- Rita (9/5): Eine Unterkunft mit ganz besonderem Flair mitten in der Altstadt. - Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich großzügig geschnitten und stilvoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Angenehm war auch die kleine Kaffee- und Tee-Bar im Zimmer – perfekt für einen entspannten Start in den Tag. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist unschlagbar für Leute die gerne lebendige Atmosphäre lieben.

Sok jó tanácsot ad.Korai bejelentkezés nem volt probléma. Nagyon nagyon meg voltunk elégedve a szállással és a tulajdonossal is. Ajánlani tudom , ha visszatértek Olbiába biztos csak a Kabula szállást foglalom. Hálás vagyok hogy megismerhettem Andreát, mert az egyik legjobb szállásadó . Olyan nincs

- Heather (10/5): Best of Olbia - We loved our stay! The room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed. Andreea was amazing and very helpful. I would absolutely return and highly recommend. Not something to dislike but something to know. Due to the amazing location in the historic district, cars can’t drive up to the property so you have to get your bags about 2-3 blocks.

Gorgeous and impeccable clean room, decorated with care and love, located right in the centre, close to everything, yet very quiet so you can get proper rest. And the staff, wow! The warmest experience ever. Andreea (and Raquele) treated us like family, making sure we have all that we need, guiding us with the city and upcoming trips, making wonderfull suggestions of activites, and as we didn’t have a car offering without hesitation transport to accomodate us (caring a lot especially for my 71-year old mom’s comfort and well-being, which I am very thankful for). We had a wonderfull connexion and that gave birth to a beautiful everlasting friendship. Thanks Andreea, from the bottoms of our hearts! Can’t wait to visit you again. Xx

There is everything you need in bathroom, towels, coffe, bisquits, tea minibar with fresh water...Loved the dwarves! The location is great, in the center of everything, a lot of restaurants and cafes are just minutes away. Would we stay again? Yes, with pleasure Nothing

The rooms are very spacious and have all the modern features (including working AC and mini-fridge). Many breakfast options 2-3 minutes away. The host is wonderful and will give you all the attention and assistance. Definitely a place to recommend.

- Alena (10/5): Fantastic stay!!!***** - I was greeted by its lovely owner Andrea, who kindly waited for me and showed me around the property. The property was just fantastic; right in the city centre, with plenty of lovely restaurants, cafes and shops on its doorstep. The room was very spacious, super clean, with lovely soft towels and crispy white bedding, just perfect! There were also tea, coffee, water and snacks available, also a coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, basically just everything you need. The apartment was also only a short walk to the bus stop for the airport, which was really convenient. I will definitely stay here again in future, thank you Andrea and hope to see you soon 😊
- Whaley (10/5): Great little hotel! Would stay here again. - Clean and a great location. We stayed there twice two different parts of our trip. The owner/hostess was absolutely wonderful. She communicated with us using WhatsApp and did everything from helping us make dinner reservations to getting a taxi for an early morning commute to the airport. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. The step in the bathroom can be tricky at night in the dark.

- Tone (7/5): Central but overpriced accommodation - Placed in the middle of Olbia old town, with several restaurants and shops near by. Although breakfast should be included, upon arrival it was not. Host was unprepared when we arrived, and we needed to make several phone calls to even get inside the building. Way too expensive compared to what you get!

- Olha (10/5): Exceptional - Honestly, this place exceeded my expectations! Rosy (I hope I got the name right) who managing property is very nice and lovely :) I don't speak Italian, so we were communicating mostly by Google translate during the check in, but it wasn't a problem at all, and we managed all perfectly! I chose this place mainly for it's design of the room, and I was even more surprised how everything done nicely with all the details, there were even small cute statuettes of dolphins and cute pictures with plants. For me it was very cozy and nice vibe! There is only small window with not a lot of light - but still it's making the place even more charming :) I loved everything! The only thing that check-in time is pretty late, but I was kindly allowed to leave my luggage earlier in the day, and Managing Lady was so nice, she even prepared the room for me earlier :) And need to mention - that you need to go up by stairs to the room (for me it wasn't a problem at all, but need to mention for others) :)

- Caryl (5/5): Fine for one night, but managing luggage before check-in or after check-out is an issure - central location. Arrival before the check-in time was difficult and there are no processes for dropping off luggage before check-in which was late in the afternoon. No way to easily contact the host before check-in on the day.

- Matti (6/5): Olbia - Location is very centric, in pedestrian area. We don't know where one could park a car (probably nowhere near). The "old town" is small, easy to walk in couple of hours. We had a ve3ry large room. Owner was a friendly lady. Breakfast was only sweets in plastics, nothing fresh. Stairs to apartment are steep and narrow, no lift. TV has only italian channels. In the first day, we didn't get the wifi working (we followed the written instructions). On the next day we were told the ssid was incorrectly set. Once we found what the ssid really was, Internet was working just fine.
