• Sharon (1/5): Absolutely atrocious - you couldn’t pay me $1000 to spend another night here. - Nothing except the proximity to where I needed to be. Directly under a flight path, so very noisy. Backs onto a busy road. Filthy. Dirty entrance. Room not vacuumed. Moldy toilet paper roll on the bathroom floor. Filthy washcloth on the bathroom floor. No top sheet on the bed. People yelling at each other in the back yard and downstairs. Continuous shouting, doors banging, yelling, moving things directly below my room. Host wasn’t home when I arrived so I had to wait in the car. Booking.com should NOT be connected to this property. I will be demanding a full refund. I assumed this property had been verified by Booking.com - but that’s impossible to imagine. It’s 11:45 pm and people are still shouting downstairs. I think it’s the host/owner and a woman.

• Eunice (4/5): Fare price but the facility needs to be cleaned, with double sheets and smoke free - There was no breakfast. The house smelt Cigar-rates the entire time. It seems some guests smoke inside the rooms and this affected my breathing as I'm allergic to smoke

• Deepak (5/5): Overall, the stay was average, with noticeable room for improvement in cleanliness and maintenance. - The upstairs room was noticeably cleaner and better maintained compared to the downstairs area. The overall environment upstairs felt more comfortable and well-organized. The property owner behaved professionally and respectfully throughout the interaction, which was greatly appreciated. Communication was clear, and the experience was overall positive. The downstairs bathroom was not properly cleaned and was below acceptable standards. The upstairs bathroom was slightly better, but overall it was still only average and did not meet expected cleanliness levels. Greater attention to hygiene and regular maintenance throughout the property is strongly recommended.
• Mannette (6/5): - Check in was fine. Room was very large. Bed was decent. Furnishings were worn. Looks like it was furnished from the Goodwill. Headboard was in bad shape and the pillows placed over the patches. Bathroom was relatively clean. However I had to clean water because the shower leaked. It was then I saw the long strands of hair on the floor. There was no top sheet on the bed so I had to put one on myself. There was one available in the closet. Sketchy looking curtain in the bathroom. Overhead lights were bright and no dimmer. There was a small lamp on top of the fridge with non- working bulb.

• Heather (8/5): Clean, quiet, close to the city, at a great price! - This is a home that has been converted to a guest house. My room was large and clean with an ensuite bathroom. Most of the rooms share a common bathroom. There is a small kitchen which guests are free to use, but there is very little little cooking equipment, dishes etc. There is a small back yard with a large deck, mostly shady, with a few chairs. The back yard appears to be minimally maintained, with a few holes in the deck. The owner is friendly, and might not be there when you arrive, but then he will leave the front door open and will leave a key in the door to the room which he assigned and sent in a message via Booking.com. It is in a decent location, north-central Mississauga with easy access to local amenities and highways, and the airport, downtown etc, are accessable within 20 or 30 minutes - UNLESS it is rush hour... LOL. This place offers great value for the money they charge. There are seven guest rooms, and onsite parking for three cars in the driveway. Another two or three could fit onto the bottom part of the driveway between the sidewalk and street. Street parking is available but there is a risk of getting a parking ticket if the car stays in the same spot for too long - not sure what the specific bylaw is. It is NOT in a no-parking zone. A little more kitchen equipment would be nice. I understand there might be a concern with people taking it with them?

Place is good, near to plaza’s and missisuaga main attractions too. Washroom’s and kitchen were neatly maintained. Overall a good stay .

• Rubin (2/5): - The price. The room I had was spacious. I hope people read this review and not the dozens of fake ones that are boosting up the rating. This is a rooming house. There are other tenants in multiple other rooms. There's young children in the basement. Everyone is loud, making noises until 1am. There's no parking, as it's taken by the tenants. The proprietor is very hard to get a hold of to communicate. The room I had was boiling hot at night. This is the worst experience I've had on booking.com. Don't trust the fake reviews and don't stay here.

• EVELINA (1/5): Horrible! Unsanitary! - Nothing. There was no parking. The door was locked. There was no one to welcome us. When, finally, I got a hold of someone, it felt so unprofessional. I didn't feel safe at all. This is a semi, that has bedrooms. It's horrible. Don't book here. The bed didn't have a proper mattress. It was a foam thin mattress. The bedding was disgusting. No sheets. When I went to the bathroom...I couldn't believe it. It was dirty with pee and poo on the toilet. Hair on the floor. The garbage had papers in it. I called them and said this was unacceptable and that I was going to leave. I couldn't stay there. That I wanted my money back. I haven't been able to get a hold of them since then. DO NOT book this. It's horrible. You can get a hotel for 5dls more.

The host didn't tell me that I would get a $63 ticket for parking on the road overnight. The doors are not solid so noise travels easily. The people in the kitchen sounded like they were right outside my room and they were loud for quite a while.

• Konan Gnamiensah (1/5): Nous n'y avons pas séjourné. - Nous n'avons pas séjourné dans ce lieu. C'était tellement inapproprié qu'on a du trouver un autre hotel. C'est de l'anarque ce lieu. Odeur, habits sales dès que vous entrez, miroir sale, lit usé... Tout. Nous n'avons pas pu prendre les photos. Quand nous aviions voulu aller prendre les photos dans la chambre il l'ont fermé, nous avons prendre juste les photo à l'entrée. Chaussures en désordre, habits avec odeur juste à l'entrée.

The room specifically the pillow smelt like vomit so much so I had to remove it from the bed cause the smell was so bad. Lots of marks on the wall that could easily be covered with a drop of paint giving quite a disheveled appearance.

Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Das Bett ist in Ordnung und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt Vorräte praktisch von allem: von Kaffee und Tee bis Nudeln und Gewürze. Es ist im Prinzip eine WG ohne Putzverantwortlichen. Dementsprechend sehen die Gemeinschaftsbereiche aus: Auf den Teppich im Bad will man nicht einmal treten, in der Küche steht ständig schmutziges Geschirr, der Kühlschrank brütet neue, vermutlich menschenfeindliche Spezies aus. Im Vergleich war das gemietete Zimmer ok, zwar staubig unter dem Bett, aber mit frischer Bettwäsche.

Un solo baño para 4 habitaciones, por la mañana estaba lleno de pelos de todos tipos, agua y pis, horrible. En todo eso a alguien se le ocurrió poner una secadora a las 11.30pm, así que tuve que bajar a apagar porque era imposible dormir. El precio es bajo, pero no sé si merece la pena.

La chambre et la salle de bains n'étaient pas propres et la poubelle non vidée comme si seul le lit avait été fait après le passage du précédent locataire. Le matelas du lit inconfortable et en mauvais état comme les chaises, lampe de chevet. La couette n'est pas aux dimensions du lit. Bref très dommage au vu du bel espace et de la maison spacieuse.

• Olayan (1/5): Disappointed by the Smell – Not Coming Back - I like the place because it was spacious and clean. What I didn’t like was the very unpleasant smell inside the house and the room. It seemed like someone had just smoked in there, and nothing was done to eliminate the odor. I was so frustrated by it. I checked out of the facility way earlier than my scheduled check-out date because I couldn’t stand the smell. I’m not going back to this place, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

• Elijah (10/5): It was a value for money. On my next trip am going there. Would recommend for everyone. - I liked when the door mat from the entrance says remove your shoe. This is a strategy to ensure cleanliness and also a long lasting of floor tiles. It’s also close to stores and bus stop however it took me 2days to know. The large room bed head needs to be replaced.
