• Karen (9/5): Amazing house - Only 15 minutes drive to lytham st Anne's. Private drive. Quiet location, but close to shops. We'll maintained house, excellently decorated, plenty of room. All the facilities 4 bedrooms, 8 adults, but the living room only had one couch and one chair, to accommodate 4 people. Another couch could easily fit in the large room Again 8 adults, but the dining room table only had 6 chairs and 2 fold up chairs. We went to eat, sit round the table and chat. A larger table and 8 chairs, could easily fit in the room

• Elaine (9/5): We really enjoyed staying in the house and would happily come again. - We were 3-generations staying at the house. Lots of space and opportunity to find a quiet place if preferred. All facilities were really good but for one aspect. We had planned to cook for ourselves on 2evenings but was disappointed by the lack of saucepans and frying pans/wok of a suitable size for a party of 7 or 8. In all other aspects the kitchen was great.

• Lazysasha (10/5): Lovely, comfortable property - Big spacious property in a quiet area, probably the cleanest property we've ever stayed in. The kids liked the games rooms and the big TVs! We had a couple of queries when we stayed and we received a quick response from the management team. Really recommend this property if you want to be close to Lytham/Blackpool The dining table is in the conservatory so we never used it as it was a bit of a trek. A small island in the kitchen would have been great for the kids.

• Jillian (10/5): Immaculately clean, very spacious and comfortable. - This property is of an exceptional standard. It is modern, spacious, immaculately clean, warm and well-equipped. The welcome pack was a very nice touch. The beds are all comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with tea, coffee etc and all cleaning materials such as dishwasher tablets and the bathrooms with shampoo etc. Everything is of high quality. The hosts are attentive. All in all, I would highly recommend. Nothing.
