• Laura (6/5): - Die Wohnung ist wirklich wundervoll ausgestattet – es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Alles ist sehr modern eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die traumhafte Aussicht vom Balkon, die unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht hat. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Wir hatten uns für 0 Uhr mit dem zuständigen Mitarbeiter an der Unterkunft verabredet und standen nachts im Dunkeln vor der Wohnung. Trotz vorherigem WhatsApp-Kontakt war niemand vor Ort, die angegebene Telefonnummer war nicht erreichbar, und wir konnten erst mit Verzögerung hinein. Als Begründung erhielten wir, dass noch Wasser gekauft werden musste – für uns in dieser Situation sehr unverständlich und beunruhigend, gerade weil es mitten in Kapstadt nachts auch ein Sicherheitsrisiko bedeutet.

• Karl (9/5): Wonderful 4 Day stay at Mirabel - Sea views, well designed and proportioned, master ensuite was excellent too. The management company (Nox) were very responsive and helpful too. There was a water supply issue which the local water company were dealing with. The Nox team brought water bottles to the property very swiftly, a gesture we really appreciated. The housekeeper Funeka also deserves a special mention as she was very friendly and did a fantastic job keeping the apartment clean every day. Bed in master was a bit low and there was a water issue however we recognise this was outside of the property owners control.

Loved it. - The apartment was perfectly sized for our needs—spacious yet cozy, with thoughtful design touches throughout. The kitchen and master bedroom were standout features, offering ample space and storage that elevated our stay. Tastefully furnished, the interiors exuded comfort and style, while the outdoor seating became our favorite spot for morning coffee, overlooking the ocean and watching paragliders drift gracefully above the waves. The breathtaking rooftop pool area, with its 180-degree views of Sea Point and Green Point, was a true highlight, offering the perfect vantage point to soak in Cape Town’s renowned sunsets. It’s right across the road from a primary school. This really didn’t bother us much but I do think people should be aware if they’re renting during the week and will be in the apartment in the day. If you’re out and about and come back later in the afternoon it’s no hassle at all.
