- Joan Carles (6/5): Com a casa de la teva àvia. - L'ubicació de l'apartament en relació al centre i a supermercats, bars i restaurants és molt bona. A la vegada, és un pis molt tranquil. Els llits són molt còmodes i la mida de les dues habitacions pràctiques. L'edifici necessita una neteja de les canonades (l'escala fa molta pudor) i el pis una reforma i manteniment, començant per la cuina (l'estractor de fums no funciona a l'igual que algun dels focs), el sofà està restaurat (amb una fusta sota els coixins) i es desmonta en seure, alguns endolls no funcionen, el mobiliari és força "retro", ... La dutxa no és gens còmode (estreta, la cortina s'enganxa al cos, ...) i el lavabo molt estret, sense lloc on posar el necesser i el que portes, ...
