- ekpe (5/5): - Occupant are always peeping around to see who is coming in and going out and it was quiet uncomfortable

- Catherine (4/5): - Bed was clean and comfy but the rest of the room wasn't very clean at all. We only had one set of towels for the 2 of us which was no use. Plug socket on the wall didn't work and loads of loose wires around the room. Curtain as you walk in looks awful! Couldn't lock the door properly from the inside. Stairs were filthy. Bathroom door didn't have a good lock. Cold tap was the only one that worked. Toilet seat hanging off also bath panel. Lacked basic things like a mirror. Desk was damaged and drawers were filthy. When we came back from shopping there a horrible smell through the whole place.
- Logan (4/5): For price it’s meh living conditions stink - Property wasn’t to far from train station and lots of accessible stores surrounding area There was a horrible smell lingering all around the property aswell as in the room we stayed had mouldy milk in fridge which had been there god knows how long and bedding wasn’t not clean and visible markings and not a clean smell

- NAYYAR (1/5): over all ver bad experince, you can not live in this with bad smell, and no security in the home. all doors lock and han - No me gusto nada. to much far away from city center. it is not a hotel just private residency in residencial area. to much bad smell in all over the home, very bad smell in kitchen and in common areas. toilet was shared with others. very bad experince. it is expensive. in this rate you can find out 2 or 3 star hotel room in city center with private toilet and with best facilitis toilet was shared. common areas, kitchen, rooms and in all over areas of home lot of bad smell. far away from city. home and rooms doors were not secure. all the doors handles were broken
- Lentsoe (8/5): - 🙂🙂.. I was happy with the stay and trip. The rooms are nice and clean... The front door works a little bit differently. Maybe they should teach customers how to use it upon arrival, to prevent customers from thinking that the door is broken

- Brenda (8/5): Overall good stay. - Didn't book for breakfast. The staff were lovely, helpful, polite they just went that extra mile. The The card to open my hotel room didn't work on many occasions & proved frustrating also challenging. When you go to your hotel room, you just want to relax, but I found myself having to go backwards & forwards to reception to sort out the issue of the key to enter my room.
- Moses UNIFOR (8/5): - The cleanliness and the security The single room bed is not long enough for me, because I am 190cm tall.

- Innocent (4/5): Room displayed on advert completely different from that experienced. I was quite disappointed! - The location was good. The size of the room was very small. The shower was not functional. I couldn't have my bath as expected.
- Chris (7/5): - Was ok , room and bathroom was clean . Didn't like the padlock on room at start , and very bad door and lock . Bathroom seat was not fixed .
- Mohammed Salim (1/5): -
- Claire (3/5): - Room was comfortable Had to wait for someone to let us in the property when we arrived and once let in we then had to wait till rooms were cleaned and bedding was washed and dried before making the beds up again .
Location was a taxi ride away from picadilly where we aimed to go .
Basic room in a house with pad locks on each bedroom door .
Room has a kettle with mugs but no complimentary tea,or coffee so make sure you purchase before getting there.
- Nacer-eddine (4/5): Even if the price was acceptable, a lot of things need to be fixed to make the property more friendly and acceptable! - Nothing in particular really! Very small room! No place to sit. No TV. End of the bed against the wall just below the window hence cold feet! Heating switched off during the night! The room was cold until 10 am! The kitchen was tiny with the upper part of the window opened hence very cold place! I didn’t cook anything but if people were to cook something, a proper aeration system should be installed and the upper part if the window should be left open just in case of smoke (seldom case). The door had no key but a small lock! The doors of the place in general need to be fixed for security reasons and to avoid unnecessary noise as when you close the old unfixed doors, you do it with noise, disturbing other people living in this place! A propos other people, I have been, during the night, disturbed several times as my head was laying against if the bathroom door, hence hearing noises like shower, tap and toilet flushing plus again door noises when people are opening or closing the door! The boiler is also creating a permanent noise, no to loud but disturbing if trying to fall asleep after being woken up!

- PEDRO (6/5): Good! - Cama comoda es fácil de encontrar. El precio tambien esta muy bien, para una noche funcional. Se escucha mucho el ruido de otros huespedes, sobretodo puertas y pasos, parece que entren a tu habitacion.
- Tony (3/5): Get what you pay for - you dont pay much and you dont get much - The bed was comfy; room spacious and clean; wifi fast The shower and hot tap in the bathroom basin didn't work; there was no coffee; only one towel between us (but given shower didnt work it wasnt a problem); room was noisey being on the ground floor and creaking floor above, being by the communal door (people talking on the phone outside our door at 8am), and kitchen (people making food at 10pm);
- Kris (7/5): cheap nights sleep - was needed very last minute so checked in late at night which was great for me. and did its job cheap comfy night sleep door fixtures and fittings for the rooms and bathroom wasnt fit for purpose was locks and bolts and wasnt very secure.

- Bonn (1/5): Disappointing considering I didn’t stay past 30 minutes there and hurriedly left to find an emergency stay at my own exp - Nothing
The surroundings were dirty Almost everything and especially the fact that the actual room was different from the picture online which begs the question of false advertisement.
The Door was locked with a latch from outside with no way of locking it when in, in a public apartment used by others??!!
No concern for my safety and belongings.

- Nicola (1/5): Did not stay. Horrible place. - Nothing The room was nothing like the photos. The room was smelling of curry and BO. Absolutely disgusting. The front door had been broken into but not covered up. Area was filthy and the place looked liked a squat.

- Nia (8/5): Very good -

The booking process was incredibly simple and intuitive, taking just a moment online. Communication with the staff deserves the highest praise – the personnel were professional and extremely helpful, clearing up any doubts. What's more, I received the reservation confirmation instantly, and the email contained all the necessary and clear information. The entire experience was flawless, and I definitely recommend it!
- Peskee (7/5): Good - Amazing for value for money
- Thomas (4/5): Disappointing -
- Andreas (7/5): Ok for one Night. - Average ok The installations in the House are a bit used.
- Somasundaram (1/5): Disaster worst money I’ve ever spent - One filthy toilet for 5 rooms. Terribly filthy and messy.

- Shabir (1/5): Bad -
- Josephat (4/5): It does not worth the price i payed - It's very poor in all stranded they were people talking too loud making all kinds of noise Nothing you have go up to take a shower or toilet
- Arthur (10/5): Exceptional - It was really fantastic place to stay.
- Benjamin (7/5): Good -
- Jo (8/5): Very good - Only rated neutral on staff as there was none so couldn't rate that. Brill, clean room, bed was so comfy. Easy to get into and located well for us, parking was a bit of a struggle but we manged further down the road. Felt the living room could do with a little TLC as it was not same standard as rest of house. Also there was no coffee in our room just one decaf tea and one herbal tea, not my husband's idea of first thing drink!
- Simon (1/5): Bad -
- Imaro (1/5): Bad - The property is does not look like the photo see on the internet The property is does not look like the photo see on the internet
- Tyree (7/5): Good -
- Dylan (5/5): Passable -
- Kara (4/5): Wouldn’t stay there again - Location was good for what we needed it for but that’s it The front door didn’t lock, so anyone could walk in off the street at any point - brought this to the staff attention and they said they’d get someone to sort it but it wasn’t sorted by the time we left. The individual rooms had flimsy locks (equivalent to the ones you had on a diary as a kid) and we did not feel it was safe to leave our belongings when we went out. The washing machine was on constantly making a racket all through the night. The bathroom you have to share with 4 other rooms was tiny… and you can hear anything and everything in the house…
- Nigel (3/5): If you’re homeless it’ll do otherwise avoid . It’s a hovel - Manager was helpful and genuinely seemed lovely I was thankful she walked through the front door when she did. I was met at the door by a lady with very limited English , I asked her if this was PoshVal and was told No several times then told it was AirBnB do I gave her my name 3 times to check for my booking but was too busy with the huge headphones over her ears and the loud music coming out . Finally she decided to ring her manager about my booking and the manager confirmed I had booked and paid for a room ,Shared bathroom I walked upstairs to find the bathroom only to find some guy sat on the toilet with the door unlocked . My wife did not feel safe so we booked the Holiday inn and stayed there. Ok if your homeless not for anything else .
- Arukwe (8/5): Very good -
- Jenny (4/5): Disappointing - The key code to get in and the bed was comfy Who ever else was there didn't empty the bins in the kitchen and what ever food they had put in it stunk also there was no tele in the room
- Nathaniel (8/5): Very good -
- Anthony (9/5): Good bed for the night. - It was convenient and tidy. the only teabag left was a herbal mint tea. not to everyone's taste. it's a small thing but I think people appreciate a good tea.
- Oghenegweke (1/5): I did not stay. My reservation was canceled. - My reservation was cancelled. I did not receive a cancellation email. I don't like the environment at all.
- Luisa (8/5): Lovely bed - The bed was the best thing I’ve ever slept on The location
- Muga (7/5): Good -
- Emmanuel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sophie (5/5): Passable - We didn’t get told the pin to get let in the door so when we got back after the gig we had been to we were locked out for quite a bit before the person in the downstairs room let us in.
- Christina (5/5): Clean, tidy but basic - Clean comfortable bed No coffee
Only peppermint tea
1 bottle of water although each room was booked for two
- Marlene (7/5): Good -
- Anderson (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marc (7/5): Decent place to stay for the price, but cross your fingers decent guests are there - Fair price and we'll located for Co-op and man City. Rooms were clean, parking was easy to find, clean towels, friendly host. I will stay again. A group of idiots who came in at 2am shouting, putting loud music on, banging doors and basically not understanding that they were sharing the property.
- Prince (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cooke (3/5): Poor - accommodation not ready yet its still being converted. Freezing, no hot water. was thinking of opening the fridge to get warm
