- Janine (5/5): The unit was nice , but it really needs a good clean - It was not clean
- Nick (8/5): - Big and comfortable liked the hot tub
- Swati (6/5): - The Hot tub and the location. There was no ventilation in the bedrooms and we couldn't open the window because of the flies, and the cooking utensils were not up to scratch.
- Lindy (9/5): Great place for stargazing - It was near the town, the beds were comfortable the unit was clean It was a bit pricey for one night

- MrG (10/5): Lovely, I wish I could have stayed longer. - Fantastic view of the night sky and snow topped mountains, excellent host.
- Belinda (7/5): - View from the living area was beautiful. Didn't realise the apartment was attached to 2 others. It was noisy when everyone was home. The location is interesting. In a sort of precinct, surrounded by lots similar subdivided houses.
The main bedroom and ensuite were tiny.
The spa did not work.
- Krystel lyka (9/5): Great - Spa
- Jade (9/5): Very enjoyable into the hot tub! - Nice house with everything you needed! No
- Lisa (6/5): -
- Craig (8/5): very nice - Location was great and unit nice and clean The main shower head keeps falling off its cradle , cradle keeps slipping down to pipe. The shower base needs a good mould clean around the edges,

- Wang (10/5): Fabulous Place with Outdoor SPA - The two-bedroom apartment comes with an outdoor spa, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and comfort. The tasteful decoration adds charm to the space, and the large living room window provides stunning views of snowy peaks and a serene pond, making it an ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee. The user-friendly coffee machine with provided capsules is a thoughtful touch for caffeine enthusiasts. Although the telescope serves as a decorative piece, it doesn't detract from the overall experience. Sharing free on-site parking with two other private units is convenient. Zicky, the host, is praised for her responsiveness and friendliness, contributing to a delightful stay. Overall, it's a 10/10 place worth revisiting! Fantastic
- Guest (10/5): Breathtakingly beautiful stay at a wonderful place. - The property was beautiful and the views are breathtaking! Everything! The hot tub/ spa was a great surprise and added to the wonderful stay at this beautiful place.

- Callum (10/5): - The bach itself was cosy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the stunning mountain views – absolutely breathtaking. The peaceful pond just behind the bach added a lovely touch of nature and serenity. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday bach.
- RGfSG (10/5): Awesome Tekapo Apartment - Location was fantastic, with a great view of the snow capped mountains, the lake, and a small quaint lovely pond. The hot tub was warm and ready when we arrived. Fully furnished, everything was fairly new. Clean and comfy. Checkin and checkout was easy, the host was very accommodating and helpful, thank you so much, Zicky.
We wanted to stay another night, but the place was already booked, Zicky helped us with the seamless transfer to another apartment nearby. A bit of chlorine on the tub would be good.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (10/5): Excellent! - Loved the space, beautiful view of the mountains, and the hot tub was amazing! We loved having a hot tub looking out onto the snowy mountains. Perfect after a day on the slopes.
Very family friendly too.
- Fiona (10/5): Exceptional - The hot spa facing the mountain is highlight, give my family relax time
- Walker (10/5): Great spot! Super impressed! - Great location, large spacious house with lots of amenities Would have AMAZING to use the spa there
- Ekaitz (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (8/5): Lovely stay - Nice location and lovely open space around the apartment. Nothing perhaps that the residential are it is in is quite built up
- Smith (9/5): A winter wonderland -
- Anonymous (8/5): Enjoyable - Provision for suitcases in bedroom
- Ashlea (8/5): Perfect location for stargazing! - What a view through that window! House was perfect for our needs. Easy to find and a quiet street. Free car space onsite which was great as you need a car to get into town. All the essentials that you need were all supplied and quick communication with the host. Neat and tidy and perfect space to look at the stars/milky way
if you don't have heavy cloud like we did :-) Thought we were getting a whole house didn't realise it was split into 3 seperate apartments but it still was sufficient size and space and couldn't hear any neighbours and happy with the overall accomodation.
- Kaileb (8/5): Very good -
- Martin (8/5): Very good -
- Weizhi (3/5): Poor -
- Mi (10/5): Lovely house with breathtaking view - This charming house offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains. We truly appreciate the thoughtful interior design that adds a sense of comfort and coziness, making it feel like a true home.
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Akash (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing view, the proximity to restaurants and last but not the least the wonderful hot tub!
Not to forget enjoyed the ducks visiting us in the morning.
- Charlotte (1/5): Don't waste your money - photos are misleading and the property is filthy - For the price you are paying you expect quality but this property was far from it. We were extremely disappointed with the cleanness and how deceptive the photos are. There is no luxury to this property like the listing implies.
The property owners turned up as soon as we arrived to insist on payment. This was also before we'd had a chance to step inside. Once we'd got into the house and realised how bad it was we contacted the property owners who did not respond.
The dishwasher was dirty, and had not been unpacked. The oven had dirty fat covered trays. There are dead bugs on the floor. There are cigarette butts in the ashtray outside as well as all over the patio and in the garden. The garden area was covered in weeds. The parking they stated does not actually fit more than one car, so we had to park on the street.
- Berwyn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emily (2/5): We wished we stayed somewhere different - The lake was nice You can’t sit outside because it’s by a pond and there are millions of mosquitos. And there is no telescope. The whole point we went there was to use the telescope outside so we could star gaze. We travelled far to come there and it wasn’t what it said on the pictures. Was also our most expensive place we stayed and the value for money was the least.
- Robert (5/5): Poor location, wont return - Good amount of space Location is a fair way from town centre and very " suburban" so, ordinary. The house is fairly new built to a "price" and expensive for what it was
- Pamela (6/5): Great location and a good space in beautiful Lake Tekapo. Somewhat expensive for what you get though - The space is lovely and it being really close to the various available activities is really good. Check in was simple and easy. There was not enough crockery and cutlery. For example there were less than four mugs and less than 4 sets of cutlery despite the facility accommodating four people. There were also only one set of pillows on all the beds meaning that if they were uncomfortable, there were no other options. There were also no spare blankets.
We were looking forward to using the telescope, but this did not appear to work / was damaged.
The blinds in all the rooms seemed to be broken meaning that when it was night time and the lights were on, people outside of the accommodation could see directly into the lounge/kitchen area.
- Terence (7/5): Good -
- Katica (4/5): Disappointing - Location. Bathroom was mouldy and unclean floors, with only one towel offered per couple (not per person).
Disappointed that the guests and I were instructed to take shoes off when the property cost over $500 for one night.
Bird poo was evident on the property porch.
Breadcrumbs and grime were found in the kitchen/stove area.
Curtains weren't able to be closed properly which led to excessive sun in the property.
Main bedroom carpet was dirty upon arrival.
- Deborah (9/5): Superb -
- Dana-iuliana (6/5): Pleasant - The property had pretty much all you would need. Smell of mould hit us in the face as soon as we walked through the door.
Signs of "don't do this" and "do this" everywhere in the house. A bit unpleasant.
Also, the beds in one of the bedrooms were right up against the window sill, in order to pull the curtains shut, we had to move the mattress away a bit.
Overpriced.
- Benita (4/5): Ok but do not recommend - Beds were comfortable. Close to town I repeatedly tried to get I touch with host but was ignored. Could not pay prior. I had not even stepped out of car and a couple drove in and put an Eftpos machine in front of me. They did same to people next door so like they were watching us. Furnished cheaply and definitely not vale for money
- Cheryl (10/5): Exceptional - The property was lovely and clean with comfortable beds. The decor was beautiful with great views. Wish we were staying longer.
- Nicky (8/5): Very good -
- Andy (10/5): Very good experience with this comfort place in Tekapo - Breakfast is good enough , I really like it. The thing is if we can order different meals to try that will be great . Haha Chinese breakfast is more attractive for us.
- Hannah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Meet (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Justus (8/5): Great place for visiting Lake Tekapo! - De locatie! Simpele bedden.
- Rosie (9/5): Superb - The views are fantastic, and the space available and it's warmth really stood out. The telescope was broken and didn't zoom or work properly which was disappointing
- Arad (8/5): Very good -
- Ramit (10/5): Exceptional -
- Asmayaty (9/5): Superb - Cozy clean and very good facility ❤️ the best part is amazing views 😍
- Emad (8/5): Very good -
- Simon (10/5): Really nice place to stay and lovely people - The view was amazing and the place
- Liceria (9/5): Superb -
- Dorothy (9/5): Superb - Lots of extra offers like breakfast delivered, free telescope to use, refills of coffee/tea etc
- Mark (9/5): Lovely view, very homely - Spacious home in a handy location. Excellent view of the mountains. Heat pump kept us warm. Good bathrooms, comfortable beds. A few coffee capsules for the machine would be a nice touch.
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wang (10/5): Very nice , warm place and lovely staff -
- Laura (5/5): Good location, house is fine but could have a couple of upgrades to enhance it. Beware of the mice problem. - The property was in a great location and the heating was good. The showers were both broken (usable but shower heads/doors were not working properly).
I woke up at 4am to the sound of rustling in my bedroom. When I turned on the light, I saw a mouse on the floor next to my bag.
There was no notice of your mouse problem. There was no food in the bedroom, and there was no reason for a mouse to be near my belongings.
- Russelyn (9/5): Superb -
- Pannierselvam (9/5): Superb -
- Dan (9/5): Superb - 2 bathrooms still have new smell
- Melanie (9/5): Superb -

- Keobounkhong (8/5): Nice stay good view - Nice view The hot water system
- Joby (2/5): Overpriced - Spacious The mouse in the house
- Michael (9/5): Very good - Staff were helpful
Place was nice and comfortable
- Nicholas (10/5): Great option in Lake Tekapo! - This was one of the best places we stayed in New Zealand. Arrival was very easy, and the place was spotless. It's a shame we were only here for one night. Nothing!
- Prasanna (8/5): Lake tekepo space review - Villa was superb quality-nice wooden floors, kitchen, hall and bathroom. Telescope in room was immobile and not convenient or complicated for star gazing. Ended up using binoculars to enjoy view in midnight once moon set.
- Hon (9/5): Superb - Nice landlord Price is a bit high
- Mitch (8/5): Great - Great house, great location Couch not very comfy
- Eunha (7/5): Good - The facility was nice. It was cozy and warm. The location was far from the lake. The price was way too high for its quality, but I guess it's a general tendency in the area. I recommend staying somewhere else than near the lake
- Divya (8/5): was good - its 3 apartments in one block. Finding the property is a bit hard and have to contact the host upon arrival. dish washing scrub was dirty we requested for a new one but never got it. The space is a bit tight for 4 people.
- Wibowo (9/5): Superb -
- Jacinda (7/5): Good -
- Dan (10/5): Nice - Very comfortable and nice. It was very pricey but worth it.
- Joe (9/5): Great! - Had a telescope, beautiful view out of the back nice overall property Missing some kitchen things for those who might want to cook in-house like not enough plates
- Patrick (8/5): Decent place in Tekapo - New apartment in Tekepo that was clean and ready on arrival. View of a small pond outback. Close to town (which is very small). Responsive hosts. Easy check-in once booking.com payment issue resolved. Some confusion about payment before arrival but straightened out. Telescope was disappointing - no batteries installed so really could not use as stores were closed - how much can a few batteries cost? Kitchen was a bit sparse with pans, etc. Beds okay but pillows not comfortable. Shower very small as was bathrooms in general. The apartment is in a building with 3 units so not that private. Price seemed high.
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hayley (9/5): Superb -
- Bhargav (9/5): Superb - The venue was good. Everything was clean and tidy. We went there with star gazing expectations however, the telescope wasn't set properly.
Also, the whole night the light across the other houses didn't allow us to watch stars in the dark.
