• Angie (3/5): We did not enjoy our stay here. We do not recommend staying here. - The property was clean. It’s close to the centre. There are a number of things wrong. It states in the ad that the hosts speak English, they don’t and we had trouble with translation. It states it’s a 2 bedroom, it certainly is not. It’s a one bedroom with a pullout sofa in the lounge room. For an apartment it wasn’t stocked well. We would have liked a toaster to use in the morning but it didn’t have one. There was no tea towel that we could find. We were told to empty the air conditioner overflow bottle on the balcony before it fills up. There is a beach but you can not see it and would take about 15 minutes to walk there. The light switches in the lounge room don’t work properly and when used would stick. The person sleeping in the lounge nearly had to sleep with the light on. It would have been nice to drink our wine out of a wine glass not a plastic one. It would have been nice to be given a bit more information about the apartment and area other than the rules near the door. We were told there is a shop around the corner. I had to contact host for wifi info and there is no other information given. There is a tram a few minutes away but you have to walk past stinky bins to get to it. This unit is definitely overpriced for what is there and the area it is in.
