• Ben (10/5): Amazing. I left my passport at the place when I was at the airport. They very kindly found it and dropped it off for me. - It was a lovely place and we were treated to a quick tour upon arrival. We were able to get in touch with the property whenever we needed and were given recommendation for food nearby when asked. Was a nice place to stay after a long day. Nothing was nice.

• Philip (9/5): - I like this apartment a lot and have stayed here twice. Comfortable with everything you need, and very quiet. The location is familyville, pleasant, typical suburban Morocco, only 2km from the Medina (easily walkable for me) but nicely away from the tourist crowds. Close by are several good cafes and shops for essentials, costing a fraction of what you pay in the Medina. The ceiling in the shower is low, so you have to stoop when showering.

• Olha (10/5): - I spent a long time choosing a place to live because comfort and good transportation are important to me. I was completely satisfied with this apartment. It's about 2 km to the Medina, you can go to the main boulevard and take a bus for 4 dirhams. Nearby there's a supermarket, cafe, a small fruit and vegetable market, various shops, and a bank where you can exchange or withdraw money if necessary. The area is quiet, the people are very friendly. I was happy and extended my stay for another 3 nights.

• Freud (10/5): Great short stay in Marrakech Héberg - I stayed one night at Marrakech and my stay was very pleased. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. It’s in a quiet area but still close to shops and main attractions, which made it very convenient. Wi-Fi worked well, and there was good air-conditioning, great value for money and perfect for a short stay in Marrakech. I’d definitely stay again and I recommend it to anyone looking for a special place .

• Philip (8/5): - No frills, comfortable accommodation in a pleasant Moroccan residential neighborhood away from the tourists. That said, it's only about a 20 minutes walk to the Medina. There are plenty of non-touristy local eateries close by. The owner is friendly, helpful and attentive. The air conditioning dripped water but the owner was quick to respond to the issue.

Il a été réactif et très accueillant, malgré le court délai entre la réservation et la remise des clés (moins de 30 mn). Le logement sentait très bon et nous avons été accueillis avec des bouteilles d’eau fraîche, les températures extérieures étant élevées.

Even allowed us to leave our car on site when we went on overnight desert safari.Large apartment, lots of space, everything provided. Clean, quiet. Liked that is was smoke-free. The shower has a very low ceiling so for taller people, impossible to stand up straight.
• Krzysztof (10/5): Exceptional - It is a 10/10 place for a very specific traveler. If you are posh and expect European style hotel, choose one of those chain all inclusive places. But if you are a traveler who wants to experience an authentic Morocco and save a lot of money, choose this place. One could say this place is basic, but for me it was a great and cheap place to come back and spend the night, as I was traveling outside and inside the city. I did not need any special facilities. I was happy to fidn it is in an authentic Morrocan neighbourhood (you could hear the local Mosque everytime), there were local friendly citizens (plus their kids shouting bonjour and waving). I'm an avid walker, so 3km+ do Koutuba and the centre of the Souk in the Medina was not a problem. I was happy to get the quthentic experience, far different from the one I had on my last stay in a 4-star all-inclusive chain hotel in Marrakech. If you're up for an adventure and want to save quite a lot of money, choose this place. Plus, there are some local shops nearby (a small food and drink stall like 50metres, and 2 BIMs (a slightly bigger convient stores) about 500m from there).
• Tonygb (9/5): Pleased with our stay! - Saima and Anas, the owners were very helpful from the first day, welcomed us warmly and promptly assisted us with everything needed. Collection of keys was easy. Beds and pillows were comfortable. A good hygiene in the whole apartment. Large TV with satellite channels in the living room and an A/C available even though apartment was generally cool inside. The outside garden was a nice place to chill. Assisting in printing the plane tickets for us in the departure day came useful and we are very grateful. We soon realised apartment was around 40 minutes stroll from Medina and other attractions, so had to use mostly taxi as means of transport. Wifi was a problem we had during our stay, connection was almost always intermittent probably because its shared with other 2 apartments over us. We suggest a better quality router or positioning in between the three for a better reception. Shower head holder must have the option of fixing it onto the wall.

We missed some basic kitchen equipment and toilet paper (but the host provided it right away). Sometimes we heard noises from the reconstruction above. The apartment is quite dim with only a few small windows.

Amazing price for what you get, the apartment is spacious and very clean. Beautiful design and perfect facilities. Nice and quiet at night and not overly busy in the day.

• Omar (10/5): Welcoming and clean apartment in silent neiborhood - I stayed there three nights and was travelling for work purposes. Samia and Anas were very kind and helped me in different ways. The apartment is clean and with pretty much everything you need.
• Katarína (1/5): Do not go there. Never! Everything is a lie. Numer of beds, address - nothing was correct. - Nothing! Everything was bad from beginning. We arrived to the address, which is on the booking.com, but it was not correct. The owner told us to wait there, he came by car and he took us to the opposite side of the city, far away from the city centre. We went by car cca 5 minutes. It was really far away from the centre by feet. It was really weird and dangerous area, we felt there very bad and not safe. We arrived to the accommodation, it was a shock. We had booked 3 nights for 4 people, but there were only 3 beds! The owner told us to sleep on the couch, but no blankets, nothing..On the booking is written: "the property has 8 beds!" He told us, he knew that, that the adress was wrong, that number of beds was wrong, but he do not give us money back. Everything is a lie!! He just smiled and loughed to our faces that it is our problem, not his anymore. We called to the customer service to help us, to refund some amount of money from this accommodation, but we did not get anything. The owner refused to give the money back, because we did not pay the city tax (of course, because we had to left immediately and paid it in other accommodation). Everything was really bad. Do not go there. Never. Also communication in english was impossible, we had to talk german.
