• Barbora (10/5): - Lovely home right next to the lake. Welcoming host who speaks English and German. Clean, well equipped. Appreciate the possibility to order food (at reasonable prices) since it is outside the city. (Even though we did not use it). The driveway to the property is in proper Armenia condition. The boiler size could be limiting if fully occupied, but it reheats so no problem.

• Aram01 (10/5): - Уютный, просторный домик со всем необходимым. Чистота тотальная, всё новое. Сидишь вечером на трассе, пьешь кофе и смотришь на Севан. Красота. В 10 метрах пляж с плавным входом в воду. В домиках есть автономное отопление в каждой комнате. Замёрз - включил. Ни кого не просишь, в 33 одеяла не заказываешься. Есть шизлонги, пуфики, мангал. Персонал отеля, в частности Мамикон - это лучший человек на Севане. Во всём поможет, всё подскажет. Отдыхали 4 дня и не хотели уезжать. Советую однозначно.

• Parsa (10/5): A nice stay on Lake Sevan's shore, thank you Nirok! - The location was absolutely perfect, offering complete privacy thanks to the private property on the shores of Lake Sevan. A peaceful seclusion, it was incredibly convenient. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed: clean bedding, a warm shower, heating, Wi-Fi, TV, and a cozy kitchen. A special thanks to the wonderful host, Mamikon, who welcomed us with warmth and care.

• Krishnendu (9/5): Pleasant stay - Place is right beside the Sevan lake inside a compound. Mamikon the caretaker was very helpful to tell us what we should do in terms of food, roaming around and also suggested us an extra heater if we need. Quiet and beautiful place. Food was ordered and served at exact time. Since, its away from locality food choices are small. Need to take cab to get to town, not walkable.

• Natalia (7/5): We needed a place to sleep, it was enough. However longer stays would be troublesome. - The beds were quite comfy, and a host was super helpful. There was very little cutlery in the house, no knives. Overall it would need more things for it to be sufficient for a longer stay. Also unfinished walls were not very welcoming. Additionally the road to it was blocked/unfinished? We had to walk around a bit to get to it. Overall there is potential but needs improvement

• Thomas (4/5): Disappointing - Good location at lake Sewan. With a car, many places places can be approached. Staff was helpful. Bathroom was next level smelly. House wasn’t cleaned, there was dust and crumbles everywhere. Bed was absolutely uncomfortable and not firm at all. In front of the property the lake view was there but next to it is a wasteland which could easily be turned into a garden if there was a will. At night we could hear animals living in the walls. Mice probably. My friend found a dry piece of bread in his shoe in the morning which was definitely not his. All in all it felt like „pay a lot but don’t expect anything“.
• Eliza (9/5): Nice lake chalet - We had a chalet facing lake (nice view !). Few meters from the beach. Owners are very friendly, and so accomodating. When we asked for a taxi to go out shopping groceries, they offered to drive us to and back. Very good value for money for those who seek relaxation and as a beach chalet. Although owners speak limited English, they tried to communicate thru' google translator. Could be cleaner, but then it's a beachfront chalet.

• Hoilaiestate (8/5): good view house - The above address is a detached house, right next to Lake Sevan. Not hard to find. Summer is great for family barbecues. The owner even lent us kitchen utensils for cooking. bath room quite small
