• Jenny (8/5): Eclectic splender in old town split - Great location, right across the road from old. Very clean and neat. All the steps up to the apartment. It’s a lot either way heavy cases
• Marion (10/5): - Die Altstadtwohnung mit ihren hohen, stuckverzierten Wänden und der dazu passenden individuellen Einrichtung erzeugt ein ganz besonderes Flair. Sie ist groß - größer als es die Bilder vermuten lassen - und mit den beiden Schlafzimmern und Bädern ideal für uns zwei Freundinnen; natürlich auch für zwei Paare. Die Betten sind extrem bequem. Wir haben nichts davon bemerkt, dass es nicht genügend warmes Wasser gab - beide Duschen hatten stets warmes Wasser und auch einen genügend starken Wasserdruck. Die Wohnung wurde inzwischen etwas umgestaltet, sodass sich nun im Küchen-/Essbereich zusätzlich zum Esstisch mit vier Stühlen auch ein Sofa mit Beistelltisch befindet. Vom Platz her passt dies sehr gut hinein. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, um die Altstadt zu erkunden und auch, um - ohne einen Mietwagen zu brauchen - Ausflüge per Bus oder Boot bzw. Fähre unternehmen zu können. Der kontaktlose Check-in über Türcode und Schlüsselbox hat super geklappt und macht das Ankommen flexibler. Die Vermieterin Amela hat jederzeit prompt auf Anfragen reagiert. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Dass während unseres Aufenthaltes Dacharbeiten stattfanden, wusste auch die Vermieterin nicht (es war wohl ein späterer Zeitpunkt geplant). Sie hat sich in Bezug auf die Einschränkungen, die wir dadurch hatten, sehr freundlich und fair gezeigt.

• Thomasset (9/5): Superbe séjour - L'appartement était spacieux et très bien placé. L'hôte est très réactive et sympathique. Nous sommes proche de la plage et du centre historique.
• Sophie (10/5): Idéal pour un séjour court ou long - L’appartement est très grand, très bien meublé, avec beaucoup de goût et qui sort de l’ordinaire des locations. Très confortable, on aurait dit que les habitants étaient partis la veille pour nous accueillir. Il est ultra bien placé. Une pépite. Malgré le double vitrage, les voisins peuvent être bruyants. Prévoyez les boules quies !

• Elsbeth (8/5): Very good - Location was brilliant.Just north of the old town entrance.Two supermarkets just around the corner. Paid parking was 1.5euros per hour so that added up for our 3 night stay.No other choice though as it is right behind the apartment and street parking is impossible. Apartment was spacious, nicely decorated. There was no lounge so to speak, so the 4 of us had to sit around the dining table all night which was not that comfortable. There is a lounge suite in one of the2 bedrooms but that felt strange. Biggest issue and raised in other reviews is the hotwater.There is simply not enough hot water for 4 consecutive showers.2 people ended up with cold showers on the first day so for the other days we had to have a schedule and timing of 2 min showers each.This apartment is not cheap so very disappointing that not everybody could take a well deserved shower after a hot day out in the sun sightseeing. Although we knew this, the apartment is reached by 2 long staircases so pack lightly.
• Kelly (8/5): Nice enough, but not as advertised. Disappointed but for the Location - Location to Old Town is excellent. Nice modern kitchen and baths. Does not have a Living Area as listed. It’s 2 bedrooms, 2 bath and a kitchen. It’s “City Views” are really just a parking lot. It’s balcony is tiny with seating for one if you can avoid the plants and junk out there—but again really nothing to look at out there. And the water heater doesn’t provide enough water for more than 1.5 showers. Doesn’t work for 4 guests, let alone 5. Parking is a challenge—there is no on street parking anywhere nearby and the lot behind the apartment is often full. And don’t trip over the homeless fellow sleeping on the sidewalk on the way to the parking lot. TV (which was in the bedroom) also had no instructions and we couldn’t get any programming. Place generally needs a hug and some more thoughtful management perspective. (Picture shows a big hole in the floor in the main walkway; maybe that should be filled?)
• Louise (9/5): Superb - The flat is charming and perfectly situated in the center of Split. It fulfilled our needs.
• Pii26 (9/5): A very nice 2 bedroom & 2 shower room apartment in a short walking distance from the old town - A very nice, a bit quirky 2 bedroom apartment, with an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, stove) and 2 shower rooms/toilets. Very comfy beds. Nice decoration details everywhere in the apartment. Very silent. Short walking distance to some supermarkets and to the old town & the main sights. Some restaurants in the walking distance too, most of them in the old town. There was no shower gel and very little hand soap, would have been better to bring our own but did not think about it. The street and the environment was peaceful but in the evening a bit dark. As we were 4 friends travelling together, we had asked for separate blankets for each of us as we were sharing double beds. There were indeed some extra blankets but no extra sheets. We ended up using the same blanket and only sheet per bed after all (luckily a big one) and did not contact the owner about the sheets. Had to climb up 2 floors to the apartment with our luggage (no lift), but that we knew in advance.
• Charlotte (8/5): Dardin is located in the most wonderful spot in the Split's stunning Roman historic centre. - The key safe didn't work so it was lucky that the cleaner was there and could give us her key or we might not have got in. This is my only negative comment, the rest was brilliant. Accessing the property wasn't as planned as key safe broken.
• Matthew (10/5): 3 night family stay in outstanding apartment - Great location, in old town, very near the north entrance of Diocletian's palace. Old, solid apartment with modern, chic fixtures and fittings.. Very stylish and comfortable. Also has a small balcony which gets most of the sun. Well equipped too. Wonderful apartment in a wonderful city. Nothing. All great.
• Adam (10/5): Attention to detail was fantastic and location was great for wandering in and out of Old Town! - The property felt much much nicer in person than the impression we had built up from the images alone - were were very pleased with how it was decorated (a lot of attention to detail). The location was great for a moderately paced walk to the popular beach sites and perfectly located to wander into and out of Old Town of Split! There were no instructions about the property or a manual provided before arrival - although our host was VERY responsive when we reached out for help (example: when we switched of the hot water by mistake).
• Kelly (10/5): Romantic and breathtaking space. - The apartment was beautiful, very romantic and large space for a family of 4. Perfect location, away from the hussle of tourists but walking distance to everything. Nothing, it met all of our needs for a beautiful location and vacation, thank you.

• Lisa (8/5): The property was beautiful and perfectly situated. We couldn’t have asked for more in terms of decor and location. I rec - This property was perfectly located, just steps through a park to Old Town. It was decorated with attention to detail- everything we could want was available to us. Communication around check-in and check-out could have been better. We waited to get in and after being told we could check out at 11, a cleaner came into the apartment at 10:30.
• Terry (10/5): Beautiful Apartment With Perfect Location - Gorgeous property with an amazing location! Two minutes from Diocletian’s Palace and the heart of Split, which was incredible and so convenient. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and so comfortable and well-appointed. Huge parking lot right behind the building, as well, which was perfect for our rental car. Overall, we loved this apartment, and we wish we’d had a longer stay! We had a bit of trouble with the water heater, but it may have been user error. Also, there is a tripping hazard in the form of a loose step leading to the bathrooms.
