• Lefteris (10/5): - Είναι ένα πολύ όμορφο και ζεστό διαμέρισμα, σε μια όμορφη γειτονιά. Όλα ήταν τέλεια!

• NIKITAS (7/5): - Ανακαινισμένο, πάρα πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο,σε ήσυχη περιοχή. Είναι έξω από τα Ιωάννινα, περίπου 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.. όι πόρτες χρήζουν αντικατάσταση, ή πόρτα του δωματίου ανοίγει με κωδικό, εκεί είχαμε ένα θέμα, κολλούσε καί δεν άνοιγε,με αποτέλεσμα νά ταλαιπωρηθουμε αρκετά!!
• PANAGIS (10/5): Εξαιρετικό, σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε ξανά. - Ήσυχη τοποθεσία με εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων αλλά και σαν ορμητήριο για αποδράσεις σε Ζαγοροχώρια κλπ Εύκολη εύρεση πάρκινγκ έξω από το διαμέρισμα ή πολύ κοντά. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο (καινούρια έπιπλα,κουζίνα,μπάνιο), Άνετο και πολύ καθαρό. Μεγάλα δωμάτια με άνετα κρεβάτια/στρώματα. Πλήρης εξοπλισμός. Πολύ καλή θέρμανση με καλοριφέρ. Αναλυτικές πληροφορίες από την ιδιοκτήτρια. Πολύ γρήγορη ταχύτητα ίντερνετ. Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.

• Zosimidou (9/5): - Άνετο και πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα. Το πιστολάκι ήταν χαλασμένο, που συνήθως δεν τα χρησιμοποιώ, αλλά είχαμε ταξιδέψει για γάμο και το χρειαζόμουν.
• Lazaros (10/5): - Περιποιημένο διαμέρισμα,με πολύ ωραία διακόσμηση,άνετα δωμάτια και κρεβάτια. Πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως ανακαινισμένο! Εύκολη πρόσβαση,εύκολο παρκάρισμα,σίγουρα στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στα Ιωάννινα θα είναι η πρώτη επιλογή!

Modern, clean, top of the line finishes, you could tell the owner invested greatly in the property. Communication was friendly, concise and she awaited our arrival even though we have her little time notice. Loved every minute of it . —

• Radek (10/5): Exceptional - A cozy luxury and very clean newly refurbished apartment in a quiet street of Ioannina, with very comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped with all the utensils necessary for a short to medium stay, close to a restaurant and shops, the lake is in a walking distance. Very good communication with the owner Maria who was very helpful with everything we needed. We had a lovely stay and definitely would recommend.
• Anonymous (10/5): A great quiet apartment. - Very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Quiet residential location with easy parking. Easy to get into the centre or out to see the sites.
