Guest Reviews
- Lyn (8/5): - Great location, so close to everything. Accommodation is small but bijou. Everything you need for a short stay in a studio/bedsit.
- Andrea (7/5): - Roberto was super efficient. We booked in at a late stage of the day and Roberto was quick to answer and bring the extra bedding for making up the sofa bed. Roberto was also quick to answer any texts throughout our two nights stay. The location was great - very close to the De La Warr, but off the main road so it was pretty quiet. The accommodation was clean which was the reason we found ourselves looking for a new place to stay (original booking elsewhere was not good). Sofa bed uncomfortable for an adult, may suit young children. The room with the sofa bed doesn't have blinds or thick curtains so the light streams in at day break. WiFi seems to be set up in one of the adjoining buildings and the booster signal wasn't always strong.
Compared to some of the apartments I've used in the past I thought this one was over priced despite Roberto providing an excellent service.

- Guest (9/5): - Location, privacy, easy to access self contained bathroom
- Craig H (8/5): Short work trip to Bexhill - The space and location was great, its so central and the studio had everything I needed for a short business trip. Roberto was an amazing host too. The WiFi was a little bit difficult to connect too but Roberto was straight onto it as soon as I let him know and put in a booster/extension straight away.
- Marion (10/5): Lovely comfortable bed. - There was no breakfast. Althoigh there was tea and cofee there was no milk.
- Winzar (8/5): -
- Andrew (7/5): Met our needs well - A good property, excellent location Unfortunately found bed very uncomfortable, mattress sagged into the middle. Maybe need replacing?
- Nadine (7/5): - It was clean and close to the beach. At night there was no lighting in the walk way. The bathroom sink is in an awkward position.

- Aiden (10/5): -
- Forrest (7/5): - no breakfast provided Very poor Arrival arrangements . Nobody present or near to advise where Key could be found.
I had no IPad or Mobile phone - Nobody to ask . Went to Supermarket for help - but very difficult - took 1hour before Maintenance Worker Next Door came to rescue and he phoned Roberto who telephoned him with Key Box Code -.
Roberto must make much better Arrival arrangements for incoming Guests !!!

- Hugh (10/5): - Very clean. Lovely and warm. Nothing
- Teoni (10/5): Very convenient. Warm and okay. Bed needs replacing - Location Smelt damp. No washing up sponge or dishcloth. No tea towel. Shower had no grip , so very slippery. I used it once and fell
- Samuel (10/5): - It's always clean and very convenient for amenities and for the seafront.
It is well equipped and has everything we need.
It's easy to access and the proprietor is very friendly and professional.
We would highly recommend it to everyone. Nothing we didn't like.
- Colin (9/5): I had a pleasant and restful stay in the studio. - The rooms were self catering, but a fridge, oven/microwave, toaster and kettle were supplied. The internet connection was good. The owner, Ricardo, was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely book the studio again. The terestrial TV connection wasn't very good in high winds and rain, but a spare HDMI cable is available for attaching a laptop, which proved more than an adequate replacement.
- lindon (4/5): Just a few little things could have been done better - Great location for the De La Warr unfortunately there was a really strong smell all the time of damp and mustiness.
the window did not open as this was locked so could not ventilate the room
Even opening the door for a period of time didnt help
When we can back after a day out we were met with this musty smell
There was also no facility to drain any washing up nor a tea towel to dry with.
- ludmila Mastac (10/5): - All

- Ketland (8/5): - Welcoming and comfortable Nothing

- ludmila Mastac (10/5): - All good
- Lee (10/5): - Cosy and perfectly located
- Lambert (9/5): The hotel complemented my visit, i'm pleased. - It was a very cozy room, the location was really nice just a stone throw from the beach.
This apartment i rented is good for 1-4 people and you have a basic fridge and other things like a microwave and toaster + coffee/tea.
There is a mini store right nearby and alot of nice small resturants in the area as well as a few pubs.
Robertos communication pror to arriving and clarifications was top notch... keep it up! My biggest issue is the GPS sent me to the wrong place at first ( Further up the street away from the coast ) so make sure you enter the whole address to get to the right place.
Since the hotel is at the inside of some buildings... going back to your room at night feels a bit... scetchy at times ( better lighting could fix that ).
The reception of most channels on the TV was... not perfect... and you had to switch back and forth to get the picture to show again ( Brittish issues i'm guessing? >.< )
- PRASAD (10/5): I prefer to stay again eventhough bit expensive. - Location was very quite. The landlord was excellent in dealings/ communicating and refund the security deposit Nothing.
- Jane (1/5): dreadful and very upsetting - the bed clothes weere extreemly damp and the heater we managed to find at the back of the cupboard was not working correctly. cosnequently we had to move to a nearby hotel
- Jemma (10/5): -
- ludmila Mastac (10/5): - All
- Arnaud (9/5): - La colazione non era presvista e la posizione è ottima. Il cortile nel quale si trova l'appartamento non è ottimo ma la struttura è internamente ristrutturato molto bene.
- Ann (8/5): -
- jithin (10/5): -
- Guest (10/5): - Location, met all my needs absolutely loved it
- Elizabeth (9/5): Very good and well located for what I needed. I was not on holiday. - Location good but sign leading to it not easy to spot. Mattress could have been firmer.
- Antonios (10/5): -
- Ekundayo (7/5): Good -
- Niall (10/5): Exceptional - Having the whole place to ourselves
- Helen (10/5): Excellent accommodation. - The communication with the host was excellent. Everything was explained fully, very quickly answering any questions.
Accommodation was very clean and had everything needed.
- Gary (10/5): Exceptional - We had a lovely 7 days stay.
- Nguyen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sally (7/5): Safe and clean place to stay minutes from the sea front. - It was spotlessly clean. It felt safe once the locks were locked The area was not the best. But it’s a quick walk away from it.
- Simon (9/5): Superb -
- Guest (10/5): Exceptional - Love the location, close to amenities, quiet, value for money will see you again in 4 weeks
- Donna (4/5): Disappointing - the bathroom was cramp there was no hot water - we couldn't find the location at one point - it was so bland and uncomfortably.
- Cruttenden (8/5): Very good -
- Marion (10/5): Very nice - No breakfast. Tea coffee supplied but no milk Not able to have a cup of tea
- Good (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mick (8/5): Very good -
- Alan (9/5): great room, kitchen and shower - clean, tidy, everything worked location, although in a central place and close to the sea, had no view.
- Dane (9/5): Great little place. Clean and easy to access -
- Kea (5/5): Wouldn’t stay here again 😏 - Location was good to where we needed
It was clean
It was quiet The bed was so uncomfortable and felt claustrophobic in the alcove - there was damage to the bed a piece of metal sticking out, which actually cut my partners leg. I did communicate this to Roberto who didn’t respond whatsoever which I believe lacks courtesy.
The bedsit was very small - lacked any storage. Had 4hooks and 2 coat hangers!
The sink in the bathroom was not functional only sideways on which is very odd - I cleaned my teeth in the shower!
If I was a lone female staying there I would not have felt safe going to and from the bedsit due to lack of lighting through the alleyway.
- Jill (10/5): Used this property many times and always delivers. - Easy to access, very close to the beach and shops and provided everything we needed.
Parking easy in Delaware Pavilion.
Lovely restaurants within 5 minutes walk.
- Cornelius (7/5): Good -
- Graham (8/5): Very good -
- Ryan (9/5): Superb -
- Kacey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simon (10/5): Very good - Location, Cleanliness and ease of booking All good
- Zoe (9/5): Excellent stay in a clean and comfy studio! - It very clean, easy to find and very well laid out! Had everything we needed. Get some better pillows as current ones very flat.
- Luke (10/5): Simply loved it!! - Fantastic space right by the coast and even better for me as right close to the De La Warr Pavillion where I had trade show. Great host and really nice space to spend the evenings to relax. Definitely stay again Comfort of the room and facilities that were provided. Full kitchen utensils available so can eat at home or locally. Some nice eateries nearby. The Italian restaurant was of a very high standard and very reasonably priced.
- Samuel (10/5): Exceptional - Clear correspondence from owner and easy access for key.
The studio is v clean and meets our needs perfectly.
We can come and go as we please. Nothing.
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Spyros (1/5): Avoid. Worse than any poor quality airbnb. Booking should have it removed and checked - Location was a small alley, difficult to find. Ended up vacating the property on the same day as cold room and electric shower malfunction switching from very cold to very hot water getting a minor skin burn. Contacted booking for partial refund. Owner refused any of the above claiming other properties near were fine and was dismissive. he did not take account of the sudden temperature drop. I ended up booking a travelodge instead for my second night which was a proper hotel and cheaper as an option. Refused any refund and on top owner claimed that I lost the keys which I left in the secure masterlock he provided and wants further payment for the key. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever encountered with any of my multiple bookings and I am dissatisfied and disappointed with resolution centre. I called and spent over 4 hours on a busy day without any resolution with the customer service.
- Stephen (9/5): Ok - Could’ve done with a freezer compartment in the fridge N/a
- Jeff (8/5): Hidden gem in the heart of Bexhill - Cody little studio apartment tucked away in a secluded little mews, right in the heart of Bexhill. Very close to shops restaurants pubs and the De La Warr. It was clean and bright, contact with the host was good, very responsive. For a short stay in Bexhill for a solo traveller or couple, this place is recommended. Wifi was patchy, as was the TV reception. Minor issues overall.
- Petrut (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicola (7/5): Good -
- Carys (8/5): Comfortable for 2 nights - Good location, tidy apartment, all the amenities we needed No parking close, not a very comfortable bed
- Warn (7/5): One the whole fine, host was amazing, always replied to my messages. - Did the job for 1 night stay Ran out of hot water for the shower, noise from upstairs
- Dale (9/5): Superb - Great location just off the main street comfortable and cosy spot
- Bernadette (8/5): Very good - Accommodation was modern, clean and well-equipped. Would have been nice to have a view
- Brandon (9/5): Superb -
- Lucy (5/5): Passable - Excellent instructions and directions from host. I felt a little vulnerable in the property as a lone traveller. I would have preferred to also have had the mortice lock key to lock the door with as well as the yale lock. I could not find the key for the window anywhere and the property was very warm when I arrived, so I needed to have the front door open to get air into the apartment which also felt vulnerable. The shower did not drain so I could only have a very quick shower.
- Derek (7/5): Good - Roberto left us sent us his mobile number, and a text of the key lock code before we arrived. He was also there to meet us.
The studio was small but spotlessly clean. Full size shower with electric on-demand water heater worked ok. Small Freeview TV also working. Central location, very convenient for De Warr Pavilion, and Pebbles Restaurant. Very small bathroom containing the shower. Toilet OK, but small sink only practically accessible from the side. Much easier to have a shower than a wash.
- Pamela (8/5): We had an enjoyable stay at this property and the area. - Location was very close to the shops, beach and Del a Warr Pavilion so handy for what we needed. The property had all we needed for a one night stay.. Although we knew there was no parking at the property, we did find it a little difficult to find somewhere to park that didn't have parking restrictions or length of time you could stay parked there.
- John (6/5): Everything was ok noise aside. - I like the convenience of a kitchenette. Lovely clean fridge. Unfortunately we were woken by the noise from the apartment above. The insulation is very poor. We could hear everything. Sunday night was perfect as the apartment above was unoccupied.
- Carolina (10/5): Superb - highly recommend - Absolutely superb! Far exceeded expectations. Roberto was super helpful when we were booking, and then trying to find the place (it was actually really easy). We used both the main room and the sofa bed. Both were really well presented - and the sofa bed was just as large and comfortable as a 'normal' bed. Really clean and well provided for. And the location is unbeatable! Absolutely nothing! Could not have been improved!
- Ross (8/5): Very good -
- Stuart (8/5): Very good -
- Edie (8/5): Great location - Location was great for The DLWP which was the reason for our stay. It took a while to find...Sat nav just said reached your destination the minute we pulled into the Rd, it was completely the wrong end.
- Guy (10/5): Exceptional - Very central location, only moments away from the sea and the town centre. Modern, attractively furnished apartment, with comfortable bed and ample wardrobe space. Good-sized and easy to operate shower. This was our second visit to the same apartment, and we look forward to returning. Nothing.
- Steve (8/5): Very good -
- Lee (10/5): Helpful host and close to amenities - Location was very convenient and host was helpful Not a thing.Apart from the weather it rained all Saturday
