• Guest (9/5): Schönes, gepflegtes und freundliches Apartment mit römischen Flair. - Schönes gepflegtes römisches Apartment, klassisch elegant. Hat Freude bereitet. Der Fahrstuhl war auch ein Highlight :D. Ein epochales Fahrstuhlerlebnis. Die Betten waren auf Hotelniveau und meine Tante hat von der Bettwäsche geschwärt. Das Duschbad war auch sehr angenehm frisch und freundlich. Wasser und Kaffee gab es genug in der kleinen Küchenzeile. Der Balkon hat das Apartment abgerundet. Die Lage war optimal! Alles in allem wunderbar. Kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber fein!

• Ľudmila (10/5): Maximum satisfaction, highly recommended. - We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation. An earlier arrival and later departure were not a problem. We had a place to store our luggage. The accommodation was cozy and had everything we needed. Most importantly, everything was clean — the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The location was very quiet and close to everything. We had a grocery store just 3 minutes away, as well as the metro. The host was communicative, helpful, and accommodating. I definitely recommend this accommodation. Next time we come to Rome, we will choose this place again. We really enjoyed our stay. Maybe just add a plate and cutlery if there are 4 guests staying. Otherwise, I have nothing to complain about.

• Allen (10/5): Fantastic apartment with all you need in a great location. - The room was very well kept and had all the amenities you require for a short and long stay. This included AC, kitchen and bathroom. They even left a bottle of red wine for our arrival as well as cold water and milk in the fridge. The bed was comfortable as well as the other furnishings. The location was great and wasn't far from the metro and a supermarket. It's probably a 25-30 minute walk from the Vatican or the Colosseum. We recommend using the Lime Scooters to get around the city if you are brave enough as it is much much better than the city metro system. Nothing at all. I've read about other people having trouble with the key code to get in but it was pretty simple for us.

The location was great - Very close to Piazza de Popolo and near the Flaminio train stop. It had a balcony and ample space. There was also air conditioning which was wonderful as Rome was unseasonably warm. The building also had an elevator which was appreciated. There was very little soap. The soap ran out after two days. There was also not enough toilet paper. The shower only stayed hot for 10 minutes or so, so you had to take very quick showers which sucks if you have been out after a long day or you have a lot of hair to wash (which I do). The day I checked in, I went to wash my 10 hour flight off and my journey to the hotel by train only to get caught covered in soap having to rinse off in a freezing cold shower. It was so uncomfortable. Additionally I had a rude encounter with someone at Eleven G via a WhatsApp phone call who rudely shouted over me and hung up on me without allowing me to speak when I called concerned about preserving my reservation and avoiding a cancellation. I do understand it was late in Rome due to the time difference, but they indicated 24 hour availability and it was a very distasteful and unnecessary. If I didn’t absolutely have to be in Rome and have to stay in that neighborhood, that interaction would have been enough to cancel my reservation and book elsewhere. Instead I apologized for something I was not in the wrong about because I needed the accommodation but in another situation, I absolutely would have booked elsewhere because I was disrespected and made to feel horrible when I was already anxious about the reservation status and simply wanted to ensure it would not be cancelled.
• Kevan (10/5): Perfect vacation apartment, would definitely stay there again. - We booked this apartment based on the reviews and we were not dissapointed. Location is fantastic, minutes from the metro and a host of restaurants and bars. Cleanliness of the entire apartment can only be classed as exceptional, extremely comfortable bed and really quiet. Very few hotels or apartments allow you to get really comfortable in the evenings, this one did. We loved it. I cannot think of anything that could have been improved

The Sistine Chapel is a must, book a tour guide! - 6 min walk from the Metro Flaminio quiet area; great breakfasts at Goody 10€; 2 min walk to L'Antica Pizzeria for great Calzone pizza! Easy access to metro then to Sistine Chapel, Colosseum, Spanish steps, Trivi and Pantheon. Get a 72hr Metro ticket well worth it for hopping on and off ;)

• Mary (10/5): Excellent stay! - Don't look any furher, this is a place to stay in Rome! The place was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The apartment in centrally located just few minutes walk to Metro A line, Flaminio few stops from both Termini and Vatican. Also, about 7-8 minutes walk from piazza del Popolo. The neighborhood is also very quiet and beautiful with a supermarket, coffee shops and few grab and go pizza places. All in all a place to stay in Rome!

• Caroline (10/5): Wonderful - ElevenG is an fabulous apartment very close to Flaminio station and with a useful bus route right outside. The Spanish Steps as well as some great restaurants are very close by. The communication from the hosts via WhatsApp was excellent and the apartment had everything we needed (I loved the bathroom diffuser). An absolute find! Thank you to the hosts. Everything was great! More glasses would be good, and maybe an extra cleaning cloth (I pre-empted this by bringing my own microfibre cloth so it really wasn't a issue for me).

• Laurentiu (10/5): Very good choice for those who want to spend their vacation in Rome - A clean and very quiet apartment, located close to the center. We didn't need public transport to visit the tourist sights in Rome. Apart from the washing machine (if anyone needs it), the apartment is equipped with everything necessary. We thank you for everything, including the bottle of wine found on the table upon arrival. Although the apartment is equipped with another sofa, we think that the rather small kitchen makes it difficult to accommodate more than three people.
• Karim (9/5): Superb - Beautiful apartment in a good location, good size for two people. Nice and clean, bright with lots of natural lighting. Mostly quiet and good ventilation. Air-conditioning was very handy with the heat. The complimentary water, wine and orange juice and biscuits were very welcoming. The bathroom and bedding and towels were clean. Good location, more residential than touristy though a lot of walking. Could have preferred more towels and hangers/storage for clothes. Also kitchen roll or table clothes would have been appreciated.

• Gabor (1/5): Bad - I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your property, which not only caused me significant inconvenience but also aggravated my chronic health condition. After an early morning flight and an entire day of walking, I was looking forward to resting at your establishment. However, upon arrival, I faced an unexpected and highly distressing situation. The access code provided for entry was incorrect, and I was unable to enter the premises. This ordeal lasted for over two hours, during which time I made repeated attempts to contact your support team for assistance, without success. As a person living with a chronic illness, it is critical for me to have reliable and stress-free accommodation arrangements, especially after such a tiring journey. The inability to access my room not only left me physically drained but also caused significant discomfort and exacerbated my health condition. Moreover, after we finally gained access and communicated our intent to seek compensation for the troubles, the entry code was deliberately deleted from our records, effectively locking us out of the property we had prepaid for. It took extensive questioning before the code was resent, and throughout this process, there was a complete failure to acknowledge any mistake on your part. This series of actions demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism and customer care, which is utterly unacceptable. I expect a full explanation for the mishandling of this situation and the undue stress it caused. Furthermore, I demand appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and the adverse impact on my health. I trust you will take this matter seriously and address it promptly to prevent such incidents in the future. Very bad experience.

• Tine (10/5): So happy we found this place 👌🏻☺️ - Perfect location for our visit to Rome.☺️ The apartment was well equipped, spacious, had both a really good bed and a good pressure shower (I have a lot of hair, so this is important) Very happy for the coffee maker (and a little coffee that was already there) The living room was also very nice and on the TV we had possibility to log into our own accounts on different streaming platforms (the apartment has his own Netflix account) Only 5-7min to Piazza del populous, then not more than 10-15 (if you don’t get lost shopping) to the Spanish Steps. We are already talking about coming back to this apartment☺️ Highly recommend. Great communication with the owners, easy to get in touch with if we had any questions👌🏻 Maby there should be a couple more vine glasses ?! All was perfect 👍🏼
