- Susan (9/5): - Access to a kitchen When I booked this apartment, I recall laundry facilities being listed. However, laundry facilities were not available despite having instructions on how to operate the washing machine in the apartment manual and having laundry detergent available in the apartment. Also, the comforter on the bed was too hot. We would have preferred a top sheet.
