As piscinas são limpas e tem guarda-vidas para segurança dos usuários. O acesso é pela portaria com funcionários bem educados e atenciosos. Tem vários brinquedos para as crianças e estacionamento dentro do local. Podem melhorar os travesseiros e colchões e também se atentar quanto a limpeza dos eletrodomésticos.
Carolina (4/5): - Eu já conhecia o condomínio, mas as instalações do apartamento não são boas, ar condicionado não funcionou, outro deu problema, a geladeira vazando água, o fogão não funciona todas as bocas. Precisa melhorar as instalações!
