• DOROS (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία είναι φανταστική και η θέα απο το μπαλκόνι στον Παγασητικό υπέροχη. Η θάλασσα είναι ακριβώς μπροστά απο το κατάλυμα στα δυο βήματα. Όλοι οι χώροι του σπιτιού ήταν πεντακαθαροι και είχαμε οτι χρειαζόμασταν για να απολαύσουμε τη διαμονή μας. Ηταν ιδανικό για ξεκούραση, χαλάρωση και μπάνιο στη θάλασσα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης, μας απάντησε αμέσως και ήταν πολυ ευγενικός, εξυπηρετικός και κατατοπιστικός σε ότι ρωτήσαμε. Υπήρχαν κοντα ωραία ταβερνάκια για φαγητό ακομα και με τα πόδια. Είναι πολύ κοντά και η πόλη του Βόλου αλλά και τα παραθαλάσσια χωριά του Πηλίου, Αγριά, Γατζέα και Άφησσος. Το σημείο είναι ιδανικό για να πας προς όποια κατεύθυνση επιθυμείς. Θα ξανά έρθουμε σίγουρα για περισσότερες μέρες. Ευχαριστούμε!!!
• Andreea (4/5): We felt cheated by the reality vs pictures. - The view Unfortunately there are so many things that I did not like. It is the first time when the Booking presentation of a property is deceitful. The “property” as it was presented is one apartment in one of the TWO buildings in the courtyard. The pictures only show one villa and leads you to believe that the “whole property is yours”. In fact you get one apartment in a courtyard where there are cars, a boat, no place for sitting, no shade. The beach ia non existent, one meter of rocks and garbage and water that is dirty and full of rocks. The acces to the apartment ia done by driving on the beach with two wheels (at least) in the sea. The apartment has air conditioning ONLY in the living room. The air conditioning is ancient and barely manages to cool the living room space. The bathrooms are old and not very clean. The bedrooms have no air conditioning, they have ceiling fans that do not help when there are 40 degrees C outside. The furniture in both bedrooms is very very old and deteriorated. Both bedrooms were not clean (dirt and dead bugs in the corners and under the beds). There was a foul smell in the kitchen coming from one of the cabinets where a pipe was covered with dirty cloth. When we arrived, the kitchen was fool of ants. Overall we consider we paid a very high price for such a place. I really think that with a decent investment in cleaning, air conditioning and new furniture and new HONEST pictures, the place might turn into something worth visiting.
