Bagno inutilizzabile: cassetta WC non funzionante, doccia rotta e acqua calda intermittente. Infissi malfunzionanti e totale mancanza di manutenzione. Cassettiera della camera rotta e inutilizzabile. Nessun secchio per la raccolta differenziata. Check-in previsto alle 15 avvenuto alle 16, con un’ora di attesa . Uniche note positive la posizione e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli qualche ora in più. Alloggio totalmente diverso da quanto descritto. Da evitare assolutamente.

• Nader (1/5): The worst apartment in rome - Absolutely nothing The apartment is nothing like the pictures at all... the furniture is super old and broken, the bathroom door locks are broken and the acs don't work and the sheets and pillows are dirty and the kitchen had no amenities with only a rusty dirty kettle.
• Alexander (7/5): Good - location is good. the apartment is spacious enough for 7-8 people. beds are comfortable. the host is quite accommodating. the apartment is run-down. toilets are barely flushing. the pressure of water in the shower is very low and hot water is a hit and miss in the kitchen and smaller bathroom. can't lock bathroom doors - very inconvenient for two families sharing the apartment.

• Egidijus (7/5): Good - Good, quiet place, big apartment with two bathrooms. The front door is difficult to unlock, the apartment looks better in the photos, some furniture needs cleaning, repair or replacement. The main disadvantage is that there is no corkscrew in the apartment in Italy.
• Monika (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartament in a fantastoc location, the owner was very nice. There was 8 of us and we had a great time over there.
• Zachary (2/5): We would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone - Good location Room was several hours late to be prepared. Upon return it was still dirty. NO HOT WATER. Lack of towels and pillows. Door locks were difficult. Accused of causing damages when no such thing occurred and the property was covered in previous damage.
