• Araya (9/5): - El patio hermoso y que puedan alojarse mis perritos. La zona muy tranquila y buena ubicación. Poca limpieza en accesorios del baño como cortinas. Como también detalles de canilla de la ducha que se caía al querer usarla y una silla del patio rota en el respaldo. Los colchones del sillón cama están muy deteriorados y finos para que duerma alguien ahí.

• Luciano edgardo (10/5): Esperamos volver pronto y disfrutar nuevamente - Nos resulto muy comodo..la ubicacion fue genial para acceder a los lugares que visitamos ya que andabamos a pie y no conociamos el lugar. La Sra que nos recibio fue muy amable y atenta. Laa instalaciones, impecables.

• Ceci y Javier (4/5): Una desilusión - La ubicación: Está cerca de varios medios de transportes, tren linea Mitre (Retiro-Tigre), colectivos a todas partes y subte linea D (Congreso-Catedral) Podría llegar a ser un departamento cómodo para dos y quizas tres personas. Debe haber sido un lindo departamento pero le falta mantenimiento. Le falta una mano de pintura en general. Cuando llegamos, encontramos en el baño restos de jabón y sachets de shampoo y crema de enjuage usados. Eso me dió la pauta de que no limpiaron antes de entregar el departamento. La manija externa de la puerta que da al patio estaba rota. El baño a nuevo muy lindo, pero la manija del inodoro también estaba rota, igual se podía usar. El espejo de pie que estaba en la habitación estaba rajado. Otro mueble con un vidrio también rajado. En la cocina había un cartel que decia "Disculpen las molestias. Este edificio se encuentra en proceso de reparación para su mejora. Agradecemos su comprension" Ya con ese cartel, es evidente que este departamento, por ahora, no está para ser alquilado. En el patio no pudimos estar porque desde el último piso caía agua, incesantemenete, en forma de lluvia. Le avisé al dueño pero no se soprendió. La mesa y sillas del patio arruinadas por el agua .¡Ah! la heladera no enfriaba bien y eso que estaba al máximo. Y Que mas puedo decirles ... Una desilusión, es la primera vez que me equivoco tanto al hacer una elección.
• Marcelo (8/5): - La ubicación y el jardín marcan la diferencia. Los espacios son bien amplios. En el edificio están trabajando. A la siesta se pusieron a golpear y martillar en el depto de arriba los dos primeros días. Se habló con el dueño y lo resolvió. Faltaría stock de papel higiénico y una alfombra de ducha para no resbalar.
• Gon (10/5): - Muy linda instalación, equipada con todo lo necessrio, ambiente tranquilo y muy luminoso. La atención excelente, siempre en contacto por si se necesitaba algo. Zona tranquila, con mucha seguridad, con mucho transporte y puntos de intereses cercanos. Volveré.
• Clavijo (7/5): Buena estancia en Belgrano, atención si van en invierno - La ubicación es espectacular, muy cerca del transporte y del barrio chino. A unos pasas de la avenida, del tren y de los colectivos. El dto esta en planta baja y tiene un hermoso jardín Si van en invierno sepan que la calefacción ( aire frio/calor) está en el comedor, no en la pieza. El motor del aire frio/calor esta al lado de la cama matrimonial, lo que lo hace muy ruidoso. El departamento es antiguo, la falta un poco de mantenimiento

• Tanja (8/5): Quiet oasis in Belgrano - The apartment is very well located in the heart of Belgrano, close to the Barrio Chino - many public transport option, a park close by, many cafes and shops. The garden with the little pond and the parilla was lovely - an oasis in the city. The communication and check in/check out was really easy. Dogs are welcome and even have their own exit to the garden. The apartment shows quite some signs of wear-and-tear and maybe needs some de-cluttering and maintenance. There were not many glasses in the kitchen and when taking a shower the bathroom floor gets all wet. Otherwise it was really lovely to stay there.
• Lyudmila (8/5): The were very satisfied with the stay and will have the best memories of the apartment and the owner - The apartment has very good location, near the lively streets, metro station, shops, China town and parks. It is convenient to get to the apartment and find your way around the city. Significant benefit is the patio, which makes the stay during summer months even more pleasant, or if you travelling with pets, it is also convenient. The apartment is convenient for not more then three people. The linen, plates and dishes are old and not very clean.
