• Tetiana (7/5): Budget-friendly but basic - Good for its price. The room was not very clean, and the towels were not ready at check-in. The walls are very thin, so you can hear other guests easily. The mattress felt old and uncomfortable, and there was no soap or shampoo provided.

• Bouba (7/5): - The location is central, I like it. The house is cleaned often So many rooms for one shared bathroom; very few spoons and forks, no rice/electric cooker. room 1 and 2 occupants hear one another like they are in the same room.

• Moe (1/5): Sleep with one eye open- Main door is always open & no bedroom door lock is broken - Location There are people living downstairs that talk so loud and make constant noise in the middle of the night ( between 1am to 4am) making sleeping difficult. They also smoke and the smells circulates upstairs through the vent. A little bit more needs to done with the bathroom. The shower diverter is old, rusted and broken and wouldn’t go up or down to divert the change the direction of the water. When it snows, nobody shovels the driveway or the stairs to the unit. Snow would pile up until it melts down when the temperature warms up. I slipped once and nearly fell down while carrying my suitcases to my car.
• Moe (1/5): Safety isn’t guaranteed at this property - Location The main door is ALWAYS open. It isn’t safe to leave your valuables ( jewelry, laptop, phones and electronic devices in the bedroom). The lock to the bedroom is damaged and broken and wouldn’t work yet they give you a key when they know the door it is broken. Also, When it snows, nobody shovels the driveway or the stairs to the unit. Snow would pile up until it melts down when the temperature unit warms up. I slipped once and nearly fell down while carrying my suitcases to my car.

• Momoh (10/5): I recommend this place - Spacious with wide windows and comfortable bed. The kitchen is clean and organized with lots of space in the fridge The locks didn’t work and that poses a risk to personal items.

Guy next room afro guy all night making noice until 4am or 5amm I guess when he get tire of talk on the Phoenix movie stuff around terrible. I talk to the guy you run this place he just talk to different person cause this guy keep terrible behavior and smell like weed at the door very often. Ppfff

• Asselin (10/5): Family Getaway with a Cozy Vibe – Perfect for a Quick Escape! - Our family of four (two kids under 10) absolutely loved the welcoming atmosphere at Bishop! The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of space for the kids to play without feeling cramped. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home – they even recommended a nearby park for the little ones to burn off some energy after our drive. The location in Mississauga is super convenient, just minutes from great family spots like Square One Shopping Centre. Breakfast options were kid-friendly, and the quiet neighborhood let us all unwind after a long day. It was the ideal spot for our one-night pit stop – comfortable beds, strong Wi-Fi for movie night, and no hassle at all. Highly recommend for families looking for value and ease! Honestly, nothing major stood out as a downside for our short stay. The only tiny nitpick was that the gym is small (though we didn't use it much with the kids), but everything else exceeded expectations for a quick family overnight.

• Choji Pam (1/5): This has been a nightmare. Very impactful and I ended with a lot of regrets. A total loss of money and a horrible experi - There’s nothing to like about the property. Firstly, you will be put in a different room from what was advertised. It’s an extremely old building that is poorly managed. The facility puts old pictures online to deceive people. The kitchen is dirty, the refrigerator is dirty, the bathroom is old, poorly illuminated and dirty. The whole place is like an old brothel with no law. This building needs to be reported to health services of Ontario for a shutdown and renovation. I tried to find a lawyer to sue but work schedule couldn’t let me. You will be disappointed and if you are unsatisfied, he will treat you like trash. You only mean something to him before he has your money, afterwards, he treats you with disrespect and disregard. Booking.com should not be affiliated with such a person. Meanwhile he’s put the same property on Airbnb, on a full refund. It’s unfair when a property owner is allowed to hold all the cards. If a negative rating under zero exists for this bed bug infested house, I would give. Expect to throw up every hour you are living there, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. The seats are unstable and caused me to fall while working. The property owner is a lier. Firstly he’s deceived people with poor advertising. He declares the facility to be highly competitive to raise customers confidence. Therefore it always looks like you must book otherwise you miss an opportunity. When I contacted him to complain after a horrible first day and night, he was highly dismissive. Subsequently, when I escalated to booking.com he consistently lied to them and even filed a complaint against me for disturbing other guests. That was a blatant lie because I had only one phone call with him and all other calls were done with booking.com after I left the property the next day. I had booked 8 nights, $624 and he’s refused to provide any refund or meet me in the middle of. He claimed that he couldn’t refund me because he’s not getting guests at one point. This seems to be the only truth he’s said on account of this.

Kitchen and bathroom being cleaned by flooding it and leaving everything very wet. Kitchen has barely any supplies to use/cook/prepare or to make complete hot drinks. The mattress/bed is very noisy.

My only issue was the temperature of the air conditioner. Could have been a little cooler. But that's my opinion I like it cool.at home I keep mine between 20 - 23.

Są ręczniki :) W łazience straszna pleśń - myśle ze warto pomyśleć nad rozwiązaniem tego problemu :( Kuchnia jest w okropnym stanie - palnik jest super brudny i aż strach dotykać cokolwiek. Dość daleko do Toronto - lepiej już brać ubera.

• Jessica (1/5): The location with proximity to my work is the only good thing - I did not like the property due to someone trying to come into my room and force themselves in and the loud noises The police were called at one point for a problem involving people that had stayed there before

There was theft in the house - I got my backpack that contained my laptop, Canada passport and two iPhones stolen from the living room of the house and the owner was always unreachable even when the police came . The items were stolen by other guests and the front door was always open as other guest don't know how to lock the door . Am very devastated just staying and experiencing such lost at this property.

The location is great and the rooms are priced well with bed beds and room to move around. Being close to the airport is great for travellers coming into the country late and a pin pad for easy entrance into the house.

• Dan (5/5): The front steps and railings need repair or replacement - Landlord was very accommodating and helpful. Other tenants left a mess. Kitchen was not clean. Others neglected to clean up after themselves. They would drop glass beside the bin and not pick it up. They would take thins out of the fridge or cupboard and not put them away.

• Frederico (8/5): it was great, I Recomend - the owner is a very friendly and easy to deal with even though i stayed at this place in snow season which makes it difficult to keep neat ,but i can say they made the effort to keep neat
• Ku (5/5): I guess it was okay. - I would say it was okay. We had to wait for close to an hour. The check-in time was supposed to be between 3:00 - 4:00pm. When we arrived at around 3:30pm there was nobody. We called the number that was provided and when the owner said he was 10min. away but arrived after 20min. Then the room was not ready, He changed the bed sheets, duvet and mopped the floor while we were there. We did not get the room until around 4:30pm.

• Atsushi (3/5): If your priority is to be relatively inexpensive, this is the place to be. - The owner was a pleasant person. It took over 30 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I checked in and went inside because no one was at the location. There were fruit flies in the kitchen and bathroom. The room door was broken and hard to lock and unlocked. The room I was shown was the smallest and had no window, although there were not many people staying there.
