- Sigurþór Hólm (8/5): - Nice Condo with 24/7 guarded gate near the apartment our son lives in. North facing balcony, small but nice to have. Near Quezon Memorial Circle. Only 5 minutes walk to a small Mall with some good shops and one large grocery store and barber shop. Owner, Tom, was responsive and easy to communicate with. Large shared roof terrace with a very good 360° view on the top, 17th, floor. 2 elevators served all the apartments and there was usually little wait to get in the elevator. No AC in living room but 2 fans helped a lot. AC in rooms ok. Too many private things in the apartment in my opinion.
