- MAN YING (6/5): - 大馬路有全家便利店，食店附近有很多種類。 基本上客房需要打電話通知才會清潔客房，毛巾也是一樣。 不嫌麻煩的話可以選擇日日打電話要求（多數第三日開始就會記得房號） 不好方面，隔音有夠差，離車站很遠。 隔音方面隔壁開電視的話，你在浴室可以聽到。隔壁在自言自語完全是可以聽到（淺眠會吵醒的程度） 儘管已知是相對比較舊的酒店，服務也有一定的質素，但淺眠就慎選

(10/5): - 二人で宿泊させていただきました。 充分なベッドの広さでゆっくり休む事が出来ました。 また、トイレと浴室がセパレートだったのと、とても清潔だった事、冷房も冷蔵庫も問題なく使用出来た事、フロントスタッフさんやレストランのスタッフさんの対応も丁寧で気持ちよく宿泊出来ました。 アメニティも一般的な物は揃っておりますが、スキンケア一式は置いていないので持参する事をおすすめいたします。 余談ですがホテル周辺は大人のお店も多く、過激な言葉が書いてあったりします。 お子様連れのお客様はお子様に上手くフォローしないといけないですが、こちらのホテルは充分オススメ出来ます。 ９階のお部屋でしたが、話し声が聞こえる等、騒音に関しても問題ありませんでした。 ちなみに喫煙室、喫煙スペースなどは無かったので、タバコを吸われる方はスタッフさんに聞いてみてください。 大好きなお笑い芸人の公演とともに、素敵な二泊を過ごせました。

- Ace (10/5): Japan Solo trip 2025 - It was a good place to stay! Comfortable bedding and of course, good hotel service. It was pretty convenient walking from hotel to Umeda station and a 20 min walk to places and restaurants as well as of course Umeda sky.

- Yoshifumi (4/5): 朝食と部屋清掃 - 出張で連泊しました。毎朝、朝食メニューが同じで、毎日、嫌な感じでした。メニューが少ないなら毎日、変えて欲しいし、変えられないならメニューを大量にして欲しい。 部屋の清掃の件、基本、清掃する！ ではなく、基本、ｌ清掃しない！ と言う考え方らしく、毎日、部屋番号を伝えて清掃するお願いしなければならず、結構、面倒でした。

- Maribel (4/5): - La habitacion era bastante grande en comparacion a otros hoteles que estuve en Japon. Sin embargo, la alfombra estaba muy maltratada. Parecia que alguien habia vomitado sobre ella. Demasiadas reglas que mas bien parecen amenazas. Es el unico hotel en el que he estado donde cobran por guardar malestas depues del check in. El desayuno es muy simple. La ubicacion no es buena. Queda a 15 minutos a pie de las estaciones de metro mas cercanas.

As mentioned by other reviews and really the only hotel I have stayed out in Japan (over 15) charges to check your bags after checking out, I think it is just a bad policy that makes you rank the hotel lower because of this.

Breakfast is basic and there is often a waiting line due to how small the dining area is. Rooms are decently priced and sized for the area. Recommended for those who want a place to lay their head without breaking the bank.

- junichiro (8/5): 気持ちよく滞在できるホテル - 新築で綺麗な施設で寝るのに適したビジネス用途に向いてます 東梅田駅、大阪駅に徒歩で行けるのでアクセスが良い。コンビニも少し歩いたところにあるので、立地良いです。 朝食のカレーが美味しかったのでおすすめです。

- Akio (8/5): - リピーター利用です。朝食付きでこの価格はとても助かります。建物自体は古く隣や上の階の音はよく聞こえるので大声は謹んだ方が良いでしょう。ロビーに耳栓が置いてあるので耳栓があると爆睡できます。また、初めて利用される方はホテルまでの場所が分かりにくいと思います。大阪メトロ梅田駅M14番出口から地上に出て道沿いにしばらく直進し、左折したらすぐです。出張や一人旅にはうってつけなホテルだと思います。

Which is not too bad, except that if you ask them to hold your luggage, even for a little after having to check out so early, they charge 1,000yen per item. So carry on and luggage gets expensive for multiple people. They don’t let you check in earlier than 3pm no matter if they have rooms available or not. But they will hold your bags before checking in for free……

- Verified traveler (4/5): Décevant - Avec mon compagnon nous avons réservé une chambre double classique. L’accueil du personnel est super mais très déçu de la chambre. Quelque soit les heures du jour ou de la nuit, nous étions obligé d’allumer la lumière car la chambre était dans le noir. Il y avait bien une fenêtre mais elle donnait sur une sorte de hall fermé de plusieurs étages avec des moteurs. De plus, il faisait très chaud dans le chambre, nous avons atteint les 26*C sans réussir à mettre la climatisation et ouvrir la fenêtre n’est pas une solution n’ont plus. La seule possibilité ouvrir la porte d’entrée qui donne sur le couloir ce que nous n’avons pas fait. La climatisation fait du bruit même éteinte. De plus, des taches sur la moquette sont importantes, des écritures sur le mur. Concernant la literie, nous sommes restés 3 nuits et avons peu dormi pendant ce temps là. Literie et oreillers trop dur. La salle de bain est très petite. Mon compagnon fait 1m90 et touchait le plafond dans le douche, ses genoux touchaient la porte quand il était sur les toilettes. L’évier est très bas même pour moi ( taille moyenne). En bref, nous ne reviendrons pas !

The restaurant is small that everyone should make sure finish meal in 30 mins. The room has different type. My Dad stay in Single bed room which is small. It’s not easy for XXL size man to stay. However, the twin bed room with tub one is awesome.
