The first morning the owner started setting the table and wiping it while we were still having breakfast. The second morning she started cooking while we were still having breakfast and the whole room was filled with an unpleasant smell.

I specifically chose this place because it stated on Booking that it was possible to arrive this late. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it and I'm still trying reimbursement without success.

We couldn't find the airport shuttle that was offered--it cost us a $40 Euro taxi ride to get there. And it turned out not to be a hotel, but something like an Air B&B--no signage at the destination, a shared bath. Our hand towel was filthy. Plus, the bed ciollapsed when my husband got in. The whole experience was horrible. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!
• Andre (9/5): Lovely find in Zaventem - Very friendly and helpful owner, the place felt welcoming into a home. Quiet neighbourhood but close enough to ring road and the city if you need it. Lovely lounge and dining area. Bed was big and comfortable. Toilet in the bathroom would be good rather than sharing. Bedside tables & lamps also needed.

Il est situé dans un environnement calme et est pourvu d'une grande chambre très propre avec une literie confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et équilibré, il se prend face au jardin. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la disponibilité de notre hôte.

Balkon, kleiner Garten, super für meinen Hund 🐕 .Gutes Frühstück.Vielen Dank ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt 🏡 Mir hat alles gut gefallen!!!
• Sunday (9/5): Very nice hostess and location for flying out of the airport - It was a very clean place. Good hot water and a kettle with tea ready I didn’t like that the toilet was not attached to my room.

Jammer dat je voor toilet de kamer uit moest. We hadden bij het ontbijt te hard gekookte eieren en misten schaaltjes/ lepels voor de yoghurt.

La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et équipée de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. L’hôte est vraiment gentille, attentionnée et très investie dans sa tâche. Elle veille à la propreté, au confort et fait tout pour que ses invités se sentent bien. La maison, comme les chambres, disposent de tous les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour serein. Le petit déjeuner était également excellent. Rien à redire, tout était parfait.
• Rolf (1/5): Unglaubliche abzocke und unverschämter Umgang - Die ruhige Lage Vollgestelltes Zimmer, Gemeinschaftstoilette auf dem Flur, allerdings ohne Waschbecken , 5 m weiter ein Gemeinschaftsbad mit Badewanne, Sonntagmorgen um 8 Uhr wollten wir frühstücken, war im Angebot enthalten, haben kein Frühstückszimmwr gefunden und uns getraut, zu klingeln. Die Inhaberin kam aufgebraust und hat uns erstmal angebrüllt, wir wecken das ganze Haus auf, sonntags gibt es kein Frühstück.

• Christine Jane (3/5): I didn't sleep well - The room was clean. The manager was polite. I think the reviews, which were largly positive, related to rooms on a lower floor so my advice to other guests would be to check if the room is en suite or one of the 4 "Deluxe/twin" rooms which share a bathroom and toilet (potentially 8 guests?). The toilet does not have its own hand basin, so if the bathroom is occupied you will have to go down a flight of stairs to the kitchen to wash your hands. Any noise from the corridor is very audible inside the rooms. The pillows were small and extremely lumpy - unfit for purpose.

This made our stay very uncomfortable and disappointing. Not recommended for anyone wanting a peaceful night. Otherwise we have planed to stay more days.
