• Kenneth (3/5): Not pleasant, would not stay there again - We did not feel at home at all, we cut the stay short It was very dark from the surrounding trees and the apartment was painted dark, so had lights on all the time. The N2 highway noise was overwhelming

The contact replied quickly to emails and was easy to deal with 1. I hate it when there is small print and hidden costs about a cleaning fee. I would prefer that the advertised rate is all inclusive 2. The noise from the highway is quite loud - we ended up sleeping in the back rooms rather 3. The bath towels are very small

• Premilla (9/5): Spacious ,comfortable unit. - Unit is very spacious. It has all the necessary appliances. The linen is clean with no stains. Good security. Lots of ants. The water in the second shower was not flowing out quickly. It needed to be pumped. Sunlight liquid should be provided. The dish cloth had a bad smell.

• Hans (10/5): Value for money weekend - The unit was very clean. Besides bath towels, swimming towels were also provided. There was coffee, tea and sugar, but the milk and some snacks in the fridge added a very nice touch. The pillows weren't great, and travelling with one's pillows is a bit difficult. Some directions to the unit would be great as it took us more than 30 minutes driving around in the estate to find the place.

• Yegen (10/5): We shall be back! - Everything was sparkling clean and immaculate. On arrival, there was complimentary water and milk, which was a great touch as we were very late. There were games and cards for the kids to use. An excellent TV package is available with sports. The hosts kept in touch regularly and facilitated all transactions with ease. There is nothing I can say I did not like.

• Nikita (10/5): The perfect family holiday. - We honestly loved our stay at Villa A22. My whole family felt at home. The peaceful environment around the villa was picture perfect and so very welcoming. My babies loved the little creatures and animals that we would spot along our walks and trips in and out of the villa. The staff at the halfway house was so friendly and made my little ones feel special. Thank you so much for having us. 🌻

• Seedat (10/5): Serenity - A home away from home ... Well equipped with everything you need. Beautiful setup. No aircon in the lounge .. Only a fan.
• Jeremy (9/5): Selborne Estate - The Estate has beautiful views and looks better in person than in the pictures. Villa was spacious and the bedrooms were very clean and well maintained. Air conditioned rooms is great. All fascilities were working in good order. Bathrooms were amazing . The estate is also close to the beach and amenities which makes it ideal for family outings. Overall this is an amazing place! Great job to Beatrix and the team for making our stay a great experience. The braai area needs better lighting The pools needs a parking area so that we dont need to walk distance (old people).

• Claudia (9/5): Superb - It was like in the comfort of your own home. All the necessary appliances were catered for ( except the airfryer). They also provided cleaning equipment and detergents. The beds, bedding, furniture and dishes were stylish and modern. We had a wonderful time at this estate. The cleaning fee was a bit of a sting.

• Stephen (8/5): We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning in the future ! - Spacious & clean & had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and the host was very helpful ensuring we had all we needed. We liked everything about the property. (The only thing was the bath taps in the main bathroom were faulty and not working but this is under maintenance and in process of being fixed and didn’t cause us any hassle as there was a bath in the second bathroom and the showers were working fine in both bathrooms)
