• Liisi (9/5): - Huoneisto oli todella hyvä ja merenranta oli mukavasti lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Ravintolan henkilökunta oli todella ystävällinen. Myös ravintolalle suurkiitos ♥️ Huone luovutuksissa oli epäselvyyttä ja jouduimme odottelemaan tovin varaamaamme huonetta. Ilmeisesti samankaltaisia ongelmia oli ollut jo aiempina päivinäkin.

• Christian (6/5): Enkel standard, men velfungerende leilighet og unik restaurant i underetg. - God beliggenhet, enkel innsjekk, alt fungerte, kjempebra restaurant i underetg. Oppvasken var kritisk dårlig og måtte tas ved ankomst. Observerte noen hår på bad og håndklær. Savnet klut til å tørke flater, såpe til dusj og et feiebrett til å rydde litt. Lytt mlm rommene.

• Stephan (10/5): Urige Unterkunft am Hafen - Super Unterkunft direkt am Hafen. Man kann sehr schöne Spaziergänge machen. Unten gibt es ein Restaurant und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ein einfaches Zimmer und alles was man braucht. Bett, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher. Gutes Bad mit Dusche. Ein zusätzlicher Stuhl oder kleiner Tisch hätte nicht gestört.

• Michael (8/5): Host generously resolved issues after initial problems. - Initial problems (see below) were resolved by the host upgrading the room for the 3 nights after the first one, and indicating that he would adjust the wording at Booking.com and in messages. It is impossible to avoid all errors; the test is how well they are solved. The host did well at this. Initial information about catering was (probably unintentionally) misleading. The problem was exacerbated by our query through Booking.com not reaching the host. More seriously, his message to us, through Booking.com, about arrival procedure at times when the hotel was not staffed, did not reach us – leading to some confusion and friction on both sides. This was resolved – see above. Booking.com are advised to check their message-forwarding system, as we have since discovered that we are not alone in suffering message-transmission failures.
