Guest Reviews
- Barney (8/5): Very good -
- Colleen (10/5): Great - Clean N/A
- Vivian (10/5): Exceptional - Very, quiet, easy access from road. Breakfast options
- Michelle (1/5): Extremely horrible and uncomfortable - It was located in a decent area, easy to get to The first room they gave me the ac was broken and dirty, the room I finally got was a smaller bed than the one I originally booked but I was still charged the same amount. The breakfast was horrid just frozen burritos left out on the counter, the ice machine was padlocked so couldn’t get ice, and the staff was rude.
- Ilia (5/5): Passable -
- Chad (2/5): Very poor - Very outdated. Bad smell. Entire property is in very rough shape.
- Anonymous (1/5): Horrible - Didn’t stay, left the place The rooms were horrible and the staff sucked, it was a total scam, they wouldn’t refund my money.
- April (1/5): Bad - Location. Bed was very hard. Had only 2 pillows in the room and they were very very flat. Breakfast was packaged donuts and cereal.
- Charles (5/5): Passable - I was charged twice for the one night stay. Two different rates. Am still trying to resolve the matter but am not happy with the conversations I've had with the operator to date.
- Anonymous (5/5): Passable - Room was clean and AC worked. Overall the hotel could use updates and remodeling.
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good - It was good for a shower and the one night we stayed. The people running the hotel were kind, quiet, and hospitable. The rooms were clean and exactly as we asked them to be. They had no problem with us having our 5lbs Elderly Chihuahua, Maggie. It was only $15 for the pet fee, so not a biggie. The hallways and lobby were super hot, but it was nice in our room since we had our own ac unit. Breakfast was sad with limited options, so we didnt eat there.
- Anonymous (6/5): It meet my needs. - The bed was comfortable. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work.
- August (7/5): Okay, but there're some problems that need to be addressed - Good location, with a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance. No problem with noise. Bed comfortable. No problems with temperature. I stayed two nights. The wi-fi worked very well for the first, and until some point on the second, when it started running very slowly; I kept getting timed out of webpages, and being told that there was no internet. This continued into the next morning.
No desk, just a small round table, not ideal for working. Lighting not great: good for reading in bed, but not for working at table. Furthermore, the light on the wall kept going off—I didn't think to tell the desk clerk when I checked out, but that really needs to be looked into; it sounds like there're electrical problems that might start a fire.
Very few available electrical outlets, and none close to the work table. However, experience has taught me to carry an extension cord in my suitcase.
- Kari (3/5): Poor - Nothing. Staff was ok. My sheets were dirty.
The shower head almost blew off when I turned it on. I screwed it back on. (You're welcome)
They used an app for TV that didn't work most of the time.
AND please don't call that a breakfast. It would've been better and safer to just leave out the dry cereal. The milk jug had a ring. The breakfast burritos should have been stored in the freezer. You could make someone sick.
- Robert (6/5): Sign at the desk that you have 15 min. to inspect the room, or no adjustments. It's wrong to have. - I didn't know they had it. They didn't mention it.
- Terry (4/5): Heater control broken, tv lack of stations, smell of motel not to my liking - Driveway was covered with ice
- Rosenbaum (8/5): Very good -
- Pj (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marshall (1/5): Absolutely horrible. - I had a place to stay. Dirty, expensive, no breakfast, average WiFi, & the tv channels were weird.
- Eleacia (1/5): It was the worst experience I've ever had to stay in a hotel I will never ever stay there again ther - There was no breakfast at the facility when we woke up in the morning I went down to retrieve breakfast for me and my daughter and there wasn't anything available and the orange juice that they did have there was completely Frozen we ended up driving down the street to a little tiny Cafe to have breakfast I did ring the bell but no one came there wasn't even coffee available The bread spread was dirty the sheets had hair on them I had there was no shampoo in the bathroom the washcloths were dingy and dirty the whole place was just disgusting and the table was sticky the refrigerator wasn't wiped out
- Bertin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Taylorml_507 (10/5): It was an alright place to stay - the room was good and the location was great. I couldn't find any of the staff half the time.
- Hadwiger (7/5): Good -
- Sally (6/5): You get what you pay for, although this was on the pricier side for this type of accommodation - It’s right off the main road so easy to find, restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious and fairly clean. I had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. I couldn’t get the key to lock the door when I left the room, luckily I wasn’t going out in the evening and I was only staying one night. I’m sure the staff would have rectified the issue had I asked.
- Ray (4/5): Well we’ve done what we need that’s the important thing. - It’s location, helpful stuff Loud air condition, TV don’t work properly cannot get anything to work.
Sad breakfasts
- Pj (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (1/5): Bad - Nothing Room with dirty. Exhaust fan did not work. Had a smell in the room. Hallways were dirty. Air conditioner did not work properly and had to change rooms.
- Hartshorn (5/5): Wouldn't stay again except only few places there. - Breakfast was poor. Looked in the frig for the things like bread, muffins. Freezer had keep out sign so wasn't going to try refrigerator either but saw another guest getting into for milk, etc. Host was non communicative.
- Keller (3/5): Sign in guy was of short on words. - The shower worked
There was a bed. The smell was musky. Signs written to stay out.
- Nancy (1/5): Bad -
- Johnson (8/5): Very good - Location
- James (3/5): Poor - It was clean and close to where I needed to be The pillows sucked and had no TV service
- Robert (5/5): Adequate for one night - Comfortable beds. Clean. Dark. It is being renovated. No ice. A former Super 8 and it smelled like old tobacco smoke.
- Shanna (1/5): Bad - No ice maker. Or any TV had to stream to watch anything. The staff room was right by our room and you could hear the TV all night was up so high. Not much for breakfast either.
- Nancy (1/5): Bad - location and coffee wasn't too bad room was dirty someone else's left overs in the fridge sink cracked in bathroom and not very clean carpet was very dirty no chain locks on the door no fire escape plan posted no safety features on outside doors everyone is welcome guest or not all around bad experience from lack of response to questions before my stay right on down the line should have stayed somewhere else for sure.definitely not worth tge price they charged
- Yoshi (2/5): gross - The place was not clean. I had to depart before breakfast. the clerk
- Mmelchizedek (5/5): Passable - location.
accessibility.
room accommodation. Bathroom fan did not work.
Child-size toilet (needs to be higher and elongated).
No rod(s) for hanging towels.
Vending machines didn't work.
Hallway lights too dim.
- Bruce (5/5): Clean but needs work - The sheets and towels were clean. Oh and it was quiet. The carpet looked and felt like it had never been replaced. The decor was in poor condition. This place needs some TLC
- Amanda (5/5): Disappointing. Breakfast was a big let down. - Felt very clean. The doors to our rooms were open when we got there but that wasn't a big deal. We were the most disappointed in the "breakfast". We came 30 mins after it started. It was empty as if no one had been there. There was two kinds of cornflakes, a tray of mini muffins, and a loaf of bread. There was peanut butter and cream cheese like there would have been bagels but just a half loaf of bread there. No coffee made. Pot was pulled out but dry. My significant other had to dig stuff out of cupboards to make it for us and other guests. Was a bit weird and a big disappointment for feeding four kids. :(
- Pj (7/5): Good -
- Anjaya (10/5): Exceptional -
