Larini (6/5): - O ponto positivo da acomodação é a localização, bairro muito tranquilo, estávamos de carro, e tivemos que pagar pelo estacionamento que era R$ 40,00, além disso, o box do banheiro é grande, além de ter um bom chuveiro. As toalhas de banho e rosto são de muita qualidade, tínhamos 2 toalhas de banho, 2 de rosto e um tapete para o chuveiro. Tivemos problema com o acesso ao prédio, não fomos bem orientados em como era feito para digitar o código nas portas de acesso ao prédio e a porta do apartamento, nas fotos aparecem vários travesseiros, mas chegando lá, tinha apenas 1 por hospede, e era extremamente fino e desconfortável, tivemos dificuldade pra dormir, pois realmente eram bem finos. Além disso, durante a madrugada, por o apartamento ser no mesmo andar da área compartilhada, tinham pessoas gritando e fazendo barulho. A cozinha compartilhada estava organizada, mas suja, a air frayer estava um nojo, parecia que nunca tinha sido limpa. Não voltariamos.

MARIANA (9/5): Confortável, prático e próximo de tudo. - Staff super amigável, quarto confortável, ótima localização. O espaço coworking é muito prático, a cozinha tem tudo que precisamos para elaborar boas refeições caso não tenha vontade de comer nos restaurantes da região e o parque em frente é bacana para caminhadas. Para quem tiver curiosidade, vale a pena conferir a arquitetura da igreja que fica ao lado. A proximidade com a FAAP e Pátio Higienópolis foi, também, um diferencial. O estacionamento poderia estar incluso.

Minha sorte foi que tinha comprado água porque na geladeira nãotinha nada. Não voltaria. Prefiro mil vezes pagar um hotel por esse valor Pagar 540 reais não compensa Paguei um valor muito alto. Nao tinha nem um chinelo descartável. Televisão não pegava. Reclamei e falaram que a TV só entrava via YouTube. Tentei e nada. Bezerra (9/5): Aconchegante! - Localização. Perto do metro, do shopping center Higienópolis. Tudo novo. Local espaçoso, tem o coworking. bem decorado. O box do quarto que fiquei (407) esta com um problema no caimento. A Água do banho não vai para o ralo e tem que puxar com o rodo.

Gabriela (9/5): Superb - Nice building. Location was perfect and safe, nearby restaurants, shopping mall, convenience stores and more. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The apartment is very well equipped and the common areas are also very nice. Eveeything was clean.

Efa (2/5): I left after one night when I was supposed to stay for 5 nights - Very simple rooms. This is a hotel for backpackers, not a hotel for business people. Arriving early in the morning encountered a locked gate, a complex procedure to get a key, going through several gates, elevators hidden in the wall. A very simple and unpleasant room to stay.
