Vermieter war zu erreichen und sehr bemüht - Das Zimmer an sich war schön eingerichtet und ist geräumig auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. der Online Check in ist nichts für schwache Nerven. das um 15.00 angekündigte mail kam erst 20min später... der gesamte Ablauf wie man überhaupt ins Haus gelangt... alles nur übers Handy bedienbar....sogar der Lift kann nur übers Handy bedient werden...muss man mögen :-( das Bad war kalt..ca 19´ und für 2 Personen grad mal ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch.

• Caitlyn (8/5): Great place to rest and recharge between adventures! - Checking in on the app was a little confusing, but I was able to complete check-in at the front desk. The key fob made access to the building after hours really easy (no need to use the app) and it worked every time without issue. The building is large, so it was a bit of a maze to get to the room but there were a lot of posted signs that made things easier. The room was clean and a great size to enable a space to chill/down time when not exploring the city. I didn't end up using the stove, but the kitchen was well equipped.

Seulement pour arriver à ça, ça prend un petit moment car il y a plusieurs étapes à faire et il n’y a pas d’indications en français, ce qui est dommage pour la Suisse qui a quand même une grande partie de sa population qui est francophone

• Selma (10/5): Wunderbar - Das Zimmer war sehr sauber (was eigentlich das wichtigste ist:)) modern eingerichtet, alles ist dabei was man braucht. Im Zimmer befindet sich Kaffemaschine, Geschirr, Spülmaschine, Staubsauger, Föhn… Nicht weit von Stadtzentrum entfernt, sowie von Stadion Letzigrund (weniger als 10 Minuten Fußweg) falls man Konzert oder Ähnliches besucht. Ich kann definitiv weiter empfehlen:)

L'application permet d'ouvrir les portes, la chambre est très moderne avec des boutons pour déplacer les meubles, le lit, les équipements de la salle de bain sont de qualité, la pression de l'eau est très bonne. • Irene (10/5): INCREDIBLE communication, easy check in, great location, clean, and safe. - -COMMUNICATION WAS AMAZING!!! only reason we took a few minutes to gain access was because I did not check my email for the proper quick and easy check in otherwise it would have been seamless. A gentleman saw us in the lobby, struggling and walked me through it all step by step (which I later realized was in that email I didn't read while I was trying to navigate to the property) -Property was super easy to find, conveniently on a corner and labeled outside. -The step by step sign in was perfect with pictures, I wish I saw before the very kind gentleman had to help me. -for the rest of our stay it was super nice to just use my phone to access the doors and elevators. -location was next to multiple bus stops and close enough to downtown. felt very SAFE -close enough to a coop and aldi for last minute items/waters at night -CLEAN SPACE. we got a little warm, but opened the windows for a few mins and were perfectly comfortable only "complaint" which isnt really one because I didnt need it, just wanted it- the tv. tried to mirror, didnt work, and couldnt access channels. again, not necessary. and did NOT at all effect my overall rating of this property.

• Chad (4/5): Interesting human-less operations, but bad experience in practice. - While it's interesting to be able to do so much via the app, you absolutely must keep your phone safe and charged to be sure you can get into the entrance, elevator and room. Not a big deal for me, and it worked smoothly, but if your phone died for instance you wouldn't have an actual key to enter. Additionally our room's shades were controlled via a button in the room and only 1/3 worked, with no manual back-up method to ensure they closed. To me, this is where there is too much technology and I'd much rather have a dark room to sleep in over the "convenience" of the automation. Additionally since there is no support on-site unless for emergency contacts, there is no way to resolve the issue outside of the business hours which end at 17:00. Lastly there is construction directly outside our window, so between that and the shaded not closing I did not have a good night's sleep. I would not return as a result.

• Sharon (7/5): Good apartment size for a reasonable cost. - Keyless check in. It does mean you have to have internet connections. The apartment was quiet bare, one dishwasher tablet, no detergent and the coffee makers took specialist pods not available at local Aldi. For ease of guests staying only few days, a few extra of the basic consumables would have been appreciated.

Das erspart dem Kunden den Ärger immer wieder nachzufragen. Ausser der Zutrittsffrage und der Loft die nicht in der App vor 15:00 Uhr beschrieben wurde, war alles klar. Die Loft war super und es war alles hervorragend.

• YING JUNG (7/5): 房間很大又乾淨舒適，但住宿流程比較複雜，若有問題無法及時得到答案 - 房間空間很大，感覺是新裝潢的房間，很乾淨且舒適，設備齊全，床睡起來很舒服，有提供免費停車場(需要到櫃檯登記) 有公共空間，提供微波爐以及販賣機設備 附近就有一間大型購物中心，裡面有麥當勞、Coop超市等等，要吃飯或買東西還蠻方便的 自助check-in流程繁瑣，而且指示沒有很清楚，遇到問題馬上透過Booking聯絡也無法得到及時的回覆，沒有接待人員，只能在大樓裡面自己一直嘗試解決問題 並且建築物很大，需要穿越多棟建築，才可以到達自己的房間 停車場也需要找一下路才會發現正確位置，要確認沒有停到同區健身房的私人停車格 洗碗機會漏水，導致地板濕掉，有確認門都有關閉好機器才開始運轉，但還是漏水 暖氣感覺沒有運作，詢問客服人員也沒有得到答案，秋季晚上會冷

La ventilation de la salle de bain s'allumait automatiquement quelques secondes après avoir ouvert la porte, même si on n'utilisait pas la douche, et elle ne s'éteignait qu'après une dizaine de minutes. Aller se coucher avec ce bruit constant, ce n'est pas tres agréable.

• Darren (8/5): - The. Room was lovely and the place comfortable, clean and nice, BUT, the check in was difficult and anything but user friendly. Firstly the add says front desk open 8am-5pm, we arrived 4:30pm-closed. Te IT interface was not user friendly and took until I realized I had not paid until it all fell into place, but I had to find that.
• Lukas (7/5): - Love the concept of self-checkin/out and concept of room architecture. Its glad to see someone pushing for more technical approach. Whole room could serve for a whole week as it include all necessary facilities for longer stay. Local team was helpful during outage incident of application so that we wont stay outside. Application could go through even more fool-proof menu and cleaner. Outage of service during our stay shows that it is always better to have someone on reception. Use of reception only for special guests requests or for luggage storage. We were informed that it is possible to store them on reception but no personal was there to take care of them.

• Ive Jolie (10/5): Amazing Apartment - Amazong appartment, very well equipped. 3-4km walk from the center or 8 minutes by S-Bahn. You could move the bed and furniture automatically by pushing a button - very futuristic. And so clean, comfy and spacy. You need your phone to unlock the door and even to use the elevator.

• Andrew (9/5): - Location was great to see a concert at the nearby stadium. City centre, train station, airport and sights were a bit further away but easily accessible by public transport or uber. The rooms were large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. There are supermarkets nearby. Check-in and access to the building are via a web-app. Although this was not complex, it was not completely obvious/intuitive, and complicated by our cell-phone data not working in Switzerland. It was fortunate that we arrived during daylight and there was someone helpful at the building reception despite being a Sunday. Once we understood it and could use wifi it was fine but I can understand comments in some other reviews that had issues.

• Mary (10/5): - The rooms are modern, spacious and have everything you need for modern serviced apartment. There is an Aldi, fast food shop and department store within 5mins walk. There are bus stops in 2mins walk or walk 11mina to Altstetten train station. Easy to check in and out as long as you have a phone and they stores luggage so I could explore and put them in my room when it was ready.
• Charlotte (8/5): Very good - Used this for an event at Letzipark, the location is great for this just 10 minutes down the road. The apartment was modern with lots of wardrobe and kitchen space. No issues with check in and using the website for access. Bathroom was huge and really clean and modern. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher from previous guests. We only had one dishwasher tablet provided which we had to use to wash these plates, so not much use for us. Also bins weren't emptied from previous guest. Otherwise very clean and tidy.

• Amy (8/5): - The apartment once in it was lovely but bit of a strange set up You go through like a full block of apartments, mine was right at other end and no one there to check in or check out. Made it quick but also was concerning as had to use your phone to get in lifts etc and I ended up in a basement once as I took the wrong lift. Would say good for two people together but a little bit scary on my own! Other than that the apartment was lovely, perfect location for the stadium and very reasonably priced!!
• Elmarie (8/5): Comfortable, spacious and good value for money. - I was pleasantly surprised by this property. It was spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. It takes a bit getting used to using the app to unlock doors, lifts etc, but as long as you make sure your phone is charged you will be OK. We were met by someone in reception who kindly allowed us to check in early as the apartment was ready. All in all a very good experience and I would gladly stay there again. Easy to get into the centre by bus/tram. There is a bit of stress about ensuring your phone is charged so you can get into the apartment.
• Michael (7/5): Nice place but doesn’t seem to be good for vacations - Comfy bed, spacious. No microwave. Didn’t have enough toilet paper, towels, coffee, dishwasher detergent to last the week we were there.
• Maria (7/5): Good - We arrived within the time the reception was open so got help with the digital solutions. A different kind of ackommodation if you are used to a hotel. Good to have a terrass and a kitchen. Supermarket close by and easy transportation with trams and buses close by. We couldn’t use the marquise. Walls could be moved via electric system but was a bit scary when We coudn’t move them back to the original position. We got help from calling emergency number. A/c was not build in so required open window to work.
• Michael (5/5): Clean apartments with a common area for gatherings and/or cooking. - Good location close to transportation. Electronic check in and access. Do not stay here if you are not tech savvy or don't have a mobile phone with internet. Weather was quite warm and there was no air conditioning however the staff were helpful and supplied a fan unitl they could get us a portable air conditioner. We were due to check out on a Sunday and asked on the Saturday if we could store our luggage with them and were told that we could, however on the Sunday there wasn't anyone at the desk to accept our luggage which meant that we had to wait hours at the airport.
• CHRISTOPHER ANDREW (8/5): - Great property, clean and modern room. Bathroom was great with a lovely big shower. Bed was large and comfortable. Wi-fi and Smart TV worked fine. The building also has a large communal area and an outside terrace to enjoy. Access to building and the room is using your smartphone/livingtown app. I found it simple to use. But please be mindful if you are booking and are not tech savvy/have an older style phone. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room was not working. I did report this after the first night, and a fan was provided for the remainder of my stay. Aside from the air con, really enjoyed my stay.
• Mr (6/5): Clean and friendly staff but disappointing room - It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was close to a shopping centre which had a lot of useful shops for electronics (we needed a plug adapter) and supermarkets for food if you wanted to buy some. The was a nice communal your area and the staff were kind and looked after our bags in the reception when we needed to go out. They also let us eat some food when we needed a place to sit and eat before we had to set off to the train station. The room had an air condition unit because the room was so hot. However to have it on meant a dreadful noise all night even on sleep mode. It still was far too hot and if you wanted to close the blinds fully, it blocked the exhaust and the room got even hotter. As well as this there was some kind of empty store room near the room front door and it seemed to have hot pipes or something that were making a noise all night as well. It may have been our room but you couldn't sleep due to how hot and noisy it was and got our first night after our late evening flight it wasn't a good start to the holiday. The digital way of opening doors etc is innovative but did lead to us having a problem which was sorted out before we arrived. Was a worry when the door unlock hadn't appeared until we landed and led to some fraught calls to booking.Com during boarding and just before take off.

• Sally (9/5): Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if attending an event at Stadion Letzigrund - Ideally located for Stadion Letzigrund (~5min walk). Local convenience stores (Aldi, Coop) Very large spacious apartment with all equipment (washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchen) Nice balcony with awning to keep the sun off at peak times. Not super close to city centre/main train station (not a problem for us, we were there for an event at the stadium, but something to be aware of). No fan in the apartment and the black out blinds hadn't been drawn during housekeeping to keep the heat out. Made for quite an uncomfortable night after a 29 degree day. Also couldn't have overnight fresh air into the bedroom as the only ventilation was the door to the balcony, which was a segregated but shared space with other apartments (so they would have been able to come in).

• Rebecca (6/5): Not great if you don’t have a good phone signal to operate doors! - The property is in a fab location if you want to be near stadium! It is all operated via a phone, ie the entrance to the main building, life and your apartment! this is all well and good if you dont have a phone signal and thr wifi the apartments provide isnt great. It took us ages to get in. They should tell you before you book its all digitally operated. It was very stressful.

• Jonah (7/5): I think you can find a better option for this price. - The room is clean and comfortable and it was nice to have access to the amenities in the room. The bed and other furniture is comfortable, the bathroom is nice. There are a bunch of weird quirks with the place. The vents above the stove didn't work; the fan in the room is broken; not all of the windows can be opened; one of the blinds is broken and stays in black-out mode; the common areas are disgusting and need to be cleaned. The check-in process is a pain. I had already gone through it when I had wifi and need to start it over again, and the free wifi didn't work well, so it took a long time. For the high price, they can absolutely afford to have someone on-site to check people besides 5pm only M-F.
