Guest Reviews
- Helen (8/5): Very good -
- Sharon (6/5): Didn't quite meet our expectations - We liked the cottage feel and Morfa Neffyn itself. The house was nicely decorated with tasteful artifacts and original art on the walls. The log burner was a selling point for us. The double glazing did it's job regarding traffic noise. Good TV. Nice to have the option of bath or showers. Milk and eggs were left in the fridge, but we weren't sure if they were for us to use, so we didn't. There were some areas of the kitchen and living area that hadn't been cleaned well enough. Eg. The dining table was very grubby. We were asked by the owner not to do "number twos" in the ensuite as the toilet is a saniflow that had previously blocked.
There were no logs provided, despite the log burner information saying that there would be a sack provided.
The sofa was different from the images and wasn't comfortable for us
Although we liked the village, we didn't like the actual location of the house as it was flanked by two fairly busy roads. Although noise wasn't an issue, we felt the vibration of big trucks when in the bedroom.
- Alison (3/5): We made the most of our week away following my cancer treatment ending, but it was booked in a rush without looking at t - Cosy cottage, WiFi good, lovely log burner. Location isn’t good. Located on a busy main junction where traffic starts at 5am. Public toilets literally round the corner. Car garage next door to the building. Heating didn’t work despite following instructions. Garden extremely overlooked. Dishes in property not clean, we had to wash everything again.
