• Antonio (4/5): Very stressful stay - As Genius Level 3 guests, this was the most difficult experience we have had using Booking.com. At check-in, the situation was accepted, although concerns were raised regarding luggage and potential additional charges. Later that night, we received a message indicating that we would need to leave the property due to occupancy concerns. This change in communication created uncertainty and required us to reorganize our plans late at night, while travelling with young children. To comply with the situation, we had to split the group and arrange alternative accommodation, which negatively affected the overall experience. Clear and consistent communication would be essential to avoid similar situations in the future. The main issue was the handling of the reservation at check-in and afterwards. Communication from the host changed unexpectedly and created a stressful and uncomfortable situation, forcing us to reorganize our stay late at night and arrange alternative accommodation.

• Fabian (9/5): Alles, was man braucht und womit man nicht gerechnet hat - Die beiden Gastgeber wohnen direkt im Haus nebenan und haben sich im Vorfeld nett bei mir gemeldet. Als wir ankamen war in der gemütlichen Wohn-Ess-Küche alles, was wir für ein gemütliches Frühstück für den nächsten Tag brauchten bereitgestellt. Der Kühlschrank war mit Milchprodukten und Getränken gefüllt und es lagen Aufbackbrötchen und Brot bereit. Das hat uns sehr positiv überrascht und gefreut. Kaffee und Tee war ebenfalls ausreichend für unseren Aufenthalt vor Ort. Wanderkarten und Reiseführer der Region hätten auch für Urlauber alle Informationen gebündelt. Sie haben uns auf jeden Nachfrage schnell reagiert und sogar Anzündholz für den Kamin zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Ausstellen einer Rechnung war kein Problem (Geschäftsreise). Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

• SOLENE (10/5): Un accueil et un confort exceptionnels - Un accueil vraiment exceptionnel de Huub et Joke. Une belle maison très confortable et calme, tres bien équipée, avec un jardin très agréable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Utrecht est très proche. On peut se promener en forêt au bout de la rue... Nos hotes nous ont donné de très bons conseils. Un grand merci. Si nous revenons dans la région, nous reviendrons !
• Teodora (10/5): Insgesamt war alles wirklich wunderbar – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! - Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Sehr gastfreundliche, liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Haus ist in einem wunderbaren Zustand, sehr sauber und ordentlich, und verfügt über alle nötigen Annehmlichkeiten. Wir hatten Produkte wie Eier, Milch, Joghurt, Obst, Brot sowie zusätzlich Wein und andere Leckereien zur Verfügung. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und ruhig, ideal für Spaziergänge sowie für Ausflüge in andere schöne Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Alles war wirklich wunderbar.

• Filip (10/5): Exceptional - If you’re planning to explore more of the Netherlands, this is the perfect place to stay! It’s centrally located, with all major destinations less than an hour’s drive away. The house is cozy and peaceful, making it ideal for families. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, and their dog is absolutely adorable.
• Caroline (10/5): Excellent home and hosts - Really friendly hosts. Very warm welcome. Comfy and quiet place to stay. Easy to visit Utrecht, Amersfoort and other nearby towns. Great mountain biking, easly accessible. Shop and restaurant in walking distance and suited our needs perfectly.
