• Chatzistantsidis (10/5): ΑΡΙΣΤΗ ΤΟΠΟΘΕΣΊΑ - ΗΣΥΧΗ ΓΕΙΤΟΝΙΑ - Καθαρο, ολα μεσα καινούργια, μεγαλο μπανιο (εχει ντουζιερα) σε άψογη τοποθεσια. Το πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο είναι κλειστο (πυλωτη). Εχει μεγαλο μπαλκόνι με τραπέζι κ καρέκλες. Εμείς μείναμε στον 1ο όροφο. Στα 20 μετρα εχει γυραδικο, στα 50 μετρα εχει ψιλικατζιδικο που λειτουργεί 24 ώρες και στα 100 μετρα εχει καφετέριες και φαστ φουντ κτλ. Ήσυχη γειτονια σε κεντρικό μερος ομως και πολυ ευκολο για να το βρείτε, απλώς θέλει λίγο προσοχή καθώς ο δρόμος είναι στενός και παρκάρουν και οι κάτοικοι και γίνεται ακόμα στενότερος.

• ΘΕΟΔΩΡΑΚΗ (10/5): Θα το διάλεγα και στο επόμενο ταξίδι. - Ήταν πολύ καθαρό,άνετο και ήταν όλα καινούργια. Η περιοχή ήταν ιδανική .
• ChristinaP (10/5): - Καθαρό, μεγάλο διαμέρισμα, καινούργιο, με άνετο ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, απαραίτητο για την περιοχή! Έχει και 2ο μικρό WC, κάτι που δεν αναφέρεται αλλά ήταν πολύ βοηθητικό για εμάς που είμασταν 4 άτομα! Πολύ άνετα κρεβάτια, μεγάλο μπαλκόνι και εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Πολύ κοντά σε μετρό & λοιπά ΜΜΕ για εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της Αθήνας αλλά και σε άλλες περιοχές. Στην περιοχή, λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κατάλυμα, υπάρχουν πολλά καφέ, φούρνοι, εστιατόρια, ζαχαροπλαστεία, σούπερ μάρκετ και γενικά ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος κατά τη διαμονή του. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που δεν μας άρεσε, σίγουρα θα επιστρέφαμε ξανά σε επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στην Αθήνα!
• Oksana (10/5): Ποιοτική διαμονή - Είναι τρίτη φορά που μένω σ’ αυτό το κατάλυμα. Όπως και τις προηγούμενες φορές, είμαι πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένη με την ποιότητα της διαμονής. Έχει δικό του πάρκινγκ, μέσα έχει όλα τα απαραίτητα για να μείνεις είτε για μία μέρα είτε για περισσότερες, πεντακάθαρο, διακοσμημένο λιτά και με γούστο. Βρίσκεται κεντρικά σε μία περιοχή που εχει τα πάντα: να ψωνίσεις, να φας, να διασκεδάσεις και κοντά στο μετρό.

• Angeliki (10/5): - Καθαροί μεγάλοι χώροι, όλα περιποιημένα, χωρίς να λείπει τίποτα, πολύ καλή συνεννόηση με τον ιδιοκτήτη και βοήθεια σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε!! Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που δεν μας άρεσε όλα ήταν τέλεια!!!

• Wendel (8/5): Helt ok vistelse. - Bra läge utifrån vårt syfte med boendet. Lätt att hitta, lätt att ta sig in, hitta nycklar etc. Snabb respons på våra frågor o önskemål. Närheten till mycket trafikerad väg, hög ljudnivå dygnet runt. Saknade lite köksutrustning utifrån vad vi är vana vid.

• Julian (10/5): Top! - Sehr modern und neu! Die Maisonnette Wohnung ist der Hammer ;) Man fühlt sich wie in einer modernen Stadtwohnung. Alles ist über die U-Bahn Station Peristeri gut erreichbar, zudem befindet man sich in einen schönen Viertel mit guten Cafés / Restaurants etc.. Check in war kontaktlos sowie auch der Check out. Parkplatz befindet sich im Hof hinter einem elektronischen Tor, Aufzug ist vorhanden und neu. Bei Fragen oder Unklarheiten bekommt man eine schnelle Antwort vom Besitzer, wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen! Hier gibt’s es nichts auszusetzen.

• PVHey (9/5): A great stay in Athens. - Modern, clean and well-equipped apartment, an easy metro or bus journey from the centre of Athens. The host was friendly and welcoming and available to help out as needed and answer any questions we had. No major issues at all. The washing machine is in the basement and shared with other apartments so may be in use when needed.

• POLYKARPOS (10/5): Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και άνετο. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και πρόθυμος. Το σπίτι διαθέτει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ. Θα το επέλεγα πάλι σε επόμενο ταξίδι μου. Δεν υπήρξε κάτι.

• Simon (8/5): It was fine - Excellent shower and parking A little noisy and information regarding WiFi, hot water etc could have been left on table. Perhaps the charger for car could have been a real (faster) EV charger not just a domestic plug socket. A supplement for its use could have made.
• Sofia (10/5): Worth every cent! Super comfy bed and my dogs slept like a dream! We all loved the luxury ☀️ - The owner was amazing! I called him as I was a little confused with the access and he helped me with clearly and politely ( perfect English too) he even called me back to make sure I was ok! The secure parking was awesome and apartment was huge and beautiful! I lived the coffee pods☀️ The shower was amazing, great water pressure, but water seemed to go all over the floor, that was a pain, a very small issue as the whole apartment was BEAUTIFUL☀️

• Andromachi (10/5): Pleasant and Relaxing - Everything was perfect! the pictures dont present the greatness of this appartement. Clean, spacious, bathrooms amazing, had coffee pads ( for the first day it is nice to have this, the next day you can go to the supermarket :) ). Great, big balcony. It is really in the centre of Peristeri and you have everything near you. Below the appartement there is a supermarket, a bakery, an ATM... Perfect!! it is a pity that the pictures dont show how beautiful it actually is...

• Liviu (10/5): Just perfect for a familly - I have stayed for 3 nights in a 3 bedroom apartment at the 2nd floor. This is in a brand new building, with private parking at ground floor, 5 minutes walk to Peristeri metro station. AC is available in every room, kitchen has everything that is needed for 6 persons, we have had all the comfort we expected. Big thank you for the owner! The noise from the street, particularly from the motorcycles, could be annoying for some people, but that could not stop me to give 5 star rating.
• Vlad (10/5): Right by the metro to get downtown. Private parking. Peaceful room - Owner met us with the garage code. Made parking for the stay safe and easy. The place was absolutely stunning and was very comfortable! Can not beat the location. 5 minute walk from a bunch of shops, food, and the metro. Very easy to get too acropolis from here. DO NOT waste your time going downtown. Take the metro and stay for less HERE
