• Cosmin (9/5): Very good price and location - Wonderful Brasov panorama location, I think there are several suites, because the one that I was on was on the ground floor and it was not the same as pictured on Booking, so you cannot see the view from the apartment. Very spacious room, Poiana Brasov is 10-15 mins away by car, excellent for a ski trip. Price is unbelievable. Have cash on you to pay, as they require it and do not mention it in advance and there is no ATM nearby, furniture is cheap and has some issues (broken but functional kitchen hob), one radiator was not working, but room was warm enough. Nothing to truly affect the stay and the price is just incredible.

• Miatov (10/5): Intr-un cuvant sejurul meu a fost excelent. - Locatia este excelenta , foarte curata si primitoare , aproape de toate locatiile vizate . Calatoresc destul de des in aceasta parte a tarii si cu siguranta voi reveni de fiecare data cu placere. Nu gasesc nimic de neplacut . A fost peste asteptari.

• Andi (4/5): - The facilities are clean and the location is very good. The owner. He does not care for his guests. He never answers the phone, I had to call him 6 times. When he answered, he was almost bothered that I called him. He did not give any direction until we reached the location. No message on how to find the key, or number for the entrance, or the fact that he only takes cash, etc. He only wants his money. He called me at 9 pm to ask why I did not put the money in the key box and that he dropped by to check! That is creepy, and completely wrong! I am pretty sure he entered our apartment while we were in the city. He was very insistent on it and despite that he says he is not on the property, he lives in the same building. After I put the money in the box and messaged him he came and got the money at 11 pm. Who does that? He then preceded to tell me to cancel the booking on Booking. Later in the evening he told me to give him a message when we vacate in the morning. Early that morning I find out that he deleted the message where he asked me to “cancel” the booking, and at 8’am sharp, he once more messaged me telling me to tell him when we leave the room. He only calls you when it about the money, otherwise he ignores you and his phone only works with WhatsApp, so don’t bother calling it because he will not answer it. His wife is a very good to talk to and is nice. The booking phone number is hers so call that, she actually answers. Also, this man, doing a cash business and canceling reservations is against ANAF rules, the reason he does is to avoid paying the fees for renting into Airbnb style. I am going to report him for this and I hope he gets what he deserves. This is NOT how you treat your guests. Completely disgusted by this.

• Alina (10/5): An exceptional stay with great views and a fantastic experience all around. - The property is beautiful with a stunning city view that made the stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, everything exceeded my expectations, and I have no complaints.

• Ana-Maria31 (8/5): - The apartment was spacious, located in a nice area. The room was very clean, but the kitchen not quite so. All the appliances were dirty and sticky. The bathroom was ok... There were no towels available for guests, luckily we had our own.
• Annie BOURREAU (9/5): - L'espace de l'appartement, la literie, le calme, la terrasse même si nous ne l'avons pas utilisée. La vue sur la ville depuis la résidence. La disponibilité de nos hôtes. Appartement très propre. L'absence de plaque de cuisson et les équipements réduits au strict minimum (très peu de couverts, ustensiles de cuisine, pas de sèche-cheveux...) et de bonde pour l'évier et la baignoire . Une voiture est fortement conseillée pour redescendre en centre ville et le système de barrière mériterait un badge pour plus de simplicité. La chasse d'eau des toilettes n' était malheureusement pas fonctionnelle.

• Johanna (10/5): - Totul a fost în regulă! Frumos, curățat. Presiunea de apă este slab dar nu a fost a mare problemă, și lipsa aparatului de cafea, dar fiind că este fierbător de apă dacă aduceți plicuelețe de cafea nici asta nu e problemă.

• lucian-george (5/5): - Fotoliile, masuta de cafea si semineul electric. 1. Un apartament simplu, relativ nou, la parter. Cu toate ca este pe drumul spre Poiana Brasov, geamurile dau spre curtea interioara, cu o vedere dezolanta. Nu ai nimic in zona, daca doresti sau este necesar sa cumperi ceva trebuie sa cobori in oras! Dpmdv, apartamentul are nevoie de imbunatatiri, cum ar fi: - furtunul si para de la dus - deteriorate grav - verificata presiunea la apa - rezervorul WC - nu furnizeaza debitul si volumul necesar de apa la vasul WC - vasul WC se misca - vasul WC ar trebui sa sclipeasca si sa fie foarte bine igienizat - curatat acrilul de etansare al cazii - lenjeria de pat destul de uzata, cu model de culoare albastra, care nu-ti inspira incredere! 2. Recomand urmatoarele lucruri proprietarului: - prosoape - minimum 2 buc - mai ales cand sunt 2 persoane - sapun de maini in baie - lenjeria de pat ar trebui sa fie alba si igienizata, in punga de plastic sigilata - perne - 4 buc. - topper saltea - cafea si/sau ceai - macar o sticla cu apa plata - inlocuirea cazii de baie cu un dus in stil italian, care poate fi foarte usor curatat si igienizat Personal, voi fi mai atent atunci cand voi mai inchiria apartamente in regim hotelier!
• Emilia (9/5): - Superb: am stat în apartamentul 3. Aer curat, liniște, curățenie, terase mari + un mare avantaj câinele nostru care a fost lăsat cu noi. Nu am.
• Nicoletta Bindi (6/5): Peccato, poteva essere bello ma la poca cura si sente! - Gli spazi molto ampi e la terrazzina all'esterno Pochissime attrezzature x la cucina (una padellina bruciata inutilizzabile, una casseruolina e un pentolino scalda acqua, nessun coltello tagliente, un solo bicchiere da acqua) ed anche nel bagno un rotolo di carta igienica quasi finito e nessuno nuovo, lavandino e cesso che dondolavano. Insomma l'ambiente era molto bello ma si vedeva che è stato arredato al minimo costo e non c'è cura nel mantenerlo. Per l'accesso c'è una sbarra di accesso alle case, danno un numero di telefono da chiamare per aprire la sbarra ma bisogna essere molto vicini xchè la sbarra senta il comando.

• Ioana (1/5): ORIBIL ORIBIL ORIBILLLLLL - I would like to bring to your attention that the host of SeasonStudioBV did NOT respect the reservation. (Confirmation number 4457 195 435.) We made the reservation just before leaving for Brasov, at around 6 pm that day. We reached the location close to midnight, as we mentioned at the time of making the reservation. Nobody from the location answered the phone. After calling the host for half an hour from the entrance of the location, to no avail, I checked my email and the host had sent us an email an hour or so before saying that there was no more room for the night. We made the reservation at 6 pm and they confirmed it!!!! If there was no more room why did they accept the reservation in the first place???? I would like to mention that we had stayed in this apartment once before, making the reservation also through Booking, and we liked the nature-filled and the quiet of the location. That is why we did not go alone this time, but travelled with our three-year old child. Can you imagine how hard it is to try to find a place to sleep at midnight while a 3-year old is crying impatiently? That was an absolutely TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE experience and the host did not have even the common decency to call us on the mobile in advance to tell us they had no more availability for the night. Why did they accept the reservation at 6 pm and then at 11 pm, when we arrived, they refused to answer their phone and let us in???? Are these people doing drugs??? We have never EVER had a worse experience with an accommodation provider in our entire life!!!! • Gary (10/5): Clean, comfortable, and modern apartment in a great location. Private, quiet, nice host, great valu - modern, clean facility. Great location up the hill toward Poiana Brasov. Host was very nice. Nice TV. Good fridge and kitchen utensils. Good value! Hmmm, really nothing bad to say here. I'll look to stay here each time I'm in town!
