- Barbara (1/5): Bad - This is not a guest room, it’s a mattress in a living room / open kitchen. There is zero privacy if other guests are staying in a other room. The address was wrong, it leads to a construction site. We booked the same night but couldn’t reach Lena for over an hour, standing in front of a construction site and wondering whether we had been scammed. Due to Cycling WM we couldn’t find another room. When, after 1:30 hrs, she finally picked up the phone, it took another hour to prepare the room. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
- Christopher (1/5): I was told to call the owner to get access, but the owner did not reply to the phone! - Nothing. I had to call the owner to get access to the accommodation, but the owner did not answer the phone during the checki-in period I had received with my booking. I was left standing on the street at night and had to look for another accommodation. I have not received any refund for a booking I could not use because of the lack of responsiveness of the owner.
