• Jos (10/5): Erg gezellig verblijf en van alle gemakken voorzien. - Wij vonden het een heel gezellige knusse studio. Ik voelde me weer als vroeger op kamers, maar dan luxe. Hele grappige erker waar je in kon zitten. Fijne gastheer. Er is ons niets tegengevallen. Wij hebben genoten.
• Tyrique (10/5): Amazing place, even amazing-er hosts! - Absolutely loved the way the place was furnished. Super cosy, comfortable and homey-feeling. The hosts were super nice as well! Nothing, really. Nothing to complain about! I'd love to visit again soon.
• Arnaud (10/5): Nous reviendrons certainement - Studio très confortable, il ne manque rien, lieu très calme, grands espaces verts autour du studio, un commerce de proximité assuré tout ce dont vous avez besoin et la station de train est à cinq minutes à pieds. Nous avons été accueillis de façon très sympathique c'était très appréciable. Un bon gîte pour se poser au calme après une journée de découverte en ville. Peut être un grille pain mais je ne vois pas vraiment autre chose.

• Terry (10/5): Great people, great location, great facilities. - It's a beautiful little place, tucked away neatly in close proximity to Utrecht. It has all the peace and quiet you might need to get away from your busy day out there. The bed is amazing, the hosts are lovely people. The owner is very relatable as he is simply reciprocating a service he has used himself as a business traveler. It's good to know that you have all the public transport you'll ever need nearby. So if you need to get to that important meeting early tomorrow morning: you will arrive relaxed, refreshed and on time ( that is: IF you manage to avoid hitting snooze so you can stay in that comfy bed just a bit longer.).

• Jos (8/5): Prima accommodatie - Ruime studio vv keukenblokje. Niet door een deur afgesloten Sanibroyeur, die ook best wat geluid maakt.

• Andrew (7/5): - Toilet was in the same room as the bedroom with just a screen between. Was okay for us, but maybe not for others. Shower was shared with the hosts, again okay for us, but might not suit everyone.

• Michel (10/5): A lovely place, I would definitely recommend. - Cecilia and Pim are very welcoming and friendly. This place is the attic of their house, it’s extremely clean, literally dustfree. I had everything I needed in the room, and everything was functioning well. I stayed for a Saturday night, it was quiet the whole night, I could have a long peaceful sleep. There’s a little terrace outside of the mini kitchen, must be lovely sitting there in the summer time.
