• Luciana (3/5): - Vicinanza con autobus per raggiungere il centro città. Il bagno in comune è stato lavato solo il terzo giorno dal nostro arrivo e quando siamo arrivati era già visibilmente sporco. La biancheria era di colori scuri e quindi non permetteva di verificare se la pulizia era adeguata. Sommariamente quindi non ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio.
• ana dolores (7/5): - Ubicación excelente, en 15 minutos estás en el centro histórico. Muy buena conexión con líneas de bus y metro. Compartes la cocina, el baño (si no coges la habitación triple) y el patio del alojamiento y no te lo especifica el anuncio. Falta lámpara mesita de noche en habitación y la limpieza es justa.
• Mathilde (3/5): - La localisation, proche du centre ville à pied et pour tout faire globalement. À l’accueil nous avons la sensation de dérangeait le propriétaire. L’annonce ne mentionnait pas que c’était un logement partagé. Il y a 2 autres chambres. Un des autres occupants loue à l’année sa chambre et s’est montré désagréable au plus haut point (ne disait pas bonjour, râler, claquer les portes pour montrer son mécontentement, nous regarder avec un regard noir, etc…). Il nous a mit très mal à l’aise au point que nous ne sortions pas de la chambre a part pour aller aux toilettes (car il faut traverser l’appartement pour accéder à notre salle de bain/Wc) et pour s’en aller. Nous avons passé le moins de temps possible dans le logement. Il y a un frigo dans la chambre mais qui fait énormément de bruit.

• Safeer (8/5): - In general its a good property to have your stay for a few days. Its also closeby to many shops and relatively close to the centre of valencia. I like the room and the kitchen it had good range of utensils to cook and other utilities like microwave and fridge was also nice and tidy. I think the cleanliness can be better. They used some kind of detergent or house cleaning liquid on the floor which had a very strong and weird smell and it didn't go away till the last day we stayed. That was the only thing that had me annoyed. The neighbourhood is also a bit noisy because of construction work that is happening right in front of the house.

• sonia (8/5): Bien - Chambre triple avec salle de bain privée. Un grand frigo dans la chambre bien pratique mais qui fait du bruit Terrasse extérieure agréable Bien desservi par le tramway ( arrêt sagunt ) Proche du centre historique ( 15/20 minutes à pied ) Malgré notre retard, la personne nous a bien accueillie Un colocataire vraiment désagréable, avec aucune notion de politesse, se promène en caleçon toute la journée !!! Vaisselle sale laissée par des anciens colocataires dans l'évier, le four, les placards
• Giuseppe (8/5): Consigliato x rapporto qualità/prezzo . - La propietaria è gentilissima , siamo arrivati in ritardo ed è stata disponibile ad aspettarci. Struttura pulita, presenza di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari x una vacanza di una settimana. Vicinanza alla metro tranvia n4. Purtroppo non c'è il maniglione nella doccia.
• Thierry (5/5): Ô surprise, l'appartement est partagé avec d'autres ! - Appartement correct, mais nulle part dans l'annonce n'était indiqué que nous le partagerions avec d'autres locataires (2 autres chambres louées). Nous pensions pouvoir prendre les repas dans l'appartement, mais pour des raisons évidentes d'intimité, de bruit,... nous n'avons pas pu nous réunir et vivre comme nous le pensions dans un appartement uniquement pour nous. Nous avons donc pris tous nos repas à l'extérieur, ce qui n'était pas le plan initial. L'annonce sur ce plan est presque mensongère dans la façon dont elle était rédigée. Sinon, l'appartement était propre, mais la rue bruyante pendant la journée car immeuble en construction juste en face, mais ça ne va durer que quelques mois j'imagine.
• Sigita (4/5): Niūroka - Atvykę negalėjome patekti į namą. Šeimininkė angliškai nekalba. Dukra sunkiai jai telefonu išaiškino prancūzu kalba, kad stovime gatvėje ir laukiame rakto. Raktą atvežė dar po valandos. Nusivylėme sužinoję, kad tualetu ir dušu naudosimės kartu su dviem vyrais iš gretimo kambario. Tai baisu!!!

• James (10/5): Excellent accom with everything you need - Excellent accommodation with everything you need including aircon, comfy bed, balcony, towels, toiletries. We arrived early and the host kindly let us check-in, and showed us around. Toilet and shower area are large and clean. Kitchen is fully equipped, and you get your own shelf in the fridge. Apartment has good washer and dryer, and a patio area. There is also a dining room. There's a lift to get up to the first floor if you need it. Museum of fine arts, Royal Park, Turia Park, and Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets are all nearby. Old town over the former river and a bit of a walk. Bus station nearby, train station less so. Shower really needs a curtain or screen, and the flick mixer should be changed to something smaller that you won't bump into and change water temp or turn it off. Other than that, this place is pretty much perfect.

• Joanna (10/5): Exceptional - Great place! We definitely felt like staying at a friend's place. Room is spacious and not furnished with ikea so it really has its own atmosphere. Little balcony is a nice addition. The kitchen is very well equipped, everywhere was clean. We also enjoyed a little terrace even though. It's definitely more like home than a hotel with small rooms where everything looks the same.
• Raheel (2/5): Very poor standard of accommodation - Location was good. This is a very poor accommodation. The room was not very clean both my wife and son had allergic reactions to the beds (bed mites) and the room was cold. Air conditioning was not pushing out clean air for heating. I became ill due to the cold room and poor AC heating. The AC felt as if filters had never been cleaned. Bedding was insufficient, pillows were awful, bed covers too thin and the beds very uncomfortable. Was not told at the time of booking this was a shared apartment. The only real privacy was the room. Receiving host was pleasant but unhelpful. I would not stay here again and disappointed that the booking did not make us aware that the apartment was shared with other guests. I will be seeking compensation for the illness we all suffered during our stay.

• Harriet (10/5): It was wonderful - The location was right by a tram and bus station making it easier to get around Valencia as well as only being at 20 minute to Jardí del Túria which if crossed showed off the old town of Valencia. The room was lovely and we felt very cared for with water, shower gel toilet paper and towels waiting for us upon arrival. The staff were able to let us in two hours am early which we are very grateful for and although she didn’t speak English she was able translate everything on her phone messaging me and ensuring that if we needed anything to let her know.
