- Ekaterina (1/5): не задоволително. - Нищо Имаше включена закуска в плана, но сутринта нямаше кой да ни обслужи и нямаше дори едно кафе, ужасно обслужване. Когато помолихме единия служител по вайбър да дойде да ни обслужи, тя каза, че не е на работа и не я засяга. Душът и тоалетната се далака бяха счупени, тоалетната хартия беше ползвана, не беше чисто нова седалка.

- Wood (10/5): Exceptional - Superb location. Clean. Large rooms. Great staff. Only issue was the bathroom light. Small issue as had no effect on the experience. No charger for phone. Not a huge issue whatsoever. Easy to overcome with plugging into my laptop.
