazării. Se vedea că erau spălate dar miroseau a închis.

• Marco (9/5): - Casa comoda, zona tranquilla, vicino la metro. Bagno grande. Ottima soluzione. Sotto al divano c'era un po' troppa polvere. Si consiglia un po' di attenzione in più, ma per il resto la casa risultava pulita.

• Iva (1/5): Avoid!!! There are better places for the same price. No warm shower no heating. Very dirty. - I cannot say anything good There is no warm shower!!! And no heating!!! Be careful when you book. We tried with airconditioning but in the bathroom was ice cold, it was 1 degree outside and maybe 10-12 degrees in the bathroom. I asked the owner and they simply send the message “We don’t have the boiler” I was there with 2 kids and we couldn’t wash our hands nor shower. Also it was very dirty- the plates were dirty in the kitchen (see picture), in the bathroom - someones hairs on the floor and in the drawer. They didnt even put the hand soap with the pump but only refil bottle. Look at the floor in the bathroom - they left garbage on the floor The owner doesn’t reply to messages on time- i asked for heating and they answered 3 hours later. And they didn’t even try to solve our problem

• emilie (8/5): - L'accès en transport de l'aéroport, pour aller dans le centre ou même dans les villes alentours, il y a le métro et une gare à 5 minutes à pied du logement, un supermarché et une boulangerie juste en face, quartier calme en retrait du centre de Milan qui est pas mal agité mais à 10 min en métro ce qui est top Rien

En frente hay un mercado grande con todo lo necesario. El anfitrión es muy amable y está siempre disponible por cualquier inconveniente Podrían poner algún artículo de baño, ya sea jabón o shampoo, el resto estaba impecable
• Vina (7/5): Bella posizione - Ho scelto questo appartamento dalle recensioni, e devo dire che è andato abbastanza bene, la posizione è ottima difronte c'è MD, c'è il verde che noi purtroppo non abbiamo usufruito per la pioggia... Avevo letto qualche recensione che il signore li aveva fatto lasciare le valigie anche qualche ora prima,e così gli abbiamo chiesto se era possibile ma purtroppo ci ha detto di no,e devo dire che un'po ci siamo rimasti, però tutto sommato è stato un bel soggiorno!! Devo dire l'appartamento era abbastanza pulito, dico "abbastanza" perché sul piano doccia ho trovato delle ciocche di capelli e in più uno shampoo piccolo con la bustina aperta affianco,ho dovuto ripulire tutta la doccia,le pentole nella cucina un'po datate,per il resto c'era tutto...

• Cyrielle (9/5): Très bon séjour à Milan ! - Cesare est un hôte très réactif, en nous contactant via WhatsApp c'était facile de communiquer avec lui. L'appartement est très bien placé, à 5 minutes à pied du métro. En quelques stations vous êtes au Duomo. Le prix est ultra intéressant vis à vis des autres logements aux alentours. Un gel douche à disposition serait appréciable et m'aurais permis de mettre 10 !
• Lei (1/5): Stay away from Andrea and Princy - Stay away from this property or the other property - Princy that is also managed by the same host Cesare. He notified us in the morning on the check-in day that Andrea wouldn't be available for August 6th due to technical issue. Instead, he offered Princy for the price of Andrea for 2 nights which is 172 SQFT or 16 SQM smaller than Andrea. We communicated with Cesare through WhatsApp and reached agreement that 1) we would not check in on the 6th but 7th at Princy, 2) Cesare agreed to refund us the money for August 6th. We checked in after 3pm on August 7th. We agreed to the last minute change and checked in because Cesare agreed to refund the money for August 6th which we didn't stay in either Andrea or Princy. Cesare suggested us to call booking's customer service to request the refund. After we came back home, we called Booking.com to request for the refund. Booking sent him an email for his consent but he rejected to process the refund to us. I contacted him through WhatsApp and he denied the agreement we had at the first place and said he can't refund us because we chose not to stay in Princy on August 6th. In addition to this, we had a restless night at Princy because the next neighbor made lots of noise from 8pm to after midnight. Stay away from this property or the other property - Princy that is also managed by the same host Cesare. Very helpful! Tiny issue — I would have liked extra pillows for the bed, in different degrees of hard and soft.

• Toms (10/5): Beautiful, clean apartment in a great location - Apartment has everything you might expect from a place to feel like at home. Great location - metro, bus, tram just couple of min walk. There are a couple of great places to have a breakfast or dinner near by.
• Emily (8/5): Convenient and clean - Conveniently located for Linate Airport. We enjoyed a tram ride into the city. Ideal for a short stay (one night in our case). Lovely new bathroom. Great comms from host.
• Emre (10/5): Exceptional - It was really clean and comfortable. It is very easy to access both city center and Linate airport by M4 trains. The proximity is also good and safe. There is a supermarket in front of the apartment where you can buy something for kitchen. There is a big park where children can play and available for running. Next time I will come again if I can find it with a reasonable price.

• Falcontrace (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent place to stay in Milan! There is a super market crossing the street, and metro and train stations a few minutes walking. The neighborhood is also very safe and pretty. The interior of the apartment is quite spacious and very comfortable to stay in. Everything is impeccable, and we found all necessary items for our stay in it. The host is also very friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay there again in another visit to Milan.
• Riin (10/5): Nice appartment close to metro station which takes you everywhere - Very nice appartment near the metro station, which runs to Linate airport and city centre. Unbelievable but together 20 min and you are at the airport. Very comfy bed. The appartment is fully equipped with everything you need. And the owner is very helpful. Really recommend this appartment in Milan. Thank you Cesare :) -

• Rene (7/5): Good - Comfortable and clean The key handing procedure is unacceptable, the guest is asked to required to search for a key hidden at another address and then is guided through a 'tutorial' into the apartment building. The tutorial was sent twice through whatsapp but did not play. Annoying and time consuming
• Michal (7/5): Good property for a short stay. good loaction and host. - Property was really nice, clean and spacious. good comunication with the host, even he didn't speak English. Supermarket outside property which is a bonus. Although it was a bit cold in the property in the evening and at night. heating seems to be off and the night were cold. Also there was no wine glasses, which I think in a country like Italy (wine lovers), there should be few of them as a standard.

Keep in mind it's on the first floor so there is no balcony or outdoor space. But it is half a block from a park with a running track, courts, ping pong tables, and exercise areas.

A 6-7min max walking distance to a nearby metro and tram station in a peaceful neighborhood. We had a late flight so the host was kind enough to leave the keys where we can find them and let ourselves in. I highly recommend :)

• Fatih (9/5): Perfect place for a budget friendly stay in Milano. - It was extra clean. The location is very close to the city center. Cesare is a great guy and he will help you about anything. There is probably nothing.
• Karita (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean and spacious with good facilities. The bathroom is especially nice. Both the bed and the sofa bed are comfortable. Everything was is order. The location is quite good close to bus and tram lines, and the metro. There is a supermarket right across the street and cafes within a couple of blocks. Very easy to reach with metro from Linate Airport (10 minutes only). The sound isolation to the corridor is not great. The apartment is on the ground floor next to an elevator so there is a lot of people moving outside the apartment door. However, the bedroom has a door so it is not that bad but still recommend ear plugs if you want to sleep past ~7 am.
