Geoffrey (1/5): Terrible Experience - In over 30 years of travel and probably staying at over 500 hotels through mostly work, this was by far the worst experience I have had at a hotel/apartment. Everything about the place was poor: The instructions to get to the location, instructions about use of facilities once inside; broken facilities; total lack of amenities (we stayed for 6 nights - we were provided toilet paper rolls - almost no utensils and kitchenware, etc). We received constant threats by the vendor - if you do not do this and that you will be held liable. And to top if off, we lost our key and were charged ..........over $800 in penalties and told if we did not pay we could not access the room with all our belongings inside it. A truly horrid experience - never again !!
