• Roman (9/5): - Загалом все супер, в квартирі прибрано, змінена постіль, стоять ароматизатори, є набір посуду для приготування. Холодно, біля дверей стоїть регулятор температури, але він не працює або вимкнений.
• Ганжа (10/5): Celkově hodnotím pobyt kladně. Hotel je pěkný a čistý. - S pobytem v tomto hotelu jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Pokoj byl čistý, útulný a moderně vybavený. Určitě se sem rádi vrátíme a doporučujeme všem! Všechno proběhlo v pořádku, pokoj odpovídal fotografiím. Děkujeme za příjemný pobyt! Hluk z ulice ne byl slyšet

• Bartů (1/5): - Pan/i mi pobyt zrusil/a s tím,že pokoj není připravený a probíhá tam nějaká oprava a tudíž, že nemám jezdit ,že mě neubytuji . Peníze z karty mi byly strzeny a apartman jsem nevyužila. Psala jsem již několikrát o vrácení platby jak booking tak tady pan/i majitele objektu . Doteď se mi platba nevrátila je to již asi 3 měsíce. Takže za mě určitě nedoporucuji!!!! Jednání personálu, pobyt zrušili a peníze nevrátili

• Arequipaka (7/5): Přes drobné nedostatky (nejsou zásadní) to bylo fajn ubytování. - Klidné místo s perfektním napojením na MHD (přímá linka na nádraží). Milá paní domácí, veškerá komunikace proběhla bez problémů. Velká lednička a mrazák. Hodně úložného prostoru. Vybavení kuchyňky dostatečné (nebyla jen mikrovlnka). Pro delší pobyt cením pračku. V okolí restaurace, kavárna, pizza a malý obchod (Hruška). Vybavení pokoje je na booking napsáno zřejmě obecně a proto neodpovídá zcela konkrétnímu pokoji. Například u nás chyběla TV (zbyly po ní tři díry ve zdi). Trošku vyspravovaná vana. Jsou zde vysoké stropy a v koupelně byly u stropu trošku pavučiny.

The owner asked me insanely to leave 1 day before because there was the new tenants waiting already for coming. There is no WiFi available. I don't recommend it at all The worst experience I'm booking ever I didn't like everything

• Rastislav (9/5): Nice cheap accommodation - I'll start with the bathroom - it's very nice, with a window to the charming garden. The bedroom itself is quite spacious and the beds comfortable enough. The accommodation is outside the controlled parking zone, so you can park on the street for free. The host is very nice and has very benevolent conditions for canceling the reservation. Overall, considering the price, the accommodation is great, especially for short-term stays. A small kitchenette is located in the bedroom on the opposite side of the windows. So any larger cooking is not suitable if you don't want to have a bedroom area full of steam and smells from food. Also missing is a table where four people could eat. There are two desks that can fit two people. We also missed the insect nets on the window.

• Mrs (8/5): Best value in town, good massage in the salon - Very spacious unit on the ground floor in a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen isn't best equipped but you can always ask the owner who lives and works in the same property so needs for extra kitchen equipment can be catered to quickly. We stayed for a few nights and plenty of towels were supplied. She runs a beauty salon there and massage is part of the salon's offers. We were very happy with the massaus's technique and services, at a reasonable cost. If you don't plan to wash clothes, this apartment seems to offer, out of all properties in Olomouc listed on Booking.com, the best value for the money, especially for the size of the room. Though the experience was very positive and we will definitely come back to stay there again, but if we were the owner, we would improve the cleaning standard: wipe dusts under the radiators and behind every furniture, thoroughly clean the fridge everytime there is a new guest (we deep cleaned the fridge because the cleanliness wasn't up to scratch in our standard) and make sure there is no cobwebs on corners of the room and bathroom, though we appreciate the high ceiling, which is part of the advantages of this flat. The big study desk did serve the purpose of dining but ideally a separate dining table, however small, would make the stay even more comfortable. Last but not the least, a hair dryer should always be part of the flat - we had to have it retrieved from somewhere else when we were checking in.
