Lina (5/5): Schöne Wohnung ohne Ruhe und Privatsphäre - Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht, inkl. Kochgeschirr. Das Bad ist neu gemacht, die zwei (getrennten) Betten sind bequem. Eine Gasheizung haben wir auf Nachfrage bekommen. Der Ausblick und die Lage sind traumhaft. Die Wohnung grenzt direkt an das Wohnzimmer des Vermieters: Vom Schlafzimmer geht eine dünne Holztür direkt zum Wohnbereich mit Fernseher, Kaffeemaschine etc. Da alles sehr hellhörig ist, hat man im Schlafzimmer keinerlei Ruhe - besonders, wenn Nachts Musik aufgedreht wird, oder Morgens laut gefrühstückt wird. Die "Terrasse" ist der Durchgang zum Haus der Vermieter. Hier hat man keine Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, sondern sitzt auf dem Weg. Das erklärt auch, warum es hier keine bequemen Stühle gibt. Außerdem kommt die Sonne erst gegen Mittag: anders als angegeben handelt es sich um West-Nord-Ausrichtung. Die Küche ist alt und der Kühlschrank laut. Einen Fernseher gibt es, anders als beschrieben, nicht. Die Wohnung ist offenbar darauf ausgerichtet, dass man viel unterwegs ist und mit den Vermietern im Austausch ist. Keine Privatsphäre, keine Ruhe.
