Guest Reviews
- Selina (9/5): Will stay again! - The size and the design of the washroom Check-in staff weren’t happy.
- Shu Lun Alan (9/5): Overall was good but the staffs can be a little more enthusiastic. We will come back. - Good location, quietness Shower head
- shirley (9/5): -
- N1ghtCube (9/5): pleasant luxury stay - Nice furniture, 2 TVs, great bed and sofa, kitchen had all the utensils, bus stops were right near the hotel (importatnly the intercity bus from Vancouver to Whistler), pool area was good, stuff on reception helped a lot thermostat was either non-respondant or we were doing something wrong, and our washing gel bottle was damaged a bit, but otherwise all good
- Pretorius (9/5): Awesome stay, very comfortable and would highly recommend it! - Cozy, clean and very comfortable. Hard to control the temperature in the room
- Scott (8/5): Great Whistler Creekside Stay. - Plenty of space; 2 bdrm/bath with living room, full kitchen, laundry. Ski storage lockers. Steps to Creekside gondola. Heated pool, separate family and adult hot tub. Family upstairs was loud and little running footsteps started before 6 am and kept going.
- Ileana (9/5): Thank you all! We wish to be back!!!! - front desk was very kind and polite and helpful! Awesomeness!!!
kitchen was well stocked and had everything one needs in the kitchen
the size of the apartment was very nice, and everything was very clean! beds were comfortable and ...great pillows, plenty of blankets...!!!Everything just great!!!Amazing location!
and the popcorn was the best! and the water by the front desk
thank you all!!! there could be more for teens to do on the property, maybe an arcade room....

- Bernice (8/5): We were mostly happy here. - Location to Creekside Gondola, comfortable. Staff mostly nice. Long wait for lifts/elevator, one front office staff member was pretty rude. Stop employing Aussies who have an attitude. Said local calls are free but charged me for all local calls.
- George (10/5): Great! - Great location close to the lifts. I booked 2 rooms, but we were not put next to each other.
- Ann (10/5): Loved the location facilities staff and service!! - Everything
- Martin (8/5): - Location Bathroom could use a timer fan switch and a dimmer light switch for night time convenience
- Janet (9/5): Lovely. Would stay here again no question. - The hotel upgraded us from a 2-room suite to a 3-room, without our asking. A lovely thing to do. Room was spacious, clean, quiet and pretty. Kitchen had everything. No junky leftovers with stains, scratches or grease marks. Full set of new-looking dishes, mugs, glasses and cookware.
Read reviews about places located in the main village that talked about the noise level. This was quiet.
The walls are thing and you can hear people walking down the hall talking, but they were all respectful and didn't do it during late hours.
Full washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Location: Ski lift is 500 feet outside the hotel. When they say the outdoor pool is heated, they are not kidding! Lovely. Clean weight room. Bus stop to Whistler village is right outside the front of the hotel and runs every 10 minutes. Takes 6 minutes to get there. For those who know Whistler this will not be a surprise but if it's your first trip, you will not find a parking spot in Whistler Village unless you go at 7:30am. Slopes open at 10. Take the bus. You're welcome.
Grocery Coop is 200 feet across the street from the hotel.
The cleaning staff is very friendly and kind. They don't knock then rush into the room. They knock twice, wait 30 seconds each. Open the door, call for anyone in the room. It's very respectful, and clearly takes a lot of time per room and adds up when you're cleaning 100 plus rooms.
Our room was right by the elevator but we heard nothing. trying to get to the parking garage via elevator is like participating in an episode of the Amazing Race. You can't get to levels P2 and P1 by the lobby elevator. Only P3. Obviously. Another elevator across the hotel has access to all the parking spots.
We spent the whole time diligently composting and recycling, but when it came to locating the bins, you have to wander around the whole complex carrying your bag of dripping compost. Turns out there are only bins on P3 parking lot. not P2 or P1. No signage except a small one in some obscure place. There is a garbage chute on every floor but only for garbage. Not recycle or compost.
One of the beds in 232 sloped. I have a back problem so I'm very picky. Others might not be bothered by it.
And parking! There are lots of spots underground but giant pillars every two parking spaces prevents you from getting more than one car in. If you are Danika Patrick it will probably be easy to maneuver, but otherwise give yourself 27 minutes to 1) find a spot and 2) get into it without touching the other car, the pillar or losing your mirror. So if there are 300 spaces only 150 are park-able.
- Donald (8/5): Good place to stay near lifts - Close to lifts House keeping could have been better
- Stuart (10/5): Excellent accommodation for a family Ski Holiday. - Proximity to lift’s
Bus stop out the front to go to Whistler Village.
Pub and small Convenience Store close by.
- RichardSmart (10/5): great hotel, just a shame the snow wasn't great. Dec 9th-16th so a bit early, but still... - open fire, plenty of space, pool and hot tubs, proximity to lifts ,ski storage, good Christmas decorations lack of snow!
- Tatiane (10/5): -
- Sarah (10/5): -
- Ramandeep kaur (10/5): - It was beautiful view from out room , we needed extra blanket , we called to reception and within few minutes someone came to handed out blanket may be the heat could be better
- Robin (10/5): -
- Florian (7/5): - Super Lage, Pool und Zimmergröße.
- Margaret (8/5): - Great location! Quieter than the main town, which we liked. Good restaurants, shops and walks were all accessible from the hotel. Lovely pool and comfy rooms Some of the signage in the hotel was pretty poor e.g. on the 3rd floor at the main lift there were no signs saying which way the different rooms were (weirdly we later found out there were signs on the 2nd floor). There are a lot of rooms on each floor so a simple sign would be helpful. Also finding the pool, a bigger sign would be useful as you access it through the gym which you can easily walk past as it looks like a bedroom door....or you can access via the kids area, but you only find that out if the people coming out kindly tell you to go that way

- Adolf (9/5): Very pleasant. - Everything went well. Weather.
- Rick (10/5): It was wonderful — except for the screaming in the pool one night that kept us awake until 11pm. - Great staff. Pool and amenities great. On Friday night there were children and some adults screaming very loud in the pool/hot tub right below our window all the way until 11pm We finally had to call down because no one was monitoring them.

- Weimerskirch (7/5): -
- Shantel (10/5): -
- Mark (9/5): - Ski in and ski out to the creekside gondola. Very clean
- D (10/5): Love Creekside and Legends. - Great outdoor hot tub. Lovely kitchen and fireplace. Comfy bed. Right by the lift! It could be more affordable.
- Ron (9/5): -
- Heather (8/5): -
- Savanah (10/5): - I liked the location of the property. It was in Whistler Creekside Village, and very close to a food shop/cafes/guest services/one of the Gondolas. The facilities were great, and the space in the 2 bed apartment was good. You can buy bus tickets from the front desk which was nice, and it’s only about a 5 minute bus ride to the Whistler Village. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

- Fiona (10/5): Amazing! - Everything! N/A
- Aimee (9/5): Would stay again! - Staff, location, comfort of room was great. Other guests in our group said king bed was extremely comfortable. Check in super easy and on site parking was convenient. Fold out sofa bed wasn’t particularly comfortable but served our purpose for the 1 night stay.

- Ger (10/5): -
- Riho (10/5): -
- Kristen (8/5): - The fireplace didn't work and we spent about 15 minutes trying to figure it out. We were slightly disappointed not to be able to sit by the fire for a bit before bed, but it wasn't a huge deal.
- Gordon (10/5): A great location and comfortable for a quick getaway to Whistler! -
- Akos (10/5): - We loved the heated pool and the fireplace in the room in the evening! Great location, beautiful place. The room was huge, with all amenities equipped.
- Thakkar (10/5): - Hot pools, the views and the services. All of them were exceptional, highly recommended for staycation. Surrounded by mountains and connected to the whistler village and night life.

- Lyle (10/5): Lovely quiet property in excellent location - Great position, excellent room -
- Chris Low (10/5): -
- Melisa (10/5): Very clean and we appreciated the quality and the friendly staff. - Everything. Staff who were unable to communicate in english. They were kind, but it made the conversation I was initiating awkward for us both. Also didn’t appreciate as guests on the fifth floor, having two young staff members ask me on the 2nd floor what room we were in.
- Loic Mariscal (9/5): - Locatie, grootte kamer, faciliteiten, zwembad
- Mags (10/5): - Beautiful well equipped apartment situated just outside Whistler. Great for an overnight stop.
- HIN FONG (9/5):
- Maryam (10/5): -
- Gauthier (10/5): - What breakfast?
- Hedwig (10/5): Es war sehr schön. Auch wenn ich keine Küche brauche. Sehr freundliches Personal. Super ist auch die - Der Pool und Hot Tub. Aussicht vom Balkon.

- John (10/5): Een heerlijk verblijf gehad.
- Larry (8/5): -
- Jan (8/5): Prima hotel net buiten Whistler centrum. - Mooi ruime kamers, met uitgebreide keuken. Niks
- John (7/5): Could have been better for the price - We had a one bedroom suite it was roomy clean and comfortable. Creek side area is lovely with great walks into Whistler village. Legends resort is well maintained Our rooms air conditioning was so loud and cut in and out abruptly disturbing sleep. We may have been unlucky but the pool area was very noisy late at night with a large group of men basically taking it over. Being charged $22 a night to park on top of an already expensive room rate.
- Peter (10/5): -
- Elke (9/5): - Sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten.
- Eoin (8/5): - Bus to Whistler village goes from right outside the hotel. Very helpful staff. Great pool and hot tub facilities. Fridge in the room was very loud (sounded like an issue with the motor). People accessing the pool area through the gym was a bit disruptive to work out.
- Lisa (9/5): - The sofa bed mattress could be better but not a big deal
- Kevin (7/5): Nood aan renovatie / onderhoud - Leuk zwembad.
Ruime ondergrondse parking nabij complex. Kamer niet gepoetst.
Slecht onderhouden: muggengaas, lades stuk … nood aan renovatie
Ver van centrum Whistler.
- Alm (8/5): - Our room was nice and I enjoyed the separate bedroom for privacy. The pool, gameroom and bbq area was nice too. Our kitchen sink backed up multiple times during our stay and it was not due to our activity. It bubbled up black gung and was extremely gross. When I asked maintenance about it they said it was a common occurrence.
- Elisa (10/5): -
- STEVEN (10/5): - The rooms are amazing. Stuff really friendly has everything you need. There wasnt enough single woman
- Brian (10/5): -
- Ingrid (9/5): - De bedden lagen erg lekker. Super goed geslapen! Heel mooi complex. Ik kom hier zeker terug.
- mark (8/5): -
- Olga (10/5): - Tolle Hotelanlage. Alles was man benötigt ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar.

- L (10/5): - Excellent location, accomodating staff, great size room, comfortable beds and pillows, nice pool and relaxed atmosphere at the resort. Nothing but if I had to be picky. Shower pressure and ventilation when showering
- Liberata (10/5): Relaxing and great for families.Truly enjoyed our stay. - We felt we were on a mini resort. Love the pool area with mountain views lots of gardens surrounding the property and pool area . Very relaxing . Only one thing. The 2 twin beds in this unit could use new mattresses.
Otherwise fantastic stay will he back next year.
