• Michelangelo (3/5): - Macchina del caffè sporchissima e piena di calcare, che si è subito bloccata. È meno male. Asciugacapelli con fili scoperti e intrecciati molto pericoloso. Materassi pessimi. Rubinetto sul lavabo non fissato e con calcare. Impianto elettrico realizzato con prolunghe e con prese che non funzionavano. Poca pulizia e cattivo odore. Pochissimo curata. Stoviglie sporche.
• Nesta4581 (1/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a Messina, ma purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata soddisfacente. All’arrivo le chiavi non erano nella keybox, e il proprietario ci ha fatto fare circa 40 minuti tra andata e ritorno per recuperarle. L’appartamento non ci è sembrato al massimo: abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio, c’era polvere e in generale non era particolarmente curato. Inoltre, le lenzuola non erano adeguate: abbiamo dovuto dormire su un coprimaterasso con una sola lenzuola sopra, senza lenzuola complete come ci si aspetta in una casa vacanza. Crediamo che una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia, alla biancheria e all’organizzazione possa migliorare l’esperienza per futuri ospiti.

• Armando (7/5): Appartamentino molto carino - Molto spazioso, climatizzatore funzionante (che non sempre si trova funzionante) un mini appartamento molto comodo, vicino al Duomo. Per me che non sono di grandi pretese e per una notte è stato più che sufficiente. C'è la macchinetta del caffè che non ho potuto usare per fare il caffè perché troppo sporca, ho estratto la vaschetta dell'acqua per aggiungere dell'acqua ma poi ho rinunciato perché c'era troppo residuo di calcare a squame ed era talmente sporca che mi è passata la voglia del caffè. Il bagno è un po malandato, se mi posso permettere consiglio ai proprietari/gestori di farsi un giro all'interno per controllare di persona come viene fatta la pulizia perché ne va del prestigio della struttura. Ma tutto sommato la consiglio.

• Susan (6/5): Pleasant - Beautiful entrance going up to the apartment. The host was great at getting back to us promptly. We had trouble lighting the oven, the gas bottle ran out, and they replaced the fridge whilst we were there. It's a lovely space, the lay out is unusual, but we like quirky. The kitchen window gave us a lovely cool breeze. The floors were dirty, the oven needed to be cleaned, and some of the crockery needed to be washed before it could be used. There is a steep step into the bathroom. It would have been useful to have instructions on how to use the oven and coffee machine.
