• Elizabeth (8/5): Michalis was a fabulous host and this apartment is large, clean and in the heart of Matala. - A lovely one bed apartment in a fabulous location in the heart of Matala. There is some loud music from the bars below which went on until gone midnight.
• Jérôme (8/5): Tres bel emplacement - L’emplacement est exceptionnel au coeur de Matala avec la plage devant l’appartement et la très belle vue depuis la petite terrasse, la chambre et le salon. L’appartement est propre Les oreillers sont un peu durs et la lunette des WC était cassée. Concernant la nuisance sonore du bar, nous avons eu deux nuits calmes et 2 nuits avec une musique très forte de minuit à 4H du matin qui nous a malheureusement empêchés de dormir.

• Maren (9/5): Kleines gemütliches Apartment mit wahnsinnig tollen Ausblick direkt auf die Höhlen - Super Ausblick auf die Höhlen. Das Barleben direkt unter einem. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung mit allem was man so brauch. Großer Kühlschrank. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Man kann nicht sagen das uns etwas nicht gefallen hat. Aber für Leute die es Abends/ Nachts ruhig haben wollen, für die ist das Apartment eher nichts. Fast jeden Abend bis spät in die Nacht rein laute Live Musik- uns hat es aber gefallen! Also einfach runter in die Bars und die Gute Musik genießen :) Als Anmerkung: der Blick direkt runter vom Apartment auf die Hintergasse ist leider nicht so schön. Einige kaputte Sachen, Müll im halb abgerissen Haus direkt links unter dem Apartment. Jedoch fällt einen dies nicht direkt ins Auge da das Apartment etwas höher liegt.

• jerome (8/5): Nous reviendrons - Emplacement juste parfait pour aller à la plage ou dans le village à une minute à pieds, la petite terrasse avec une vue magnifique, équipement au top. Rien , juste la musique du bar en dessous un peu trop forte pour dormir.
• Magdalena (10/5): - Plazza apartment couldn't be a better choice for Matala stay. Located perfectly, decent size of a bedroom and the lounge with windows and the balcony overlooking the sea (you literally can hear waves crashing!) and it's a minute of a walk to the village. The apartment has everything what you need for a longer stay (4 nights in our case); aircon is working perfectly, bathroom and kitchen are sparkling clean and have all the necessary amenties. We loved everything 🤩

• Ulf (7/5): Super schön, aber nachts laut. - Tolle Lage, netter Vermieter, tolle Strand, super Blick, Apartment inkl. Klima-Anlage gut, sauber Nachts viel zu laut: in 6 von 8 Nächten laute Musik mit viel Bass bis in die frühen Morgenstunden: Ohrstöpsel empfehlenswert.
• Adriana (8/5): - Una casetta con una vista impagabile direttamente sulla spiaggia di Matala. Ideale per chi cerca una soluzione semplice e tranquilla. Nella zona pedonale del villaggio, si raggiunge tutto a piedi. Il proprietario una persona davvero molto ospitale e gentile ci ha fatto trovare bevande, frutta fresca e il necessario per la colazione oltre a fornirci consigli utili per esplorare al meglio la zona circostante. Non aspettatevi grande movida ma solo un clima di tranquillità, un’atmosfera hippy e tantissime taverne vista mare dove trascorrere piacevoli serate. Matala è un borgo che sembra essersi fermato nel tempo e questa casetta è un’esperienza davvero autentica per vivere a pieno quest’atmosfera! Tutte le sere anche fino a notte inoltrata il locale sulla strada vicino alla casa metteva musica a volume altissimo! Non era il massimo. Il bagno un pó datato sarebbe da rinnovare!

• Mark (9/5): A lovely apartment with great views of Matala. - We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the apartment was great with fantastic views of the bay of Matala. The hosts were very helpful and gave us lots of information about the town. The pictures of the apartment give a very good representation of what is there. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is well equipped. Everything was great. Possibly to make it even better would be a small sofa to relax on.
• Christopher (10/5): it was a perfect location on the edge of the main part of town with an exceptional view of the beach - host met us at the arranged time and showed us around - they provided us homemade wine and figs from their garden - it was fabulous
• Luigi (9/5): Clean and cozy apartment in amazing location - Clean and fully equipped small apartment in an incredible location. You can see the beach from each room, including the lovely small terrace. The apartment is tastefully decorated and the bed is very comfortable. Few steps, and you are in the heart of Matala and on the beach. The host was very polite and helpful. Would definitely come again. The apartment is very close to a few bars and restaurants, so sometimes cooking smells from the restaurants' chimneys can reach the apartment at dinner time, and on weekends music from nearby bars can be a bit loud. That said, both issues can easily be solved by closing the windows and turning the AC on, so I wouldn't worry too much.
• Bostjan (4/5): You can shower, but not easy! - Location is good! Ultra small bathroom, shower cabin was 35x45 cm! Terrase super small and maintenance of apartment questionable…
