• Buxton (8/5): Clean, comfortable and modern. - This is a new, modern and clean unit attached to the rear of the main house. The rooms were still spacious and the lounge was comfortable and a nice place to hang out. The owners had kindly supplied extras such as choclates, different types of milk (oat for eample) and granola which was a nice surprise. There was a private courtyard out the back had we wanted to be outside but we preferred to wander into town which was an easy walk. We had come down to run the great ocean road half marathon and this was a convenient place for a quick stay. We mistakenly drove past the entrance to the unit which is to the left side of the main house down a small path through a gate. This instruction could be specified to help future guests. The unit is linked to the downstairs of the main house via a locked door. When guests from the main house were downstairs we could hear them clearly through the connected door. It didn't bother us too much but something to be aware of depending on who was staying there. We brought metal utensils (forks, spoons etc) as the ones provided were wooden. BYO glasses if drinking wine.
• Aezid Ul Hassan (7/5): Stay was fine and might become great if WIFI and hot water issue was resolved prior to our checkin. - Location was good. The place was clean and comfortable. Regrettably, the WiFi was completely non-functional during my stay. Despite the host’s efforts to communicate with me directly, it became clear that there was an unresolved issue with the WiFi router that hadn’t been addressed prior to my check-in. Additionally, the hot water supply was unexpectedly cut off due to a faulty fuse, leaving us with no choice but to endure cold showers, an experience that was far from enjoyable. These issues significantly impacted our comfort and overall satisfaction.
• Nijesh (10/5): Brand new unit in cosy location - Clean and tidy place. Bedding was nice and comfy.
• Nancy (7/5): Good stay in Apollo Bay for a family. - The property was very clean and well located I didn’t like the noise coming from the other unit. You could hear the voices and the steps from level 1
• Shey (10/5): Loved it! - The place is exceptionally clean. Each room, including the living area, master bedroom, and the second bedroom, is equipped with its own AC unit. The second bathroom features a bunk bed and a single bed, making the whole place suitable for a family with three children. We particularly enjoyed the heat lamp in the bathroom. They provided shampoo, conditioner, and soap too. Additionally, the host thoughtfully provided bottled water in the fridge as well as tea and coffee. The backyard is also a nice spot to relax. Above all, the host is incredibly accommodating. I accidentally left my charger behind, and they promptly sent it to my address at no cost. I truly appreciate their kindness. Without a doubt, I would choose to stay here again, rating it 100/10. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
• Karl (4/5): Disappointing - Location and bathroom Not having a water tap for potable water was our main issue. No kitchen sink either.

• Leanne (8/5): Beautiful little unit - Beautifully appointed and very clean. Yummy chocolate and coffee! Had trouble finding the address as we weren't given a clear street address and had to ring for the access code. Also. I found the bed very uncomfortable. It was difficult to wash up with only the bathroom sink and no cloths.
• Tan (9/5): Superb - The property is new, clean with excellent location. It will be great to have additional kitchen utensil for simple cooking.

• Megan (8/5): Very good - Nice two rooms, good shower, good location, nice touch to add some snacks when we arrived There should have been more toilet paper. There was less than one full roll for 4 people staying there
• Yue (6/5): the street name isn’t clear on the confirmation email. the property is clean, but not convenient with not fully equipped - new property no plates, no lock in each bedroom, toilet can’t be fully locked.
