- Winnie (6/5): - Sounds like the check in process, you call the mother of the host by phone when you are there, she will meet you. But they don't speak English. And I don't have a phone card to call. And I only speak English. The host didn't respond me much with my questions about check in via booking.com. Thankfully, her mother was around the building when we arrived an hour later than the estimated time we told them. I used Google translate to ask how to check out, and told her the time we will check out. Not sure if she understood. She did show up on time to get the key for our check out. I see her effort to make things work for us. But if you only speaks English, no phone card , don't book here. There is no bedroom. Have to turn the sofa to a bed yourself and put on bedsheets and pillow cases ourselves. Things function for a night stay, but don't feel clean.
