• EVA MARIA (1/5): Horrible!!! - Nada El apartamento no está en condiciones de ser alquilado, el baño está sucio y roto ,hay insectos , el lavabo pierde agua, la ducha está rota, el suelo de la ducha en malas condiciones,el segundo baño no tiene luz,los utensilios de cocina tirados y sucios en los cajones, el horno sucio, se avisa al propietario y no lo soluciona solo trae toallas en una bolsa de plástico de mala manera.Hemos tenido que estar 2 días en estas condiciones ,no lo recomiendo en absoluto

• Eugen (1/5): Warning! Do not trust the pictures for this listing. - It was close to the center. The horse never got back to me when I arrived and we needed a number of things and he never gave us any additional towels toilet paper or items to clean in the apartment for the duration of 13 days. Also this place needs serious renovations the doors of the cabinets are loose in the kitchen one of them hit me in the head. I do not recommend it if you bring kids because they can get hurt. In the bathroom the fan would not work so everything seems up when you take a shower also the floors in the bathroom are extremely sleeperies I do not believe that are suitable for the shower. For that reason I only give it one star I would give it a 0.1 star if I would have the option. The bed also is very hard and could use new mattresses. The expresso machine would not work and we didn't drink espressos for that reason. On Sunday the main street is closed the host never mentioned that to us so we had to walk on the streets with the luggages and they have some bars and clubs right across the street that they play music until 3:30 a.m. so you cannot have a good night sleep unless you enjoyed that type of life. I am extremely disappointed with this stay in Bucharest. I will be falling a complain.

• Maria (8/5): Great location beautiful house and nice staff - The location was excellent, very central and safe! The house was beautiful, had good internet and we appreciated that it was warm the heat was on all day, and we always had hot water! The host Stefan, was excellent, always tried to assist us in every possible way, even during our late arrival, he ensured that we entered the correct building and guided us through step by step! While entering the building through the main door, we encountered issues with the access keypad, as the number “5” did not function properly. This made it frustrating every time we needed to enter the building. A manual pdf with photos with the exact building and entrance would be really helpful. Also some parts and rooms of the house, such as the main bathroom need renovation.

After contacting the host and raising the issue, his response was: “Hello! When we have two guests, we only make one room, unless requested by our guests in advance.” Although he was able to bring new bedding after i insisted that i needed the second bedroom too, I think that this is totally unacceptable. When I book a flat, i expect it to be fully ready regardless of number of guests. It also took him 4 hours to bring the second bedroom linens etc. I was really disappointed by this issue and his excuse. 2) the curtains are light so a lot of sunlight can come through which makes tge room really bright as soon as the sun is out. 3) mattress not very comfortable
• Peter (10/5): Super nice apartment for the money - Very spacious! We lacked information for how to get into the apartment. After calling the host, this was sorted out. We only got one blanket for each bed. Would have been nice with one for each person.
