The kitchen items like some pots started to rust already including the one for heating water. Also the bathroom needs to be clean well since there some septic smell.

• Rebecca (10/5): Quitet place with a nice view - The views are amazing! It is a very calm place where you can enjoy the beautiful view of central capri. We booked this place mostly for the terrace and it exceeded expectations. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped, it has just the very very very basics and everything seems a bit run down. A new and maybe also bit bigger bialetti would be nice and maybe some more plates and bowls for the meal but all in all it was sufficient to exist and cook a basic dinner.
• Christoph (10/5): Inexpensive place at stunning location. - Stunning location, and for a 3 bedroom apartment perhaps one of the cheapest places on the island. Balcony + terrace, very quiet. We were absolutely amazed by the view, reaching from the Faraglionis to Monte Solaro. Sure, it´s a bit of a climb - but the whole island is. Very nice host also, easy communication. Will definitely come again!
• Christian (8/5): Perfect if you are more into relaxing and cooking on your own. The view is breathtaking - The view was the main selling point, and good value for money if you come in a group. It was nice that the kitchen had some items like oil, salt, pepper and coffee. It has the flaw of its qualities. Once you are so there late afternoon, you don’t really want want to come down in Capri town center, so you seclude yourself up there.
• Richard (9/5): Loved it - The few 224steps only suitable for backpacks not suitable for guests with bad knees BUT VIEW IS WORTH IT

• Serif (6/5): The stay in Capri was the best that we had during our time on the Amalfi coast region. - The location was absolutely amazing. The view was all it appeared in the photos online. The location was good (not too much climbing). There were convenience stores located nearby which made it handy also. Local were really lovely and made an effort to communicate with you. The apartment cleanliness was a little low for our liking. The kitchen and bathroom areas were not very clean as there were stains along the walls in the kitchen and gunk build up around edges in the bathroom. There was also a sewerage smell coming from the bathroom all the time. The internet was very poor and the television did not work. Some of the doors leading to the balcony areas would not close or lock properly. The apartment owner never once spoke to us in person always preferring to send a message even though I rang a couple of times seeking clarity around a few things. This was a bit impersonal we thought. Apartment furniture was a bit of a mish mash of furniture rather than a thought out furniture plan. The beds were very uncomfortable and our bed had a bedhead which was not secured properly and was lop-sided.
• Trevor (7/5): Awesome views, possibly one of the best in the area, but sadly lacking in facilities. - The view was outstanding, and easily the best part of the stay. Good sized balcony to enjoy the views, with plenty of seating both inside and out. 3 good sized bedrooms. Couldn't get the tv to work. No washing machine, which as a 3 bed apartment catering for families was a big draw back. Didn't realise there were 120 steps to get to the apartment. Carrying 3 large bags wasn't much fun each way. The kitchen had most things we needed, but the dishwasher didn't work and the fridge was quite small, so not really suitable if you are staying for me than a couple of days.

• Athina (5/5): Passable - Very spacious apartment that has everything you need. A very nice balcony with a breathtaking view overlooking capri. The host answered all questions quick and easy! The apartment was situated very far from capri center. The walk alone was tough, the hundred steps that is mentioned in the ad was just the tip of the ice berg. It was overall very good for us but we also did not have a problem with the ants in the living room.

I booked it again immediately for my birthday week in 2024. The kitchen was nice and we appreciated being able to cook meals during our stay. There are quite a bit of stairs to get to the property so pack light

• Cathy (10/5): Loved the accomodation. The host was great and answered all my questions. - The home was spacious and clean. The view was amazing. Loved it. Didn’t have a microwave nor washing machine. I lived without both but you must be aware. Also the marina gets crowded so work out how to get to the accommodation. There are 119 steps to the front door from the square. So if u young or old or have health issues this accomodation is not for you. I loved it though. My heart app said my heart rate etc improved.

• Rutm (4/5): Not what we expected for the money - - the view - very quite as a bit outside the center on a hill - it rained into my room - the electricity plug went out every late evening/at night, despite having just 2 lights and the fridge on. I had to get out in the rain to fix it. - it was very drafty, therefore cold in the appartment (it was a cold week however)

• Sophia (10/5): Great views and amazing location! - AMAZING VIEWS! Literally such a beautiful view over Capri and only 6 minute walk from the main square! A great location. Also, super nice having air conditioning in every room - made such a difference in the summer heat. Also the patio was nice to eat on :) This isn’t anyone’s fault - but if anyone has difficulty walking I would suggest not booking this place as there is 100 stairs up to the property as advertised.

• Tommi, (4/5): Problems that needs no fix - Open view to the sea over the town. Spacious rooms. This block of flats has 3 levels. At least in one bedroom has severe black mould problem in two.walls. This building is high on the mounting so you'll get wet while climbing hundreds of stairs - but that's Capri. No taxi service, cars can't drive in narrow baths. In terrace all chairs broken. Tablecloth was broken. No chairs to stay under sun outdoors. In other balcony no chairs either. All plants in terrace/balcony has beed ded several years we think. Shoud throw away. In small kitchen collection on different glasses, plates etc. 2-3 similar each One bedroom had no closet for clothes, nor curtains to shut for the night / morning sun. All sounds inside you can hear loudly, doors keepsnoice, not closing without strong pressure. Only one toilet/bathroom. In one bedroom 160 cm wide bed, another has 120 cm wide bed and in 3rd bedroom 2 x 80 cm wide beds more like temporary use (for kids).

Really very beautiful villa with lovely rooms and the best view over Capri town you could wish for. I highly recommend staying here and very good value as well.
• Anonymous (9/5): loved the place. - views from the terrace and from each room are breathtaking. even though its decoration is quite old, it has its own style which makes you feel 100% in Capri. it wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked it (night tables, wardrobes, kitchen) they can easily improve this. the equipment in the kitchen is not so good. if you are thinking about having toasts, there’s no toaster, no microwave and the electric kettle wasn’t working. the entrance door’s hardware was old and had a hard time getting the key out of it. all these things compared to the good ones, are nothing. it is all worth it
