• István (6/5): Wouldn't really recommend - • Clean, spacious, well-equipped apartments • Comfortable beds • Coffee machine with capsules • The man who brought the keys didn’t speak a single word of any foreign language • The apartment is about 70–80 m², of which only 2–3 m² (!) is the bathroom and toilet combined. As per local custom, there’s no bathtub, shower tray, or shower curtain. If you take a shower, everything gets wet no matter what you do • Extremely high and uncomfortable pillows • Worn-out fridge with a sour smell • Parking is on the street, which may be safe, but we didn’t feel completely at ease • The area is run-down, with half-finished or ruined buildings and terribly patched asphalt everywhere – which, apart from the highways, seems typical for the whole region • The steps in the stairwell are of uneven height, it’s both funny and uncomfortable to walk on it. We've never seen anything like it before.

• Olena (9/5): Superb - Very nice host! Cozy appt There was a problem with water flow in the bathroom: it could stop suddenly when you were taking a shower - seems like when somebody in the nearby apartment uses water.
• Petar (9/5): Superb - Large bedroom, bathroom and huge living room with an equipped kitchen. A quiet location 15 minutes of walking away from the main street, a lot of places to park your car.

• Miroslava (10/5): Great value for money - The apartment is modern and clean. The hosts are very responsive and welcoming. We only stayed for 1 night as we were in Kustendil for a run, but we would love to come back and stay longer.
