• Korhan (9/5): 5 nights -6 days review - 1) Upon my arrival which i quoted to be in the morning and yet after 1 message, they responded immedietly. 2) Every day, we had new towels and cleaned room while we were outside (there was no "do not distrub" sign but still +) 3) They brought us a suprize champagne with 2 glasses on the bed. Was lovely gesture ! ++ 4) On our last day of stay, i found a paper note regarding to their gratitude about hosting us. Absolutely lovely ! 5) Everyday, around 7h30, you find variaty of breakfast options on the common coridor where everyone (total 3 tables) grabs what they want and eat. 6) Except their lack of english ( :) ), communication was a bit hard but keep google translate closeby. They are very friendly ! 7) The pin provided was not a necessary in which it didnt work for us at our initiation to apartment, thats where we first contacted landlord A++ recommendation for price&performance seekers those who looking for a center located flat. -

• Ka (6/5): Safety concern - The hotel is very new and clean except we found other's hair left in the shower area when check in, a bit disgusting. It is more like a Airbnb rather than hotel. 3 ensuit rooms share the living room and dining area. Paid €50 for a ride from Palermo airport. The driver and host are nice but the car is dirty, one of the back seat safety belt missing buckle and without air conditioning in 32°C. Stayed there for 3 nights included breakfast. However 2 out of 3 days we couldn't even get a coffee because either the supply was not enough or the other guests had them all before us despite we were there at 8:30am, not late comers. No coffee pods, no coffee cups, no cereal bowls left. Only have tea, yogurts, cookies juice and plates left. Both breakfast choices and utilities are too limited. The bed head board is loose, whole bed shakes when you move slightly on the bed, the corners of the bed base are too sharp. They scratched our legs badly whenever we passed by. The rain shower head is lovely however there is no shower bowl and no ridge but only a flat floor. Water floods everywhere in the bathroom. We're afraid to use the hairdryer when standing on the wet floor in case electric shock. Shower screen is a piece of clear glass without any pattern which is easy enough to bump into it. Overall there're lots of safety concern.
